[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Poor service!

sir,
i have an account at your bank in cuttack branch.
my atm card is valid till feb,2009. so what steps should i take inorder to get a new one. will i be charged any amount for this.

and i am currently in bangalore studying mba,so it's not possible on my part to go to my place frequently.

I have requested you so many times to change my address and enhancement my credit limit(through courier end email ).But u people not respond my request till yet.

Kindly update my request as soon as possible because i faced lots of problem to collect my monthly credit billing.

I complaining you that i not recieved my A/c statement from one year and i not received my cheqbook from two month by the bank.
I requesting you to post my 40 pages cheqbook & statement to my address it is so argent. My contact NO: [protected]
As former employee of applied bank i recomend complaining to the better business bureau but more impotantly the bank regulatory body "the occ"...http://www.occ.treas.gov/. This federal organization that regulates the banks. This company is just plain sleazy.

they indoctrinate the underclass with their credit cards. These people are poorly educated and really can't handle any type of credit card. They charge rates as high as 29.99 per cent, over the limit fees ranging from 32 to 35 dollars as well as 32 to 35 dollar late fees. They give credit cards with limits as low as $350.00, soon their customers are over the limit paying 29.99 per cent interest. Some pay an initial $100.00 membership fee. Some pay a 10.95 monthly membership fee. These poorly educated people do not have the education to understand the small print.

Their collectors are trained and punished if they call a customer and do not get a pay by phone for a 12.95 fee. The mail is the last resort for the customer. They even must pay a fee of 6.95 to pay over the internet or by phone(automted). Where is the gov't in regulating this sleazy [censored]hole.

The ruse is this an opportunity to rebuild your credit. In reality these credit cards are a big sucker ball for the underclass. Applied Banks business style is legal usury! Complain. complain, complain to the "OCC". This the federal body that regulates the banks. Applied Bank deserves a 1 million dollar fine. The whole deal smells. Their owner Rocko Abinsinio is simply not worthy running this [censored]hole!

I have applied for uti credit card.I have received application status and Ref number also through mobile and last 28th i got message your application canceled for that. So many times i called up in customer care but nobody picking the phone ..."sorry there is no application with this reference number".(i submitted my all details Original copy Credit card statement, credit card purchase bill, pan card copy, DL copy) Just want 2 inform you about worst service of AXIS bank customer care

i never applied for a axis bank card but ive got sms's saying that my card has been approved, this bank has a big problem with keeping someone's personal details safe.its a shame that we have banks like this in india.

I have recently opened Salary Account in your bank and i got the whole kit but on the website its asking for the username and password..I have the password but what would be the user name.I called up many times at the branch then they gave the username but still its not working and now its giving me the error
"This is your last chance to login".

Sub: Complaint regarding unexpected automatic money deduction from my Axis Bank Salary A/C when trying to withdraw cash from Karur Vysya Bank ATM Machine.

This is to complain about a unexpected automatic money deduction happened in my Axis Bank Salary A/C today morning [05/06/2008] approximately at 11: 50 AM. It happened when I tried to withdraw cash from the Karur Vysya Bank ATM by using Axis Bank Gold Debit Card [VISA]. First I tried to withdraw Rs 5000 -/- using the Card, but it returned an error message “Time Out” after 2 or 3 mins and No cash was given out from the machine and also no receipt was generated. So I tried for the second time again for Rs. 5000 -/- but it failed with the same error message. After sometime when I checked my Account Status thru online, it showed that Rs 10000 -/- was withdrawn with the following details.
1. [protected] CASH-ATM/5710/050608/11:53 5, 020.00
2. [protected] CASH-ATM/5709/050608/11:51 5, 020.00

Please look into this issue as soon as possible and retain my balance back into my A/C. I request you to do the needful as early as possible as I am in very bad need of this money and this also affects my personal financial issues.

This is Mr. Nitin pashte. Yesterday when i went Dadar (Mumbai) for shopping that time i want to withdraw some cash from ATM Center. So i found all Dadar (West) for your ATM Center. But I don't get it. I have walked to Dadar Station to prabhadevi, Prabhadevi to Worli naka & Worli naka to Shivaji park. So Kindly provide ATM Center in between above area at Dadar (west)

I have been using your bank A/c since last 5 years. From last feb 08, i have been using your another salary A/c's. I have lodged a request to discontinue the tele banking alert facility. It is really regret to inform that instead of my repeated request the charges of telebanking alert charges has been debited from my A/c on 30/05/2008. For reference I am enclosing my ATM Card Number- [protected]. Now plz make a note that this facility & the charges should not continue from next year. Since the charges for this year is been debited from my salary A/c, i wish to avail this facility for this year. But ensure that this mistake should not restain in future.

I am Santosh Kumar Dash having SB A/C No.-[protected] missed my internet banking password. I deposited the perticular form on 29-05-08 at Axis bank Bhubaneswar main branch and they told within 7 days I will get the letter from my office address.again I went to bank on 11-06-08 to know the ststus and they told, they have sent through courier on 09-06-08 but the document has not received yet. please advice me what to do?

My debit card expired on 29.5.08. Axis Bank, Jamshedpur has delivered and handed over my wife card to N. K Mishra on 10.5.08.
Since, I was shifted to Delhi in the month of march, I did not apply immediately for change of my address.
I requested for change of address and issue of my debit card to Greate Kailash branch on 3.6.08. But it seems that Axis bank is not bothered and posted my request very late to Jamshedpur branach and so far I have no idea when the card will be delivered to me.

Axis bank - Poor and worst services — cheque clearances

the cheque was sent to axis bank for clearance from andhra bank to pay for payee account. This the most worst and poor services of axis bank to send a cheque clearances to andhra Bank. So many times I have made calls to customer care and branch offices, axis bank phones always found busy. I mailed many times to axis bank regarding this. they never respond about this.
== Problems with Indian AXIS branch ==

In India in Ahmedabad, Gujarat the services provided by the AXIS bank are highly defective. The executives don't know what they're doing. For example, they would take a handsome amount if you want a statement of your own account. We signed-up for their net banking service "iConnect" which was suppose to arrive within 4-5 working days but even after 3 long months they only have execuses.
