To the manager, Axis bank,
sir, filled a form (dtd 07-04-09 with cash of Rs. 5600/- with all rqrd documents ) for open an account (0 balance scheme) in your branch of sec 18 noida, through mr sanjay gupta (his mobile no is [protected]-business development executive. he promised to provide a welcome kit and new account number with in two days, but i did not get any thing still now, when i call him at his mobile no. he did not pick up my phone,
i have need this account at very urgent basis.

    loan cheque after that axis bank sector 18 send me only 117540/00 1 cheque and receveed from last 4 months 16810/00
    principal amount and sapratly intrest 20.25 including intrest
    customer care awnsur this job only sales manager i don.t understend what to do my side axis bank receveed RS-67240/00
    till date 1/03/2008 this is 100 days retorn more than 50/. number of instalments due 48, totaly illigel injustice behevior

    i want to know about mu ULIP policy paper. i have taken this policy in september but till this date i don't get my papers.
    I had applied for new ATM card on 17th of Feb, but still I haven't get new card.Please Provide me the card ASAP.
    I want to know what does it mean 276 rs DRCA that i had seen on my mini statement and you had deducted this amount from my account.
    I have submitted an application on[protected], regarding close my axis account, currently running with bank, Sector 18 branch, due to unable handle this account.I have also another account with axis in Roorkee.

    Today is 09 Mar, but still this account has not been closed.Please update me and close this account as soon as possible.

      Respected sir/madam,
      I, Ranjeet Kumar Pathak, having SB A/c (A/c No. [protected]) with Axis Bank, Port Blair since 2005. i also alotted my salary through the said bank.
      I am serving in Indian Navy, and got transferred from Port Blair to Tamil Nadu coastal area last year. I used to do transaction through ICICI ATM at pattukottai in Thanjavur district since there is no any Axis bank ATM nearby where i am serving.
      I used my card for withdrawal of Rs.4000/- on 01 Feb 08 at around 1100 Hrs through the ICICI ATM, Pattukottai. I did not get money, but an acknowledgement slip showing "TRANSACTION DECLINED". I contacted the ICICI Bank, Pattukottai, they asked me to report complaint to ICICI. I also contacted the Axis Bank, Port Blair to check my balance. They told me that Rs.4000/ had been debited on 01 Feb 08, but i did not get any amount except the slip. The Axis Bank Port Balir then asked me to report complaint.
      I sent a letter along with the slip that i got during the transaction to Axis Bank,Port Blair for speedy necessary action. Till now i have received neither any remedy nor any information regarding what action they have taken. I request you hereby for speedy, necessary action.

      I too received the same notice from the axis bank atm at cidco nasik .

      Sir/Madam,
      I Rathindra Kumar Nag having SB A/C No. [protected] with Axis Bank, Port Blair, A&N Islands deposited an amount of Rs. 9000/- & 3500/- Rec. No. 7611 & 7612 on 5/1/11 through Bamboo Flat ATM, but till date the said amount is credited in my account. This type of late credit was happened many times, due that i had faced difficulties for withdraw of amount many times. I request you hereby for speedy, necessary action. Thank you sir/madam.

        I want to know through you how i can go ahead and cancel the AXIS Credit card. Can I drop the card braking in the AXIS Bank ATM.

I M VERY SHOCKED BY SEING THIS. AT THAT THEY ARE SENDING ME THE LEGAL NOTICES.BUT HAD GIVEN THEM IN WRITING THAT YOUR CARD WAS NOT REACHED TO ME, BUT ARE NOT READY TO RECIEVE THAT WRITTEN APPLICATION. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET OUT OF IT.BECOUSE IM A T.Y.B.COM STUDENT & THATS MY LAST YEAR.

        I've dropped the cheque in a ATM drop box( Sarsuna, kolkata) much within due date but after many days found the cheque has not been credited from my account & continuously sms alert is coming. Already they have charged late fees for non payment of bill. If this is the way to generate revenue then nothing to say. Pls take care if you can. I'm not going to continue this Bank's card anymore.

But no response from ur part.Every month the credit card statement only is comming.Without receiving the credit card i mean without even using my credit card why i have to pay this amt.So many time i had complainted abt this but invain.My request no: is 303673.Wt ur customer care representative told me is after one week i have to call him and i want to ask the present status by saying this request no.That also i did but they said after one week u can call them.Like this weeks and months going on but no reply.Pls do the needful for the cancellation of my credit card and stop sending this credit card statement.WITHOUT USING THE CREDIT WHY I HAVE TO PAY THIS AMT OF RS.1341.72/-?

