AirTel — details of incoming calls

dear sir,I am a post paid customer of airtel for past several years and paid thousands of rupees as a consumer. In Nov. 2007 some body stole my purse from my car in Fatehgunj Baorda Gujarat. FIR was lodged and have been requesting the airtel company to give me the details of incoming calls as I need to trace the person who has taken Rs. 2 lacs from me and has disappeared. My papers and the proof of giving him the money was in my purse was also stolen.I was getting calls from him on my mobile,and was stolen too. I had sent a notice through one lawyer and he says he has misplaced the copy of the notice,which was returned saying the person does not live here. My lawyer once went to mumbai said that he went to mumbai but now refuses. it seems he has joined the culprit.airtel refuses to give me details am 60 yr. old female

I am Mohd Safiuddin my airtel no. is [protected] i had portable from idea to Airtel on 22 Jan 2011 after seven days on 29 jan 2011 my idea sim deactiviated and Airtel activated but since 29 jan incoming call unavailable[ Not Reachable] in Airtel Sim Card i have many times called in Airtel Customer Care but they not listen my words and put my call on hold after few minutes call disconnacted. Airtel customer care is too bad cusomer care in india they don't want to help their customer. I feel very angry becuase last two days my no. in off mode. What should i do i can't understand. Its a very disppointing that no. 1 mobile service in india don't resolved thier customer issue.

Airtel — Why they Require Police complete to get incoming and outgoing calls for my wife no.

Respected Sir ,

I want details of incoming and outgoing call for prepaid but they want police complete . how is it possible for getting call details they require police report for my own wifes number. this is not possible.
So suggest any other way to get it. its important.

I am gratefull that you acknowledged my complaint but at the same time I am sorry to say that my issue has not been resolved.
I went to the airtel gallery and there they denied to help me.
I even went to the police station to log in an FIR so that I can get the incoming record but again I was unheard as they didn't find my reasons good enough. That was as expected.
May be my reasons to others may not sound serious but for me it's damn important.
I need that particular number at any cost. Kindly help
I will do anything that it takes. Please understand the seriousness of my matter.
