[Resolved] Airtel — SCAM,DEDUCTING MONEY | |||
airtel has deducted money on[protected] time 8 pm from my prepaid mobile number[protected] on the name of some services that i have not downloaded amount is 20+25 after calling customer care they have agreed to refund 20 rs and have done but they have not refunded me another 25 rs i want to ask AIRTEL that on what basis they are deducting money some months back this scam has happened before like this and i somehow managed to get refund of the deducted amount i have also filed my complaint regarding 18 january 25 rs money deduction complaint but till now no airtel official has cared to contact or solve my issue i will certainly change my tele operator if they do not reimburse my deducted amount Was this information helpful? | |||

Airtel — airtel is a scam mobile operator
airtel is a very bad company,but im in that for 4years now they are deducting my balance all of a sudden,and also im unable to call the customer care complaint section 198 but from other airtel number i can call and complaint...this is a very perfect scam company...all costs are very high so im changing my operator to docomo or uninor,videocon etc....Bharti Airtel Ltd. — Fraud Promising & Not connect with customer care & deduction money
dear managerSir I am custumer of Airtel prepaid and its no. is [protected] and I have complain according to 'Not connect with custumercare & deduction of mony' according to this complain a phone call comes on 29 march from service center & they have commited me he will return my mony approximetly 10 rupees voucher in next 12 hours but the promise of returning the amt. is not fullfill and the service center agent said that the two service are activated on your no. but i have never start any service.the custumer service center agent promise me they are deactivate these service but after some time the service center massage me by '1210' your request corresponding to 'TADKALIVE' could not be processed. Please try after some time in my mail Id a comment comes according to complain by Bharti Airtel ltd. They promise me to solve my problem.but the problem is still going on.so please please solve my problem.
IM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED with airtel services as no airtel official till now has contacted on call/sms or email and when i somehow managed to contact customer care the phone was disconnected by the supervisor whom telecaller transferred phone in future i will not choose airtel and also change my correct operator IF I DONOT GET REFUND OF MY AMOUNT 25 inr in my prepaid number [protected]

Dear Friends,
This is to inform you that The Bharti Airtel Mobile Company has become a faction of highway robbery. They have collected from my balance amount a sum of Rs75/- for a soft ware that has not been downloaded. When I contacted the customer care they said that the software could be found somewhere in the phone. I have searched the phone but no games have been downloaded. More over I never opted for such a game and they never asked me whether I would like to download the games. It is the bounden duty of the company to get my permission before collecting any money from me. But as this balance is at their disposal they simply pocketed the money without my permission and demand for any games.
So it is highly irregular, illegal, criminal and tantamount to highway robbery. Henceforth I warn all our friends and Bharti Airtel customers to be wary of the oncoming hazard.
