[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Call list of prepaid no

my balance had been deducted on 5.sep.2009 (10.14 am) of rupees 15 for hpp://gclub.in for sub of airtel wap but I had not sub any of this subscription.And I don't have any airtel wap settings only, when I have request customer care executive they behave badly, I want to get my money back, please help me out in this problem otherwise I have to quit Airtel service...My mobile is [protected]...

Airtel — implementation of schemes without consent of customer

Sir,
This is with regard to my Airtel pre-paid connection No. [protected]. I get messages on my phone stating that some scheme or other has been implemented on my number and that I have been charged for it. But this is done without taking my consent. Once, it was that 'hello tunes' have been implemented on my number. But I did not apply for it, nor was my consent taken. Then, it was that COSMO PACK has been implemented on my number and that I have been charged for this. To unsubscibe, I have to SMS to a given number etc. That was unnecessary harassment for me. Again, after some days, I got a message saying that COSMO PACK has been renewed on my number and I have been charged for it. This is blatant robbery. I request you to kindly do the needful in this regard.
