Can any one confirm updated status for Bhiwadi project of Arun Dev Builders, their were no news from company nor from any any source neither from any of the office of Arun Dev Builders. Please I have invested my hard earned money in the fake project.

Have invested in bhiwadi projects but no communication we are getting from ADBL from last two year. And I further want to invest some money in their up coming projects but if these guys are serious about their projects. Other Builders are taking benefits of these kind of situtation...

ADBL Team kindly pull up your socksss... and react immediately and positively...what ever the situation kindly keep in touch with you investators... it benefited you also

your projects are within budget of middle class, well constructed, neat looking too. you need to make a proper customer care handling system, we have booked a flat and got in 2.7 years instead of 2 years, but we are satisfied with that, though sometimes our calls were unresponsive and uncertain answers were given to us.

I had booked 350 sq ft flat in Dev City Bhiwadi in March 2008. Builder has promised to give possession with in 3 years. My one friend too booked a flat there on my advice. Initially I gave them 2 cheques of Rs 25, 000 and even one EMI of Rs 2000. Once I got time and went to Bhiwadi to visit the place but I was shocked that even sample flats were not fully ready. After that I shifted from Gurgaon to Mumbai in April 2009 so I couldn't follow them. I had taken ECS form from the builder but that was rejected due to some reason. But my friend continued his EMI via ECS. I visited the sit one more time in 2010 but no construction was going on. I saw that farmers were doing farming there. Every time they show us the same under construction sample flats. Now It is April 2012 I still have not got possession. I didn't make active my ECS as the work on site was totally stopped. My friend and me have called the builder many times and every time they amke some excuse or give totally false information., Now I am again back to Delhi NCR but now I don't want wait more but I want my money back.

Hi All,

The best idea would be to go to their CR Park Corporate Office and get the real picture from them.
They will keep on passing the buck over the phone. So the best thing to do would be to go to their corporate office and meet their officials and get the clarity. Also, after getting a concrete date from them regarding the refund of the money or initiation of the project (in writing from them), if the work still doesn't get done, consumer court should be authority we should be visiting and getting this matter sorted out.

Also, considering that you have invested your money in this project in 007 or 008, you should be claiming an interest on the amount you have paid to them.

hi all.My name is sandip singh.before 4 years i have booked a flat in bhiwadi project but till now they have not given the possesion.also they are not making any construction.ADBL IS FRAUD BUILDER.We need to take legal action against builder.i request to all that i[censored] all facing this problem and want ur money refund back then a chain of people and register a FIR against builder.i m always with u .send ur name and contact no.on [protected]@gmail.com

ADBL is a fraud company. Their first project at Devli Extension, Holy Chowk, Delhi is a big flop. At the time of construction and booking, they have shown golden dreams to the inncent people like small garden and play area for childrens, shopping area within a complex, individual intercom for each flat and above all regular and legal water and electricity meter. Needless to say they have failed to fulil their even one promise. Let me tell you that till now almost 60% families have left their flats either on rent or sold in loss. There is still no regular electricity/water and families styaing there are like living in hell as all the time they depend on water tankers.

This is my honest advise to everybody not to invest in their flats as the whole management is fraud and their owner Manoj Bhardwaj is an illeterate people with no knowledge of real construction.

IN BHIWADI PROJECT(OCT 2007)THEY PROMISED TO GIVE POSSESSION IN[protected], BUT WHEN I VISITED OVER THE SITE, FOUND NO ANY SATISFACTORY CONSTRUCTION WORK.AND DUE TO SOME OF MY PERSONNEL PROBLEM, I COULD NOT CONTINUE WITH THIS AGREEMENT SO I WANT REFUND MONEY(WITH 15% DEDUCTION)BUT COMPANY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MONEY BACK, BY EVERY NOW AND THEN, THEY TOLD ME ABOUT SOME INSPECTION (WHICH WAS STARTED SINCE DECEMBER 2008 TO TILL DATE) AND THEY DIDN'T ACCEPT MY CANCELLATION DOCUMENT(WHICH WAS MANDATORY RECOMMENDATION BY COMPANY) AND TILL DATE, THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME ANY POSITIVE RESPONSE.

Yes, Arun Dev Builder is Fraud and he is not giving the plot/flat to customers.
We booked four plots in Arun Dev City Bhiwadi in 2008 and was promised possession within a year and if he does not do then he will pay our money with 18% interest. We have already paid 5.30 lacs for plots and whenever I call at their office they give new date for possession, till July 2012 they have not given possession. If I ask for refund the same story because of closing and inspection they will not be giving any refunds. I told them that I will take legal recourse then the reply was "Hamara koi kuch nahi bigad sakta, hamari pahunch bade bade leaders se hai.".

So Please do something against this GUNDARAJ of ARUN DEV BUILDER.
If some thing is not done than we can take some wrong step for ourselves.

Today I get to know that finally they got the proposed land approval and by 2-3 months down the line they will start possession of plots. Flat construction will take time at least 2 years. So, stick to project as that location has already got lot of increase.. project around that location is selling around 12000 / sqYards.

Today I got a call from adbl and get to know they are starting plot possession from 10-Sep-12 .

all of we together can take a legal action against this fraud builder. They looted so many people. i[censored] r interested we can hire a good single advocate for all o[censored]s with combined contribution. Also we will highlight this builder in TV channels & new papers about his fraud activities. It is a team of cheaters, looters. please contact on [protected]@gmail.com
