[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Call list of prepaid no

Dear Sir/Madam,

I received one SMS from Airtel regarding some devotional SMS to my mobile.
But it was activated I don't know how it is activated in my mobile. Now I am getting SMS daily
by Airtel people.

I want to stop this devotional SMS service immediate effect.

kindly do the same immediately.

i am a retailer named welcomecommunication situated paravankunu, manacaud - Po, trivandrum - 695009 and serviced by your distributor M/s Ayswarya agencies, trivandrum. my mob no ; [protected]
on 31st august myself activated one new prepaid connection bearing no [protected]. By mistake, beofre selecting the language i have done the first recharge of Rs. 79.00 as flexi. so the connection is not fully activated and the customer is not getting incoming or outgoing.

to make it activate myself immediately contacted the retailer service centre (12144) and briefed the problem. the executive replied me that " we have registered the com plaint and it will be activated within 24 hours".accordingly i pleased the customer. but till date (09/09/2009) it is not corrected. Between these days every day i am calling the retailer servvice centre and gentting different answers.
on 09/09/2009 when calling the retailer service centre i asked the the madam on duty to hand over the phone to her senior to speak directly to the officer concerned. but the officer on duty never lifted the phone and it is ringing, ringing ringing.

now days this field is highly compettitive and activities like this will end in sales drop and mainly airtel will loose its reputation. pls correct it
