No proper network and signal
There is airtel tower near by our area and v got signal fully., but for last three months no signal is coming to mobile.
this fault is seen in many areas in Gorimedu, puducherry.
some it diplays emergency calls only or sos mode .
so please see to this and rectify as soon as possible...

I had subscribed (by mistake) this service 54321 in Mail Alert Service from Airtel live . Now I wanted to unsubscribe this service on my Mobile No.[protected] as every mail alert they are charging Rs.1/- without my renewal. Several times I called up Customer care service of Airtel, but not getting solutions after giving false commitment that I will be done within 24 hours. Since last 1month I have been doing the calls and same answer is getting. I have lost my money without any reason. Even they can't give the solution how to unsubscribe from mail alert service
I request you kindly help me do this service unsubscribe from my Mobile No.

the services of Airtel are worst, there is no any local office where we can directly aprroach to register our complaints. there is no transparency in there tariff as well as in our balance account. no body is aware of their wrong deduction of the amount from the customers balance.
