[Resolved]  Arun Dev Builder,Bhiwadi Project — ARUN DEV BUILDERS LIMITED....No Construction and Refuse to refund booking amount

i have booked 2 plot in dev city, but till date no progress seen at the site, it seem that they are not serious about the money of other people & making fun out of other money, please give your clear picture when you are going to deliver the plots.

I too have booked two plots in the ADBLs Bhiwadi project and every time I call them they say they would be giving the possession of the plots in next three months. This is happening from last 3-4 years. I think they are not serious about completing the project. When I had last visited the site the person there told me that they would start the construction from April 11, but nothing has started so far. We should unite and fight against this corrupt company.

Arun Dev Builder reputation is very bad. They are not refunding the amount. Only circulating peoples money.

I had booked a flat with Arundev builders and i was promised that the possession will be given in three years but even after 4 years, even the construction has not started.

After that i had applied for refund of my application no. 63845 and 63846 (Dev City Bhiwadi Project) but its been 5 months and i have not received any kind of reply from them.

There are many other customers who have been cheated in the same way.

Please help me as my hard earn money has been cheated by them. I am a middle class person and i am not the only one, there are atleast 50-100 more customers who have been cheated the same way.

The problem is more severe then it appears. ArunDev Builders is taking it very carelessly and they are not bothered about anyone.

i hope you will understand the gravity of my problem and act accordingly.

I am going to file FIR and civil case against the ADBL. On other hand my one of the friend has already filed civil case. So if any person is interested to recover thier hard money by way of legal action as it is our right to approach the court.

ARUN DEV Builders now registered company with other name One of them is PBNK Devlopers Pvt Ltd. In Future they may be Close Arun Dev Builders by declaring them-self as bankrupt. I not got my refund after One year of submission of application for refund.