        Just cancelling teh credit card will not do. In fact it can become a bigger nightmare, like in my case. AXIS Bank credit card services are horrible.         I am totally dissatisfied with AXIS Bank with regards to the service and the compliance that bank needs
        to follow while imparting information to the customer.

        The Gold Plus card of Axis bank([protected]) was offered stating as life time free card

        But annual fee of Rs.5000 is billed and statements have been send across for the last four months
        with the Service charges billed. There has been no response from the customer care division when
        called for the same...or contacting the nearest branch in person for clarification..

        So expecting for the reversal of the charges and as well as the annual fee billed with the card
        cancelled.

        This is not complaint by me i dont know who had complaint on my behalf
        I am having axix bank a/c [protected] at Johrat. I made dd amounting to Rs. 4, 14, 991/- at Uthalsar Br. Thane (Mah.), Due to rain, DD got mutilated. On telephinc advice from the said, I wrote back on the back of the said DD that the DD may be cancelled with a request to deposit the proceeds in my a/c. . Now Uthalsar Br. is not cancelling the said and asking for revenue receipt and covering letter, which is not possible as I am transferred to Johrat and I am not able to go Uthsalsar, Thane
        I request you kindly to intervene and direct the Uthalsar Br. Thane :
        a) to cancel the said DD as per my request to cancell the DD ( the said DD would be presented by son to Uthalsar Br. wherein I had already written to cancell the said DD and deposit the proceed in my bank. account OR
        b) issue the fresh Demand Draft.
        I am working as Chief Manager (HR) is ONGC AT JOHRAT & having priority account in Jorhat Branch. .
        Exhorbitant & hidden charges, No proper customer response from the bank, indecent response.. cutting the call while inquiring, worst everywhere there is no written form available at the branch for the cancellation of credit card except calling the customer care service, which is worst. We are losing faith due to such unfair practise followed by credit card department which is causing us harrasment. Due to such petty thefts the Goodwill of the bank is affected which is not good for the business of bank on long term basis.

        Sir, I am a senior citizen and having SB Account No. [protected] held Axis Bank, Dwaraka Nagar Branch Visakhapatnam, during the month of Dec 12 my SB Account Debit Card No. [protected] was stolen by unknown person in Kachiguda Railway Station, After 15 minutes the card used by him and spent Rs.1000/- by purchasing the items. Immediately I made online complaint to Customer Care and blocked the card. whereas after next day also two un authorised transations done in Hyderabad even after blocked my card. On next day i.e. 10 Dec 2012 I made written complaint to the Visakhpatnam Branch. The staff of the Bank very relectent and not given any proper reply. Since then I have not used the account. Now I have given my concent to close my SB Account with immediate effect. Further I am having a Credit Card No. [protected] issued by your Bank during the month Sep 2012. the card not yet utilized by me so far. Please Cancell my Credit Card No. [protected] immediately as the Axis Bank rules are different from Reserve Bank of India rules as stated by Bank Staff.         SIr/Madam,

        My Cr. Card No. is [protected]. On 28 March 2013 I had made the cheque payment of Rs.8986.00, Cheque No. 465588 (HDFC Bank) and the due date was 30 March 2013. In the month of April 2013 I get a late payment fee statement with debit interest including service tax of Rs.1036.76 Dr. I had word with your customer service executive that as I had made payment before due date I am not going to make a single money payment either reverse the amount or else disconnect my Cr. Card but nothing had happened and today (11.05.13) again I got a text msg on my Mo. that payment of Rs. 1411.21 Dr. is due.

        My question is What is going on? Where is your after sales service? and again I am requesting you to either reverse the amount or cancel my Cr. Card. It is for sure I am not going to pay single late fee as I had made the payment before due date.

        Please do it immediately, I don't want any message from your side with new amount.

        I already register my complaint of my credit card cancellation but it is not cancelled.Once you called me and told that it will be cancelled within 24hrs but it is not happened till now. They had given me two credit cards but the second card holder is my sister her name is Anakha R Lakshmi, i had given them both of our id but they know only my mobile number.         Now I am going to close this Neo Card also after current billing cycle is done with.

              Without any valid reason axis bank has decline to issue me a credit card, even on the other hand i have given all the valid proofs required.
              They are just jurks!.. they wasted my time and after so many days they declined.. even though i got good balance and for last few years i am having a bank account.. their staff is a mess!!.

