[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Poor service!

sir,
i have an account at your bank in cuttack branch.
my atm card is valid till feb,2009. so what steps should i take inorder to get a new one. will i be charged any amount for this.

and i am currently in bangalore studying mba,so it's not possible on my part to go to my place frequently.

i have sent my credit card application forms 2-3 Month ago and i am recived my application reference. no. 665405 and all querries is ok but i am not approved my credit card pls. infor about my credit card status as soon as possible. or reject my aaplication. my contact no. [protected].

I am kalpana..I have applied for credit card and i got card one week back only. till now, I haven't used that credit card for any use. now,I have received message to my mobile like this
"Dear customer, your credit card bill of 1685.4 with due date
01-Nov-07 has been generated and reach you shortly."
What is this, without using that credit card how could we pay to money to u people. this is really a worst service.
This is to inform you all that, i have recived a SMS stating that my Silver plus Credit card bill for this month is of Annual fees and Services Tax for rupees near to 900/-

I like to inform you that, I didn’t particularly asked any Silver plus Credit card. I asked the Axis bank credit card agent people that, I need only life time free card and they told me that they offering life time free card without any initial fee. But they change some of 900/- been charged for me regarding Annual fee.

After this I called to the Axis bank customer care today and spoke to a girl name Sangeetha (Ph No:[protected], She was the person who spoke to me and committed offer of life time free card at first while i applied for the card. But there is no proper response form her and she disconnected my call too. And then I again tried to call her, she not picking my call after hearing my complain.

I have applied for uti credit card, My application is received to your reprenstative at PADI, AXIS BANK ATM ENTERNCE, CHENNAI -50 DATED ON[protected], but i have not received any status for that. So many times i called up in customer care but nobody picking the phone & asking for application ref number by giving that it is saying ..."sorry there is no application with this reference number". Just want 2 inform you about worst service of AXIS bank customer care.

I have salary account in your Bank from 2004 onwards.If your bank is not interst to given Credit card

i have purchase sony ericsson W580i .......and key paid(break) and manufacturing defect in the handset.then i have submitted this set to sony service center ...company representative told me that .....they will replaced with new set with in five days .....but company send me old set of other customer and with new IMEI NUMBER (with problem of key paid ....)then i have told that this old pice .....company representative doing misbehave and so please friends never but sony ericsson company is frad and cheater.......................

Sub.: Regarding Home Loan Account No.[protected]-reg.

Sir/Madam,

Please refer to my captioned home loan account and my complaint of non-returning of security cheque of Rs.6.00 lacs bearing no.776857. During my personal meeting/telephonic discussions with one of your officers, it was explained to me that the said cheque is not available in the records of Axis Bank Ltd. When confronted with the original receipt issued by the bank (Shri Ajay Sharma, DSA) of having received the said cheque, a letter dated November 07, 2007 was issued thereby advising me to have the payment stopped against the said cheque no.776857.

It is astonishing that the cheque in question was handed over to your bank and I am being asked to have the payment stopped against the said cheque whereas the same has been lost at your end. It is gross negligence on the part of the concerned dealing officer of the bank.

Please note that in case the above cheque (no.776857) is misused in any form, Axis Bank Ltd. (formerly UTI Bank Ltd.) shall be solely responsible for the same, as the bank has not returned the said cheque to me in spite of making full & final payment on 29.08.2007 and lost my original cheque at their end.

Hi everybody,
This is regarding the iconnect that AXIS bank provides for net banking.
This is a Horrible site that they have. i wake up one morning and try to move funds to my Sharekhan account, it shows "shopping Mall" error. when i contacted the MG road branch they asked me to use "Third Party transfer" which again didnt work. i also took the email id and phone number of the person who suggested me this idea. But she just doesn't pick up the phone and neither does she reply to my emails.
This is the worst part of it.
Now i'll have to go all the way to MG road just to get another suggestion which also doesn't work.
There is no point of contact for anything i feel or they might just be passing the buck.

UTI Bank — Poor service!

I want to know the person name and full address, in which account my 13000 is trensfer,

I want to know why there is so much delay in issuing me a new credit card. I have intimated you that my name printed on the card is not correct and issue me a new card depicting my name correctly. As, I Mohammed Younus an sbsal account holder of your bank in
koramangala branch in Bangalore have deep regrets against your branch,
that as I have issued a cheque of your bank to a clear my credit card
balance have rejected it stating that the signature is not verifying.
And I am using this facility for first time from your bank and this is a
new account and there is lots of enough balance in my account. So your
Branch staff should have called me as I have furnished all details of me
and my contact no. As There is no problem from your branch but
unnecessary the other Bank will charge me.
So why should I prefer to keep the balance in your bank?

Applied Bank — Poor service!

These people at Applied Bank are imposible to deal with!!! They keep charging me $32.00 over the limit fees a month, in advance, after my large payments have been made on time!! I agree with the other person up above me that emailed "...but once they charge the 10.95 monthly maintence fee they slap the over the limit fee." He/She is exactly correct!! I have tried to reason with these people and they have NO common sense. Just rip-off sense. It is not worth getting a card from them, you are only looking for problem with them. Unless you like to give your money away to a greedy company------STAY AWAY.
I have 7 credit cards and I have no problems with any of them, like these greedy lying, *@!#*#DS.
