[Resolved]  Airtel — Recharge issue/balance

Namaskar!!

today when i recharge my no. [protected] through the online recharge . it shows that recharge is not successful . but my Rs 200/- balance is less or debit from my account. but till i have not get balance . i have send details

recharge status which are shown on your airtel website when i recharging my account..

transaction message : Dear Customer, the transaction for online recharge of your airtel mobile could not be processed. Try online recharge using another bank account or another mode of payment.
Please check your bank account before initiating another transaction.

recharge amount (Rs.) : 200.00
mobile no. : [protected]


so please help me.

Bharti Airtel Limited — recharge not done but a/c has been debited

dear sir/ madam
I have recharged with Rs.333/- two times on 25th sept 2010 and Rs.222/- on 04th october 2010 through sbi mobile banking on my airtel mobile no.-[protected]. my sbi bank a/c has been debited on those date but recharge not done on my mobile.I am complaining regularly to airtel customer care since 26th sept2010, at first they told that u have to send the bank statement, I have sent more then 12 times the bank statement, but they told that they are not getting my attached bank statement,then I have sent again with cc to my another email,then I have got the attachment , but the airtel have not got any attachment, how? after that they told that they got the statement but they want it through fax also, they gave me two fax no, that was invalid. I have tried many times, but fax was not going due to invalid no.
they are telling that they have not got any request to above recharge and advise to contact to banking service provider, even in the statement it is clearly visible.
I am an employee of sbi, so I have seen the mobile banking suspense a/c , there are not any amount, so I have to beg to return my money(rs.888/)from airtel
so, kindly resolve my problem and obilige me , i am facing this problem from more than 36 days.

Airtel — Regarding net recharge

today i got recharged my airtel mobile with Rs 98 ( for internet) from shop. he recharged and get massage but i have not received any massage moreover amount is deducting from the main balance when using net. i called to customer care he told the there is not any recharge done by you. i am fail to understand that if i have not got it recharged then why shop person got the massage for successfull recharge. i am fed up with the airtel services. help me

so please help me.
Wait for a few days. It usually takes 2-3 days for the money to be credited back to your a/c. Also keep record of the transaction id that was shown during the payment.
