Sorry for not to talking you for a long time, as I was stuck with my busy and Hectic schedule. However we suppose not to be ideal like this. We have to mantain the momnetum and keep fighting. Because ABDL is professional cheater and making us fool. Whem we reached at there office, at that time thier representative Ninkhil promised us to provide the legal document of the property which those people was offering but He didn't shown to us and was supposed to sent at my office but he failed to do the same.
So these people are just making fool to us.
Sujoy, sandeep and all other respective investors could you please share your valuable thoughts so that we can recover our money/property, what ever is possiblty.

A very Happy & prosperous new year. Well I am Sujoy Ghosh I did do a group movement on Feb 2013 along with Sandeep as rightly said by Vinay. I am not placed in Delhi therefore it was difficult for me to co-ordinate for a long time. However now I am in Delhi. At that time by aour effort I was able to extract at least 70 - 80% of the money for at least 15 customers from ADBL. The movement was a success without doubt and I thank everyone who actively co-operated in that movement. Only few customers like Anjan, Alok Das and few more had different thoughts therefore they left us and tried to do it in their own way however they failed to take out their money from ADBL inspite of putting them to a news channel.
I have a definite plan to get out the money from ADBL however I would appeal to everyone to be united and follow the instructions as would be suggested by me.

Hi All,
We purchased 2, 100sq yd units in Dev City Bhiwadi project in 2008. We continued our payments till 2011 and paid almost 3.85 lacs to the company. Keeping faith on their performance and even during their economic situation in between we didn't applied for any refunds however were looking for their township positively till 2013. We have called them numerous times on different numbers for either shift us to their other projects or advice for refunds if Bhiwadi is not finishing. At-last we were advised to part from the project and apply for refund.
Now we are chasing every 4th day with their staff about the status of either refunding the money or transferring us to their other project under customer goodwill, to which 1st they responded to refund will be with us by Jan 14 and now its March end they are not responding to calls and even their office in Okhla has been changed.
Numbers we tried were for My. Satyanarain Gupta ji / Ajay ji / Pandit ji / Aman.ji / Shubhangi ji...
If any of Arundev's official or MR. BHARADWAJ is reading this, we humbly request you to please be @ your promise of "Hamara Sapna Sab Ka Ghar Ho Apna" and help us in securing our small home in your projects.
We still have hope in for your organization and would request you to consider our request.

My Father invested money in Arun Dev builder society flat in Haridwar during Jun 2007. But till date no work and no allotment is done in this project. We contacted so many guys in their office but no response received.

Hi All, Here I am another victim of Arun Dev builder. I booked a plot in their Bhiwadi Project in year 2007. No possession till date. Only false verbal promises that they will have it registered it soon in my name.
We all should try to avail legal help collectively. However, if Sujoy's approach is working, We must all unite with him and follow the path.

This builder is nothing but a group of cheaters. I have already sent notices to them through my Lawyer and yet to file case against them.
If somebody is asking you to wait for more time, he is nothing but tactics to gain more time. They are not going to refund our hard earned money easily.

Has anyone got any refund of the booking amount yet . I too have booked the flat in their Bhiwadi Project in 2008, but no of intimation of possession till yet.
When called them at their Okhla, Delhi office, they say that they are not refunding anyone's money .

hi my name is dev, i also booked a flat in bhiwadi project and i gave around 2.25 lakh for that but i did not allocated my flat right now when i asked from okhla branch they told me it will be provided within month . no satisfactery result from thier side. 8 year has been over and till now i did not allocated the flat. i am going to lodge a fir against them.my number is[protected]

I had also booked flat at Mandawar near Haridwar and paid rupees 25000 plus installment money of rupees 10000 total 35000 rupees but I have seen no progress on construction site so I requested for the refund and accordingly submitted original receipts and affidavit on format given by ADBL on 6th July 2010 and my registration number is Adbl 32698 but till date not a penny is refunded by the company to me...very shameful ...please take necessary action against the company thank you Chander Prakash from Delhi
