Does anyone know for sure that they have actually received approvals (I mean 90B etc) for their Bhiwadi project. Or are Arun Dev guys just giving allotments under pressure (or to collect some more money) without approvals to buy time...
If ayone close to their office and having knowledge of papers can please check the approvals and let us know, it would be great..

i rajeev kumar have booked a plot in bhiwadi project. i went 2 days before to see the 90b they give all the documents related to bhiwadi project. i verifyed that documents is right and they are ready to give allotment of plots and flat.

ya i agree that the commited period is getting finished and the company is not refunding money due to some reasons, but we all know that in this period every one o[censored]s are suffering from econimic crises and the same is with the company.
i am from a middle class family and before 2 years i havent even thought of getting my own land
some how i managed some amount and booked one plot in the company at haridwar and shahpura
they have given the registery of shahpura which is still in progress for other clients and assured me that i can get the registry of haridwar in a month or 2
people will always try to make u confuse about your decisions but faith is the medicine for all harms
just have faith i am sure u will be also satisfied as i am now

I also booked a flat in Arun Dev City Bhiwadi. I visited Bhiwadi in the month of April 2009 and found that a very-very small sample flat was under construction and hardly 4-5 labours are working. The quality of work is also not at par. Design shown in brochure doesn't match sample flat. Also I think they've bought only 2-3 bigha of land, however they're projecting that they are going to develop nearly 2500 flat. I don't know if they don't have the land then why they're projecting their project to such a large scale.
I booke my flat in Oct 2007 and they promised to deleiver within 3 yrs, but with the progress it seems that they could not deliever even after 10 yrs.
When I enquired about the progress over phone they're saying that their project is running quite good and they've started working on another tower, but in reality they do not have the land or the money to start.
If they fail to deliever flats within 3 yrs of booking as they've promised I'll definitely file a case in consumer forum and ask court why not to declare Arun dev builders as blacklisted company because they fail in almost all projects and they're providing false information to the user.

You all are right, i am another fool who had investment my hard core money after take aloan from bank, & i am still in confusion whether i will get my plot or not.
Money invested in this project is appox 3.00lac and no positive response from company..
If some body is looking in to these messages, Pls do some things other wise there will be huge impact on your company as people will hestitate to invest in your future plan... and i would like to retreate that people who are investing in your projects are middle class and they want to hear some thing positive from your ends as agreed by the company..atleast you should provide the tentative date when this is going to happen...so that they can wait..

You are absolutely right, if no one official of the Company (ADBL) come forward to explain the actual position, then nobody will invest in their upcoming projects and its harmful for the company itself.
I also request to Officials of Arun Dev Builders atleast inform the actual position of progress done and to be done at their Bhiwadi site.
I am also one of the victims (booked 100 sq. yrds plot in bhiwadi). If nobody will hear by request them i will definitely file suit against them.

I Have booked the plot in Dehradun with arun dev builders in about feb 2007 and they have comitted to give the possission with in one year, Now till the time there is no any construction or no any satisfacion reply. Now I am worried is this my investment is safe.Now again i am religing that these people are not relible.

I am also customer of Arun Dev Builders and staying in Yamuna Apartments New Delhi since last three years. But now I am feeling totaly cheated by builder because there is no water available in the society the builder is bringing water from outside bores thru water tankers whichis not potable water. i dont know how long he will provide water to residencies may be upto his construction activitties are going on after that there will be no water.
Three years has been passed and he is not able to get electricity connection for residencies so he is supplying electricity after setting/thefting from BSES on fixed monthaly basis.
Sewarage system is totaly damaged and every where leakage in the basement which makes invironment unhealthy.
Last months only his internal watersupply pipe lines were broken and there was huge leakage so we replaced water pipeline on our own expenses.
Construction quality is very poor you can remove all plaster by rubbing with hands.
There is a lot of seepage and fungal damage on walls.
The next block he is constructing in front of our block he is not using mixure and vibrator for RCC structure so we dont know how long this structure will be stable.
Electrical wiring is very poor quality you can see clusters of wires in the basement and staircase landing which is very dangerous for lifes.
He dont have experienced engineers, electricians, construction machinery, material testing lab etc.even he dont have RCC Structure stability certificate from designers, he is putting reinforcement hether and thither on basis of thumb rules.
So my sole advice to new byers is please dont invest your hard money without proper inquiry.
if you have any dout in your mind then please come and see yamuna apartments in new delhi and then decide.
And as well as his upcoming projects are concern he is totaly cheating with customers in haridwar he has got a very small piece of land and he sold thousands of flats over there practically it is not possible for him to make these flats in acquired land.Even in yamuna apartments delhi he sold/booked flats on that land which land doesnt belongs to builder claiming that he is going to by the same land.
since he has kept small amount for booking thats why buyers are attracting towards his scheme so be carefull before investintment otherwise you will loose your booking amount and builder will keep on fighting with you in courts whole life.

It is all about the rumours we hear from here and there. I received a regular invitation and information from Arundev builders for the plot/flat in-orgation and allotment...I believe they will not loose their reputation customer value. Hope I will get my booking to be alloted tomorrow, since I received invitation for the same.

Arun dev builders are big fruad, I have asked for refund in the month of April 2009 for bhivadi project, but i still didnt receive any cheque, They will give me cheque but will be post dated for the month of march 2010 thats what they said.
I am tired of this farud company
I am thinking that once i will get cheque it should get clear..
Hoping but one thing is sure I will never invest in this Arun dev buiders again

Progress at Dehradun project is zero and you will find only a small cabin with arun dev builders board. Dont pay anything unless and until they show you the approvals.

I have just got allotment letter from the company for my 200 sq yds plot. They are giving allotment but possesion they say will be given after 8 months to 1 yr

I have booked 1 Plot at their Arun Dev City at Shahpura and 1 Plot at their Dev City at Bhiwadi, now 2 days before I received a Possession Offer Letter for Shahpura Project in which they wrote to deposit final payment and get possession after clearance of Payment and get Registry within 15 days of Possession.
I also received a Allotment Letter for Bhiwadi Project in which they offer Allotment of Plot at Bhiwadi.
Can u suggest me some idea.
