i have called at call center 100 of times than too my problem of reduction of balance now n than n they u to send a mesg abt your balc is reduce to to vas download n all plz look at it as soon as possible

When it was activated this no was postpaid & payment was directly via credit card, hence threr was no deposite for this phone. After some days I discontiuned direct payment. Your gallery at dombivali told me to pay Rs. 500 cash as a security deposite. I paid & having receipt no.126270, dated 08.07.2008
after some months I received higher payment bills, so I deciede to go for prepaid. Meanwhile you dombivali gallary was closed down
then I went to Your Thana Gallery for refund of deposite, there your officer advised me to convert this deposite to prepaid amount. He ( Imran asw the name of that Person) gave the request for conversion.
he took nearly 40 min to do this job & told me this amount will be transfered to your account whithin 3 to 4 days Uptill this amount is not transferred.
again I inquired & got answer your request is not excuted because the amount was not shown in old A/c
They advised me to complaint at nodalofficer.[protected]@airtel.in
I lodged complaint on above address
still there is no response
