I agree if you say that some one is spreeding any false statement against your company .
but will you answer why Arun dev is failing to fill their committment .your company is just relaxed after eating hard earned money from poor people.
We just want to know how we can get our money back .
I have also visited the Biwadi site in december 12 .2009 .The people sitting there in the site them selve agree that they will not be able to hand over the plots, flats before 2013..
According to site manager it is not possible to get the money back .

first adbl refunded my amt in three post dated cheques. Only first cheque cleared and further two cheques bounced. Both cheques were for only rs. 30, 000 each and were presented in a gap of around 1 month. Now its ur decision ...

I know that people has invested their hard earned money with Arundev so they wants transparent update by the builder,
I am also one of the customer like you who has invested with ADBL.
I was very upset when I was seeing complains about Arundev .
But now I am bit relaxed, I got the allotment .
When I inquired I found that more than 95% customers bought a plot just to invest but not to live there.
But Personally Speaking bought this plot to built a house .
Recently I have visited the site in Bhiwadi .According to me this place will still take min 5 years to develop.So I have to wait .
I will also request every one that make sure we are getting the plots which should be legally approved and will not not face any issue in future .
Then We can relax and wait 3 to 4 years for development .
Because Arundev is responsible for Developing the Project but not the surrounding area.whitout which your plot has no value .
I will request every one who visits the site ., please let every one know your view and observation .and the good or bad thing you have experienced .

BUT WHT ABOUT THE FLAT INVESTORE'S, THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY KIND O[censored]PDATION FOR IT.
Arun dev builder is very reliable and trustworthy company for me. I bought a plot from them in Haridwar. When I purchased the plot the rate was 3191/- but now rate has revised. I have got my plot registry. I am very happy that they are doing their work nicely.

In my way Arun Dev Builders played an integral and important role to accommodate families from other places. As with any relocation, finding suitable accommodation in other state is no easy achievement. I think ADBL achieved a 100% success rate, which in itself is quite remarkable, when considering some of the accommodation requirements. That’s why I am very happy that I am a customer of ADBL and I have a 150 Sq.yrd plot in Arun Dev City Haridwar and I have got my plot registry too .

we could purchase property like plots or flats from owner of the property. but monthly installment basis par jaise 2000/- or 3000/- Rs per month ye sirf Arun Dev Builders se hi possible hai. I really appreciated that what you have done for us.Especially for that scheme.

Now seeing your appearance on this blog site, I would like to draw your kind attention here. You should have read all the complains regarding ADBL's failure at Bhiwadi project. All your customers are in fear of loosing money they have invested in your Bhiwadi project. You should have addressed them in proper way and tell them the truth and your company's future plan so that they can be satisfied.
