[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — disconnected services without prior intimation

Sir,

I, ABDUL MUZEEB, Airtel customer last Seven Years, my mobile no is [protected] (Pre Paid Customer).

One sudden day i.e., Dt.[protected] I received a message to submit my Photo ID and Address Proof within 24 hours, unfortunately at that I am in camp, after 24 Hours they stopped the Services.

After coming from camp I submitted all relevant documents as they required, after two days i connected services.

After one week My SIM registration was failed and my services was stopped without any intimation.

Why such things will happen regularly in Airtel, kindly pursue the matter and take necessary action for re-connection.

AirTel — Service disconnected

Since the start of Airtel services in Orissa circle in Dec'2004 the undersigned is holding Airtel mobile no-[protected] which is being used without any fail by the undersigned. But since Ist week of Feb'12 the message flashed better known to Airtel "SIM Card Registration Failed" and thus unable to use the no. there upon. Since this number is importatnt to me as it is my primary number for all my bank A/c, Share, Mutual Fund, Insurance etc. Kindly look into the matter to resolve the issue at the earliest.

Airtel — internet disconnected without any reason , without any prior information

I am yogendra trivedi, my airtel broadband number is [protected]. Airtel suddenly dissconnect broadband connection on 1 May. Without any prior notice , without any complint. When I called customer care they told to fix it max 9 May and they provided me id 15134522. Even they don't know the reason of cancellation.Today is 9 may and resolution time is 11am. i didn't recive any call from airtel represetatives.I am very much upset and deppresed due to airtel comany services.
