Airtel Prepaid Services — regarding no outgoing and incoming calls
My self Sanjay Kumar Mishra Mob.No.[protected], on 06/01/2009 in comming and outgoing call facility has been deactivated on my moble phone for resolving the problem I have made the complaint to customer care on phone or I have sent a complaint by Email there is no feedback to me.Airtel Prepaid — wrong call charge
i have airtel prepaid mobile no.[protected].this no.is with nokia5200 bundle offer.at this number 10 minuteper day incomig free in roming.i complained already many time but not solved permanently please solve my complaint.Airtel Prepaid — unsubscribing the ig.mobi.com sobscription
Sir,Since last 4 days i have been charged Rs.10/- per day. kindly unsubscribe the ig.mobi.com on my mobile and refund the amounts deducted.

Airtel Prepaid — std call cannot be made from landline phone
Dear sir,As i have taken prepaid connection two months back, from day one i am having a problem as cannot recieve STD calls from landline phone, For which many time i have made complaint at airtel office, but i cannot make it .My Airtel phone no is [protected] kindly see to it as soon as possible the problem is fixed.

i am Satyendra, student of Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad, using airtel prepaid connection with number [protected].sir today 0n 26 jan 2009 at 9:55 .I recharge my airtel after confirmation of std tarrif of Rs. 99 for 3 months validity with Rs. 1/min call by the retailer but when i call then i found that call rate is Rs. 1.50/min. Then i call customer care they told me the Rs. 99 tarrif is converted into Rs. 97 tarrif and Rs. 99 tarrif for the life time recharge which i don't want .all this is happened due to the lack of information by the retailer and now he is not commiting his mistake.So please help me and transfer this life time recharge into std tarrif for 3 months validity with Rs 1/min call rate.oterwise can't tolerate all these anymore and definitely i'll drop my connection.

My cell number id [protected]. I am nither subscrive any service nor received any call from airtel today[protected] on my cell. daily rental ten rupees is deducting from the above given date fo song alerts
When I talked to with Airtel Customer service officer for 2 times and they told they had told to me they cant cancel this offer to me but they gaven response on this that 's why i am msging to you to take action on this.
Without my request or my knowledge Airtel have deducted for Subscription of song download alerts. It had been noticed that lot o[censored]nwanted sms stuffs are received which disturbs during office recehours / meetings. Expecting a better service from this mobile service provider in future. In name of entertainments please dont fool the customers by deducting from the credits without their knowledge or acceptance.
Please unsubscribe the song downloads alerts service and return my Deduction amount.

Please send me incoing and outgoing list of my prepaid card ([protected]) for day 7-May-2008 11-May-2008.I will be very thankful if I receive it as soon as possible.
I have very bad experiance when I try to requet same using Airtel galary. Firstly I called 121 and ask for the same they ask me to visit any airtell galary and fillup the form .So I visited airtel garary at Ghatkoper and request for the same.They refused for any such facility.
So I again called 121 (Sanjay) and ask them confirmtaion about service he said yes that facility is their but again he ask me to call after 5 min . After 5 min I again called some one else attened call and ask me to visit Malad center at S.V. road .He said that as Malad is main center I can get required information from them.
So I finaly when to Malad center at given address .I found that is not main office.But still I request center person for help .Center person told me to visit other center at M.G.Road kandivli. So I finally went to that center and Kandivli center person said this is not possible.
In general I had wested my whole day and output was zero.
Please help me.
