[Resolved]  Bajaj Auto Ltd. Chakan, Pune — Pan card not received

I had applied for pan card before 1 month my coupon no. Is[protected] & application no is[protected]. While my pan card no is (Atxpp5290p). I had checked online so my pan card had been dispatched on 10 jan. But still i had not got it. So i want to know that on which address it had been dispatched. Please reply on my e-mail id.

I got my bike(Discover No. DL 4S BD- 2317) repaired from your authorised servie station swadeshi auto pvt ltd 41 rama road n.delhi 15.i have it insured from new india.iam not at all satisfied by their service.they claimed extra Rs 150 from me for labour chg.i was already paying Rs 550/ as labour chg to new india.I spoke to mgr MK Gupta he was very rude.I spoke to surveiror Mr sagir khan,at first he said not to pay,but when gupta spoke to him he said i have to pay additional Rs 150/ to them as labour chg.Iam very disappointed & annoyed.My bill was 4k +earlier after 2 days it became 6k+ at the time of payment it became Rs-7015/(Bill no. 0028302,303,304)I bought Rs 6859/as told by Gupta but Rs 7015/was asked from me,its ridiclous.still my bike is making lots of noise from one is taking trail ride its all up to the customer to bear the pain,not even the mechanics are coprating.iam sorry to say its waste to go to your authorised service stn,i will recomend all my friends not to go to any of your auth o/l.thanks.Kuldeep Singh.
in january 2007, i bought bajaj pulsar UG3- 150(JH-01R 4352). from the very first day i m facing troubles from my bike. THE MAJOR PROBLEM IS THE MILEAGE.. MILEAGE IS JUST 30 km/lit.. i have taken it to service center not less than 10 times. petrol leaks out when it is side standed.. the service center is at bariatu, ranchi.i m a student and i can not aford a byk which is so costly in driving... plz help me out of this problem.

WE complaint to the centre at PRATAPNAGAR, BARODA. for the REPLACEMENT but it has not been there since last 10 days...
i am enforced to write this letter as because my brother face (mr. vijol k v ) some critical situations as because he purchased one of your product which is GC 1000 PASSENGER DIESEL AUTO at 0932005 from calicut KVR MOTORS with the support of J K FINANCE
what happend is that just after two from the day of purchase the vehicle seened complained from that day onwardes he is repairing the vehicle he got only loss he gained nothing and even he face 6 engine failier and he filed a complaint at the consumer court and the vehicle is at your work shop at KVR MOTORS, KALPETTA, WYNAD, KERALA since nov 2007 onwardes
even though he begged to the KVR MOTORS to take back the vehicle with the liability by means of finance they did nothing
now he is having pending 15 terms Rs 64000+intrest . the fiancer is warning him that legal procedure against him and even the financer also donot want the vehicle as because he knew that the above mentioned categary of vehicle is a failure from your service manager so he compelled him to pay the amount by cash
now he is mentally apset and he is tochuring us to by telling that he will burn the vehicle in front of the public and mass media and he will jumb in to it by telling that the bajaj company is only responsible for his death
you think, what for you are cheating others with bad products even you are not ready to buy back the vehicle what is the meaning of it,
me and his friends are also believing that if any thing is happening you only will be responsible and i want to save my brother hence iam enforced to forwared the same message to the mass meadia also my no is [protected]
I have purchased bajaj legend scooter bearing No.DL8SQ3542 in the year 2000, despite repeated requests I received no action from your company regarding NOC . Please take favourable early action & oblige

Never get a satisfactory service from Bajaj service station.

Using Bajaj Pulse 150 dtsi.

With deep regret, i want to say that again i have suffered from ur bad services. As per directed by u i hv given my bike for servicing at Dewan Service station opposite Modi Mill.

They hd taken more then 5 hrs to fix my bike problem.

I hd paid a good amount for that service.

Some of my reported problem fixes properly, but again after two or three days its start giving me problem.

1. Spark plug cap often come out while riding that fix by a local mechanic.

2. Battery stops charging, when i checked i found lots of lots dust & rust at fuse. After clean it work properly.

3.Side stand indicator continuously glow.

4.Indcator switch not working properly in right side.

5.Indicator light goes dim, horn & self stop working while riding.

6.3rd & 4th gear get stuck some time.

7.Mileage is so poor.1km = Rs.-1.10/-.

8.unwanted sound from bike.

Many more.

That’s ur quality of service to ur customer.

I have very busy scedule always & its impossible for once I visit ur service center for service & again-2 go for the same.

Plz I need a permanent solution or say u can’t.

I sell it to scrap dealer.& buy a another brand.

Know I’m fed off with ur use less services.

Dear Sir,

This is with the reference to two wheeler Kawasaki Bajaj Eliminator which we have bought in the year 2005. Considering the market share of Bajaj in two wheeler we opted for Eliminator though it was in colaboration with kawasaki.

But unfortunately it was always the problem of availability of spare parts with the companies authorised workshop so we had pay almost more than double the price to procure from local dealers.

Now this is really absurd at times even some small parts as Head screw is not avaiblable and even Bajaj Avenger parts cannot be used due to incompatibility.

So I request your kindself to kindly guide us from where to get genuine spare parts for Eliminator at realistic price.

I have purchased a XCD 125 in the month of May 2008 from your authorised dealer M/s Vandana Auto GE Road Raipur. the avarage of the said vehicle is only 40 Kms/Lt. which is very poor and uneconomicaly for me. We purchased three Bajaj Xed from Vikrant Automobiles. Cash memo no. for one of them is 2022952. It was prmised to us that it will deliver 109 kms/ltr. This bike has not performed over 47 kms/ltr till now even after 3 months. Dealer is saying wait for 2nd service. We are telling him to exhibit once this mileage.

I have serviced my bike Pulsor 150CC No {UP16S 2312} from suman Autos Noida on 4 Oct Sat, at that time i have not checked my bike that they forgot to fit mud flap that is my fault and i accept my fault honestly later i asked to service centre department to solve my issue this was my 4th free service and I was cheated by bajaj autos on 4th service they forgot to fit the Mud Flap right over the tyre when I discussed this issue with all the concenrned managers they all denied and one of the manager Mr Jain was saying that in ur bike there was no Mud Flap i was shocked to hear this being a manager he should not spoke like this, this is really shocking, then i spoke to owner of the suman autos Mr Garg he said that we have not ur mud flap u just go and checked how we services the bikes it's not my business to check how they service i said to him I said that i just want back my Mud Flap, Mr jain offered me some old Mud flaps that i denied to take because my Mud flap was in a brand new condition, i care my bike so much then they refuse to give me new one so i walked out from there service center i feel i was looted by suman autos noida that's why i m sending u this mail i want you should take action against all of them and i am requesting you to interfere in this matter and solve my issue & one more thing i never have a satisfactory service from suman Autos noida. now i have no other way to mail you.

i want to draw ur kind attention towards my prb of bike. i purchased a discover135 bike frm ambe bajaj molraband ext just frm the first dey of purshase i am facing lots prb. i am spending lots my preceius time resolving them in service station. the mgr(service) mr. sudhansu suggesting me that they have to open whole engine to resolve my prb of engine leakage for which i keep on roaming to service centre. i'll not agree for that coz this is a manufacturing is the required details of bike:-

I have again mail to you regarding for problem in bike, but nobody take action to till now, today i gone to bajaj dealer which i'm purchased the bike, but they are saying it's bike enginee will open then it will be ok. I'm not want to open my bike enginee so kindly replace my bike. Otherwise I will go to consumer court.

Kindly do needfull ASAP.
