[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Bank's customer care service is worst!

Processing Fees refund on my account

I have applied to Axis Bank for home Loan in 15th Oct, 2012. Till date I have not received for home loan sanction letter (Sanctioning delay
from 01 Months 15 days).

From Axis bank executive side, I have not received any massage, Call, mail or response yet. I tried his mobile phone but he can’t response
me. Why? I do not know whether my application is accepted or not and good news for that without any information, Home loan processing cheque
is debited in my account on 22.10.2012 of Rs. 11236/-. And still I have only waiting…, when my home loan is sanctioning?

For your reference, I have attached my axis bank statement (debited in my account on 22.10.2012 of Rs. 11236/-).

Not good service receiving from executive side, So there is highly variation, no customer awareness & not any type of feedback & a lot of
delay for home loan sanctioning, that’s why I am not interested in your axis bank home loan.

I am claiming for processing fee charges. Kindly not that & refund me without any deduction my processing fee charges of Rs. 11236/- as early
as possible on my Axis bank account. My Axis bank account No is [protected].

I have received credit card in the month of December 2012 but now we are in the April month till now i have not received ATM pin no
and many time i sent request/ remainder to customer care and many time i spoke to customer care executive's also but till now no use...

this is to inform you that ..if any body (like friends, Colly's, bro, sis, , etc...) ask me about AXIS bank...directly ill say...very useless.bank and bad customer care service...in future by mistake also don't take this bank account services...

if your really good services...then prove me...

Regarding rating star also please add very bad services...for Axis bank ill choose that one any way ok ill choose 1...

To whom ever i may concern...

My name is Rojitha...i have an A/C in axis bank.One month before i have lost my card and applied for a new one after giving request to the bank i got the card but i didn't receive the ATM pin... When i checked with customer care they told me that as i was not there in my communication address the pin has been returned to my home branch which is there in Chennai, Velacherry tambaram rd, and i have go to the bank and collect it from there itself...Actually iam staying in Bangalore and my home branch is at chennai, i cant go and collect it from there...Then i have collected the Chennai branch Contact no. from the customer care and called the bank but the people who are sitting there is continuously disconnecting my call..Now i don no what to do to get my pin...If this problem is not getting sort out iam planning to change my A/C from Axis bank to some good bank like ICICI or CITI...

To change my registered mobile number immediately
