Sir , I am a Ex- GREF person. I have two Pli polices No. CA/AEA-8977M and APS- 636755-L and applied for transfer policy to Kerala Circle on 02 Feb 2010. But action is not completed. Transfer of polices awaited. I requested for four times. But I didnot get any suitable reply. My policies likely lasped within one month. sir, i am also an account holder of pli.anyhow, we have received many complaint regarding this policy.Moreover there are so many rumour regarding the unserviceability and non functioning account on attaining maturity.

This policy worths nothing as we surrender, we don't get what we payed with out intrest.i had completed my policy of 9 yrs and when i want to surrender because of some financial crisis, it is been said that i wont get what i paid untill unless i complete the full time. If some body want to surrender the policy in between atleast we get what we payed. so policy is waste to invest. the process to take loan on it is also lengthy, bond has to be sent to delhi they decide how much loan we r eligible.that will be sent to you and you reply for that and they sanction.local FPO are not able explain how much we get. If every thing is concerned to delhi then the requirement of loan for which he want is not possible.then what is use of loan if you sanction after 3 to 4 months which is fast way. by the above said complaints i can expect how much fast PLI is replying .I advise authority please decentralize the power to FPO to clear are make payments surrenders. to make or attend individual requirements with minimum time are keep a Web services online to clear for fastest mean of communication.I feel bad of what technology we have. what we are following .

Now, when I visited the same post office for the said reason, they intimated me that there is no any correspondence received from PLI Cell in this regard till date. Hence, may I request you to intimate me the present position of the case at the earliest please. Also requested to informed me that any pass book or any other document will be issued to me to keep record of further deposition of instalments in future please.
