My problem is when any person give me a std call, he/she cant be able to listen my voice elsewhere he connected with someone else..i am really fed up with all this and going to consumer court, patna

Airtel Prepaid — Does not refund the wrongly deducted money and does not provide any information rightly

On 4th May the balance of my prepaid was wrongly deducted for GPRS service - I had activated daily rental while money was kept deducting volume baseis .On 5th the balance was made zero and my cell outgoing completely blocked .
I have logged almost 15 complaints and awaited duly resolution time commited bythe senior executives .
But they give false commitments and eat consumer money .
Also trouble a lot when call thier toll free number for details ; never providing any reasonable answer .

I want to use internet on my mobile but your customer care guys not gave me the wrong settings, they gave the settings of the postpaid account. When I tried to access the GPRS it will connect and suddenly it will get disconnected, after that the prepaid gets converted into postpaid... i tried calling airtel customer care but those stupids people are not giving the response properly. The only thing they say is "AAP KI COMPLAINT REGISTER HO GAYI HAI. AAP KI PROBLEM SOLVE HOTE HI, AAP KO AIRTEL KI TARAF SE AAP KO KAL CALL AAJAYEGA DHANYAWAD".

I had purchased a prepaid Sim Card in the month of August 08 But 10 days back the Sim is not working anyway when i asked about it the dealer told me to go to airtel office and pay something around 200 rs now your sim will be activated but i am of the opinion why should i pay the money it is their responsiblity to start my sim [protected]

i m sanket, actully from airtel cutomer care a person named suresh is miss behaving to my wife.he is always sending msg from 52855 no. and asking that to "to whom ur r talking his name sanket" and once or twice he was made call from 0758(city code) phone no i dont remember hes asking "i[censored] never want me as boy friend i will cut my hand" now we r dipressed from this case.actully i am eager to know that is any person from customer care can send this kind msgs.and otherwise if he is doing this wat airtel can do for this...now i m depressed for this case.plz do somethig...
