Health Insurance Policy — Policy not received after twenty days

Dear sir/Madom,
I addopted three health policy by HDFC telly coller. my transication id are 086793, 086937, 087070 as per your excutive commitment policy should be recieved within one working week but after twenty days i could not recive the policy & ammount of policy Rs, 4446/00 has been paid to TATA AIG & the Customer care contect no. was given by your excutive was fully wrong i tried alot of time but no. is not available no. was given by you are -[protected] & [protected]. I want to inform you that if i could not any confermation call & pollicy within three days at 3rd of december 2008 I will have to go to Consumer court against the TATA AIG Health Insurance company.

Health Insurance Policy — Non receipt of documents.

Dear Sir,

I regret to inform you that I am yet to receive the the documents pertaining to the Health Insurance Scheme although the charge has been bedited to my account.

Inspite of my repeted request to esnd the documents in time for Incme Tax purposes I am yet to receive the same.

Insurance Policy document — Non receipt of documents

Policy document was dispatched to me from Mumbai to Goa on 16/03/2009. The docket number is EN[protected]IN. I have yet not received the same. Kindly inform me the status details of the same.