                Dear Sir,

                I am credit card holder of axis bank and Card No.[protected], i have taken credit card from this company and the Very First bill was not received by me, when i received the bill i was surprised to see that they cahrged me with late payment charges & Interest on delayed payment, when i asked the customer care they advised to pay the purchases only and they wiil consider reversal of the charges, but that was not done.

                Now they taken Rs.3108, from my saving s account with out informing me,

                when asked for it, they said the bill was sent through PAN CITY COURIER, Despatch No.is 255412 and the receivers mobile no [protected], which are not belonging to me.

                Plz do help me in resolving the issue.

                I am totally unsatisfied with the sevices from your side and want to close my credit card account.

                Could you please help me to proceed for the same.

                I think you have to improve your services to get Customers satisfaction otherwise its not possible to sustain in this competitive world.

                      Axis Bank — Erronous transaction through the credit card

                      1. It has been observed that some body unauthorizedly done transaction with credit card no:[protected].
                      I have been requested to block it but the as per their smsm I suppose to pay with out doing transaction 5054.44.

                      2. Moreover axis bank never dispatch the statement in time. Always delaying to forward it. As per bank statements forwarded to me, I have been paid my last payment on 10 Dec 08 till to date.

                      Thereafter I did not do any transaction any more after that. I request to Investigate & the scrutinize the issue which is happen to me. The Bank also not responding after my email. I request to trace the IP address from where the oder been placed and intimate me at the earliest.

                      I expect that my noble complain board will able to provide the legal justice on this subject.

                      This is anil kumar Tyagi, working as Scientist at Institute for Plasma Research Gandhinagar Gujarat. Sir several months ago I was having SBI credit card services. About six month back or so I wrote them and as well informed that I will not be using their credit card services because the credit limit is very low. And I just cut the card in four pieces and put it in their drop box when I did this the balance was around Rs. -20/- or so. Which means the credit card has to pay that money to me. Later on one month before I received one letter on my old address about recovery of an amount of around Rs. 1000/-, which I refused to pay and told them the whole thing. The customer care officer agreed to that. After this event one day I received phone call from SBI credit card services that excess amount has been redirected and I have negative balance of around Rs. 20/-. They offered me life time free card again with increased credit limit, I refused but after some time they again called me then I agreed to receive the card on my new address. They made several calls to me for the different type of verifications. Just one day before I received one more phone call from SBI cards, that they can not issue me the card as my address could not be verified by them telephonically. Now this is embarrassing to me. I will go the consumer court if this is not solved.

                        I am R. Veera Bhadra Rao from Bangalore. In the month of Dec-2007 I took the personal loan from Axis bank for amount Rs. 3,00,000/_. I have paid one EMI for Rs 7,058 on 21st january.

                        After that I decided to close the loan and visited kormangala brance on 24-Jan-2008 and closed the loan with fore-close charges totalling Rs. 3,09,541/-.

                        At the time of taking loan I have been opted for ECS facility from my bank account(ICICI). I have contacted ICICI to ECS from my account.

                        For my surprise on February 21st, Once again the EMI amount has been deducted from my savings account and credit to AXIS bank as EMI. I felt horrified how the things are happening. I sent a complaint mail to there customer care, but no response, They are very careless to the customer complaints.

                        As per telephonic conversation with you today, Please find my written complain against Axis Bank for deducting a Charged of Rs. 750/- without my information.



                        I had a salary Account # [protected] with Axis Bank. I left the Accenture on 28th February 2009, since then No transaction has been done in my account till 14th June 2009. I have not received any call for maintaining a balance between these periods.



                        On 13th June, I have spoken with Customer Care executive at [protected] around 11.30 Am to 2.30 Pm with two different persons. I told that persons that I have a Salary Account with Axis bank and I want to Open a Saving Account. Could you please tell me the procedure?



                        The Person Response:



                        Sir you can continue this account as Salary account as from last three month there is no transaction in your salary account. As per rule of Axis Bank if There is no transaction in Salary account for Last three months, the account get transferred to Saving account.



                        I asked is there any charges for not maintain any balance or transaction in my account for last three months.



                        I got replied that No sir there is no charges as this was a salary account and your account got transferred to salary account from June onwards. Further your quarter has been ended on 14th June 2009. We do not adjust previous charges in Current quarter. I get this confirmed by that persons 5 times. You can check my recoded call on that day. I have mentioned the time as well. My number is[protected].



                        After this confirmation a deposited a cheque with get cleared in my account around 18th June 2009.



                        Then after a months a got to know that a charges of Rs. 750/- has been deducted from my account not maintaining a balances in previous quarter (which was a salary account.)



