IN BHIWADI PROJECT(10th OCT 2007).THEY PROMISSED TO GIVE POSSESSION IN 2009 BUT WHEN I VISTED OVER THE SITE, FOUND NO ANY SATISFACTORY CONSTRUCTION WORK.AND DUE TO SOME OF MY PERSONEL PROBLEM, I COULD NOT CONTINUE WITH THIS AGREEMENT SO I WANT REFUND MONEY(WITH 15% DEDUCTION).BUT COMPANY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MONEY BACK, BY EVERY NOW AND THEN, THEY TOLD ME ABOUT SOME INSPACTION(WHICH WAS STARTED SINCE DECEMBER 2008 TO TILL DATE).AND THEY DIDN'T ACCEPT MY CANCELATION DOCUMENT(WHICH WAS MANDATORY RECOMENDATION BY COMPANY) AND TILL DATE, THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME ANY POSITIVE RESPONSE.

PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.

Hi Mr. Ahmad N.,

I was just going through this page... And i was just tried to see what actually mention in your link and I clicked it and suddenly I saw the page written "The page cannot be found"
I thought may be the link you have written here is misspelled so I gone through with your website "http://www.tsipl.co.in" and It was opened so quickly but when I pressed ABOUT US then I got suprise that this is again showing :The page can not be found"

ANYONE CAN CHECK mentioned website :-)

hi Arun dev builders is not at all a wise dicision to invest as they are cheating every body. I have also invested here for 200 yard plot . They gave me post dated cheques against cancellation but the cheques bounced and they are not responding . I have started legel procedure against them and I will see to it that they pay for the crime they have have done. I suggest that go for the legel option as soon as possible because they are not going to anything positive

I am Ananta Kumar Swain, I have booked a plot in january 2008, I have paid Rs.100000/-at the time of booking and regularly payment monthly installment for Rs.3000/-.I have already paid Rs.208000/-, still now I have not received possession letter.Their officials saying within 8/9 month they will provide possession, Let us wait and watch them.

I REQUEST YOU ALL THAT PUT YOUR MOBILE NOS. AND ADDRESSES AND MAKE A GROUP TO REGISTER A FIR AGINST THE BUILDER .I THINK OWNER OF ARUNDEV BUILDER IS NOT A GENUINE. HE MUST BE PUNISHED TO SAVE MORE PEOPLE GET VICTIMISED BY SUCH FRAUD PEOPLE.

ADBL IS A FRAUD COMPANY. I TOO HAD BOOKED A PLOT AT BHIWADI IN 2007. AFTER TWO YEARS WHEN I VISITED THE SITE, I CAME TO KNOW FROM LOCAL VILLAGERS THAT THEY HAD NOT EVEN PURCHASED THE LAND EXCEPT THE FRONT FEW PART ON WHICH SAMPLE PLAT WAS BEING CONSTRUCTED. THEY HAD MADE THE FENCING ON A LARGE AREA OF LAND WHICH WAS ACTUALLY ON THE NAME OF FARMERS AND NOT YET REGISTERED. ABDL HAD PAID THE COMPANSATION TO FARMERS FOR NOT CULTIVATING ON THE LAND WHICH WAS FAKELY TO BE PRESENTED AS ADBL AQUIRED LAND. AFTER KNOWING THIS I APPLIED FOR REFUND. AFTER A GREAT STRUGGLE AND MANY CHEQUE BOUNCES I GOT MY RS-1, 50, 000 BACK IN ABOUT NEXT 8 MONTHS. I THINK THEIR TRUTH MUST BE BROUGHT TO PEOPLE AND LEGAL ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST THEM.

Respected sir/madam,
Yesterday i took a new airtel landline with broadband connection with thousand rupees plan.,but you people didnt provide any instrument like telephone,modem i dont know what is the reason. I had already 14 connections in airtel but this is the first time you people do like this.,so do immediate solution otherwise i will surrender whole my connection and go for other network .

i wonders how ADBL company is making fool of all o[censored]s, they are just making money thats it. why they are not telling people about actual situation of bhiwadi project . Are they actually planning to give us promised flat or not?

HI all,

I purchased the same from Arun Dev Builders, but as per the commitment of the agents they were supposed to handover the bhiwadi flat at the end of 2010.But till date except the sample flats which were constructed 2 yrs back nothing is comming up there.Would u please confirm the actual date u r going to start the work on project.We have already cleared all the liabilties till 12/10.Waiting for ur reply on my mailing address of jammu or on my email id ie [protected]@yahoo.com.

Dear All,

Me and my friends booked flats at Arun Dev Bhiwadi project and facing the same refund problem. So what I suggest we have to do something collectively for which at least we need to make list of all clients who are facing this problem. Thus kindly provide your Email id or contact numbers. So that we can take some legal action.

Steps :
1 Forward a mail from your id to below mention id.
2 Mention:
A. If anybody Received the claim or partial claim. if yes what time span it tooks.
B. The date on which claim is submitted.

3 Then we make a group and private emails will be circulated for further actions and if collectively we do this, I am sure many o[censored]s find good links to upcome this situations.

But before we have to unite first.

ABDL — Document not delivered on time

Despite several follow-up with your Guwahati Office no one is aware about the document against CN no[protected] dated 14.06.2011. While talking at 1.15 pm today at[protected] one lady named Ms Rekha behaved too rude & was giving wrong statement about the same. Ultimately when she was proofed wrong she was giving the entire blame on the delivery boy, where we are not concern at all. As we know the reputation of Track on Courier, we deal with you. We will always welcome decent ingnorance from your people about service/ business rather than behaving so; will will definetely look for alternative service provider...!!

In Sept, 2007, I was booked a flat in bhiwadi project and aug 2010 i applied for cancellation of flat. but in arun dev builders nobody wants to responding/answering for refund money.From last one year, contineous i asking or my refund money but disappointed always from arun dev company side. My two friends also suffering for the same problem. No body was taking responsibility for the same. This type of behaviour shows a big negligency & negative attitude of Arun dev builder company for his customer. What to do now? Plz suggest. my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com Thank u !
