I am surprised to read a lot of complain against Arun Dev Builders ltd, Yes it is true that they are not high-tech they have clientage of lower middle class. But it is true that they follow their wordings. I purchased a plot of 60 sq yard in Dheeraj Nager Faridabad Plot No ……… . I got two years time to make payment @ 4000/- Per sq yard. I was able to pay in four year but they did not harass me. Other builders use to cancel the plot because rate of plot was 8500/- Per sq yard at that time. They did there level best to complete that deal. I booked a plot in Haridwar and get its registry done in last month where as people say that they don’t have land in Haridwar. I had booked two plots in Bhiwadi and I am sure that soon I will get the possession.

I think all the statements which I had viewed is not true because I had booked a flat in their delhi /ncr project which is named by Yamuna apartment . and with in 16 months I got the position . and im quite satisfied from them because they had fulfilled their words which they had committed to me.

I had never thought of purchasing my own house but my dream came true because of their easy installments plan. we are too happy to find a House at Reasonable Price in India and its my advice to other builders that they should also make such a easy installment plan so that everybody had their own House. As per my opinion they are working on very less profit that is why getting delay. If that delay gives me time to pay and pay only 70% compare to market then it is Jackpot for me. Thanks

It’s my advice to all of you that please wait for another month. Some time before I was also thinking the same as you people are thinking but now I feel that I was wrong as I got the registry in Haridwar in last week only. I visited to their Haridwar site and found that the work was going with full swing.

I m one of the customer of Arun dev builders and I m quite satisfied by company .i booked a plot in Haridwar and get its registry done 15 days before only and they are giving special discount on initial position construction work.

OK WE ARE AGREE WITH U, THAT U GET YOUR PLOT AT HARIDWAR, BUT SIR HERE WE R TALKING ABOUT BHIWADI PROJECT, WHT ABOUT THEM ??? THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY SATISFY ANSWER ABOUT THE POSSESSION OF FLAT AT BHIWADI.

I don’t Know that what is going on in Their Bhiwadi Project . But in my case 2 Year Before I Booked a Flat in their Delhi/Ncr Project named as Yamuna Appt Presently I m living there I am very happy that I have a nice flat in Yamuna Apartments (Delhi).i will definitely recommend their service to my other colleagues . and I am very happy that I am a customer of ADBL and I m too satisfied with Arun Dev Builders performance .

I am one of the investor of Arun dev Builders Ltd's Projects in North India Region & I feel that there was some problum at the start in the year 2007-08 due to th political uncertainity at the concerned areas; where ADBL's Projects were running. But as you Know no this Company is dedicated for the Lower/ Middle class families serving. So this Company never try to earn more than they deserve. Company never try to sell ITS products to its clients on double or tripple cost.

Now a days Company working smoothly. I have got my land ragistries at Haridwar & Shahpura Sites and also gets the allotment letter for the Bhiwadi Projects plots/flats.

No doubt there are so many option to purchase or sell the property, but this is the Company who make refunds to its valuable customers duribing the market slow down.
As Company knows that needs/ wants/ necessacity can be change time to time. Therefor Company never refuse to give money back to its customers.

There are some people who rumer their words against the Company to fulfill their own wants. They misguide people through some sledgged blogs etc.


I wish that this Company may continue serving in the guidence of the Managingin Director Mr. Manoj Bhardwaj to the middle & lower class peole as It serving since last 13 years.

i m belongs to middle class family, i have booked a 100 sq. yrd plot in Arun Dev City Haridwar but some financial problem i want to refund my money but after discussion some senior level person they sugest me that you take refund only half amount and continuing ur booking, i would like to say thanks to bottom of my heart, now i am paid all my dues and take Registry of my name...thnx ... thanx to Arun Dev Builders A name of trust

Arun dev Builders is a sinking ship.
Any moment they may declare themselves bankrupt. They make promises a lot but never fulfil.
I understand that a PIL SHOULD BE FILED AGAINST THEM.
None of their projects wiull succeed. They are not builders but thgugs.

MY NAME IS BHARAT CHOUHAN. I ALSO BOOKED 350 SQ. FT. AREA FLAT IN BHIWADI RAJASTHAN. TOTAL SUM OF RUPEES 62000/- WAS PAYED. BUT AFTER SOME MONTH I FOUND THERE IS NOTHING CONSTRUCTED AT THE SITE. SO I DECIDED TO WITHDRAW MY MONEY. I SUBMITTED MY DOCUMENT FOR REFUND IN MONTH OF FEB 2009. BUT THEY REFUSE TO ACCEPT MY REFUND DOCUMENTS. AFTER AROUND ONE YEAR LATER THEY ACCEPT MY DOCUMENT AND ISSUED ME TWO POST DATED CHEQUES FIRST 12000/- (JUNE 2010) AND SECOND 50000/- (JULY 2010).
IN MONTH OF JUNE I PRESENTED CHEQUE OF RS. 12000/-. BUT THAT WAS DISHONORED BECAUSE OF INSUFFICIENT FUND. I CALLED TO MR. RAJESH MALIK, HE TOLD ME THAT PRESENT MY CHEQUE AGAIN NEXT WEEK. THAT TIME THE 12000 RS. CHEQUE WAS CLEARED. NEXT MONTH OF JULY ANOTHER 50000/- RS CHEQUE PRESENTED. IT WAS ALSO DISHONORED. I CALLED AGAIN MR. RAJESH MALIK, HE REFER ME TO ANOTHER PERSON NAMED KUMAR GOURAV. HE ALSO TOLD ME TO PRESENT MY CHEQUE NEXT WEEK. BUT IT WAS DISHONORED AGAIN. SO I CALLED AGAIN MR. KUMAR GOURAV THEN HE TOLD ME THAT COMPANY FACING PROBLEM OF LIQUIDITY. SO THEY WILL ISSUE ME ANOTHER PDC OF RUPEES 50000/- . I CALLED AGAIN MR. RAJESH MALIK, THIS TIME HE REFER ME TO MR. JATIN. NOW JATIN TOLD ME PRESENT MY CHEQUE NEXT WEEK. AS USUAL IT WAS DISHONORED.
NOW I FEEL VERY HARASSED AND FRUSTRATED BECAUSE MOST OF TIME NOBODY (ADBL’S REPRESENTATIVE, MR. RAJEASH MALIK, MR. KUMAR GURAV, MR. JATIN) RECEIVE MY CALL. WHEN I CALL THEM FROM ANOTHER PH. NO. THEN THEY GIVE ME ANOTHER FAKE DATE. SO I DECIDE TO REGISTER F.I.R. AGAINST ADBL BUILDER IN ECONOMIC OFFENCES WING OF DELHI POLICE CRIME BRANCH, MALVIYA NAGAR.

I have also boked a flat in Bhivadi --- no progress for last 2 yrs ..

If they can give me flat in any other city taht is ready to move in I will be more than happy to take taht but further investment in this si blocking money

hi dear my self pradeep pandey i also have booked a flat in Bhibadi and after 2.5 year after booking visited the site but did not get satisfactory contraction on the site, but as i know them
so they do not have bad intention behind it due to investors like us are not submitting the their
installment on regular basic that is why they are gating late on it but right now project work is in running condition you all can visit the site and can see there.