                        i have contacted to AXIS Bank to get this transaction reverse. I have not recceived any respone from last 2 months.

                        I had a personal loan (PP[protected] with Axis bank bangalore and pre-closed the same on 20/11/2010. Bank people said that, if in case ECS gets deducted from my HDFC bank, they will pay it back. Now it got deducted on 2/12/2010 and I dropped a mail to them on the same day. But there is no proper resonse from them and before the closure of my loan, whenever I drop a mail, I use to get reponse within a day but now????

                            I need the e statement for my credit card # [protected].

                            1) The recent payment for my card was due latest by 11th March 2013. I deposited cheque payment (Axis bank cheques) for the entire dues on 9th March. I was surprised that despite being Axis Bank cheques drawn on a Delhi Branch, deposited with the bank well ahead of the last date, the payment was not credited in time and now late payment charges are slapped on me for delay attributable wholly to the Bank. This is utterly unfair and needs to be reversed. Even the bank owes me an apology for the goo[censored]p, but nobody seems to bother. Is anyone listening ?

                            2) For the past 2 days I am unable to access the website (www.axispay.com) that leads to me to the e statement, and thus I have been unable to view my card statement for the current statement, for which I have received an SMS as having been generated. In these days of e-banking it is extremely unfair that the website is not accessible for such time bound statements. This is in sharp contrast to bank losing no time to slap LATE PAYMENT PENALTY for any delay due to such reasons. Any solutions possible ?

                                I have not received my card.

                                History:
                                I have reported my lost card ([protected])on 21/11/2007 request no - 102864
                                i called up again on 11/12/2007 that i have not received the card they have provided me one more req no - 118324. After that whenever i called the executives said same thing first the said my card has dispatched and i 'll be receiving my card in necxt 5-6 days , when i said i have not received as i had given call to 8 days before also then they replied as no "i am forwarding this issue to the concerned department" they are not providing any courier details and not ready to listen cut the phone...anybody there who could take care of this issue.....i have already paid the card replacement fee...

Now on 23.10.2007 unfortuenately I recieved SMS that my credit card bill of Rs.1685.40 with due date 09.11.2007.
                                  So now clearly informing you I am not recieving the credit card so I am not responsible for any payment and kindly follow with the Blue Dart Courier. for any misuse I am not a responsible person.

                                  sir last three months back rs.50000 were transferred to my acoount by Mr.Bhupinder kumar (online)because i was having deal with above mentioned party.but after three days when i tried to draw some money from my account i was shocked to know that my account was freezed on date[protected].
                                  after that i contacted bank manager and other officials and clarified them about the situation and provided them all documents and information they want for eg.reference I.D.-2604456.for that transfer deal.and given them request in written with all documents.
                                  then they assured me that within one week my account will be in working condition.

                                  i was confirmed on mobile on 30/04/2008 that my credit cards have been approved and shall be despatched soon. On 07/05/2008 i received 2 pin malers (1 for myself and 1 for my wife) but credit cards have not been received till date
                                  This is reference on your SMS dt:10.9.08 regarding credit card No:xxx2268 has been despatches via EXPRESSIT vide AMW#[protected]. But this is to infromation you that still the same has not been delivered. Also we are trying at their local phones but there is not response.

                                      I wanted to withdraw an amount of Rs1000/- on 9th November 2007 from Bangalore Electronic city TCS think campus Axis Bank ATM. May be due to insufficiency of currency, the ATM dispensed Rs300/- ( 100*3 Notes) only. and immediately a statement generated showing 1000 with drawn but 200 credited on the same date and same time.( 12.59 Noon ). the net effect is as if ATM dispensed Rs800/-.

                                      Immediately I have shown the same to the ATM security Person and registered the same in the Register book maintained at the ATM. The printed statement and handwritten complaint given to nearest Branch of Axis Bank which is at JP nagar , Bangalore.
                                      It seems that they forwarded the complaint to MG Road Branch on 13th November, but no action taken until I approached the main branch.
                                      When given another written complaint in MG road branch, they enquired and informed me on December 3rd that the DIEBOLD ( ATM Machine Manufacturers) Engineer confirmed that the machine dispensed 1 500note which was not actually dispensed. The bank is not willing to accept customers complaint.

                                      it is time and cost consuming each time to go to bank main branch to repeat the request to credit back 500 to my account.

                                      Finally I stopped to request the branch manager to credit back my amount of Rs500.

                                      I felt bad about this incident., Bank is not relying the customer ? what is the fun in complainting simply., whether bank doesnot have discretion to accept customer s requests..
