I had availed of a Power home loan for a property that never started construction. UTI retracted their support to the project. And the telephonic verification done by Hyderabad people .on 08th October'07 verification is done at my office. the complaint box i have seen of the axis bank is the worst service and response also. why because yesterday i made a call to the land line number[protected] .one of the person alked with me . actually they didn't send the statements in time and they told while i was applied for the card is its a life time free card.afetr when i made purchase of of nearly 1600 rupees in june...

i applied for home loan(20/11/2007) to Axis Bank ,they did not approved the loan without giving any cause,I got the deny letter on 10/01/2008. they also cleared a cheque on 05/12/2007 cheque no 13233, amount Rs750.00 o[censored]BI.Asansol.When i requested to refun the amount they misbehaved,abused and denied to have any conversation.
The matter must be looked upon and necessary steps should be taken...

i have applied for ADD On card around one month back twice .once thru bookpost and 2nd time thru Blaze Flash Courier....along with tht i also requested for credit limit enhancement but till now i havent got add on card nor i got any enquiry....when i enuire in customer care they said they havent recieved the form....

I requested for resetting my Iconnect password, since I dont have one on Sep 2007 in one of their Branches - Ashok Nagar, they told they will courier it to the Bank Branch of my account - Mylapore.
Then I gave around 3- Request through Mail to Axis bank representative.. I even called him and told it .... Still it is not working .. This month is Jan 2008.. so I am waiting for my Iconnect for around 5 months....

i am a Axis bank A?C holder and when i applied for Credit card it took 3 months for aproving it and once when i received the card in my office i was not there so the courier have returned it back ok then from then on i am trying to contact axis bank for the shipment details and they say it is not updated in the computer, rascals how do they think that we believe that kind of crap.
