[Resolved]  Bajaj Electricals — Service

I purchased bajaj mixer, model gx11 2 months before. Now mixer is not working. Igiven complaint to the dealer from whom i purchased the same. M/s uttam matals, sambajinagar, near kasturi market. Chincwad pune. I registered complaint, with them weeks ago. He assured company representative come & solve the problem. As this has got 5 yeras warranty.As on today no one is turned up. So we are facing problem. Kindly let us know to whom we can directly contact & how bajaj can help us directly in this regard.

Bajaj Electricals — Bajaj 2100 ETC not working

My brand new Bajaj 2100 ETC is not working properly. Could not believe Bajaj is making such a bad product. Logged a complaint with Baja but no satisfactory solution. The microwave is heating and get locked.

Never choose a bajaj microwave.
i am agree with you guys bajaj has very bad aftersales service.

i have purchase the 2800tmc ss OTG and it was faulty i loge a complaint in service centre on 3rd december 2010 still no one has come yet to attend the complaint.
I had purchased a mixer juice maker product model number is'FX-10 FOODFACTORY'on 25/06/2010 at BIG BAJAR MYSORE'' .Till now the coil burnt two times.your customer service person repaired it.My question is why this problem within this short period?.I think something wrong with the unit.Additional problem for me is, your service center is situated about 20kms from my house and i cannot go there during workig days and your service center is closed on sundays, i have to wait for any general holiday to get it repaired.i request you to advice your dealer to replace it with new fx-10 food factory immedietely.

Bajaj Bagga Link Nawada — frequent Engine problem

I am getting the frequent engine problem in my bike having 100cc discover since the date of its purchasing i.e 23 april 2010.i got the servicing of my bike from nawada uttam nagar service centre for the three times but still the problem is same.As i am not satisfied so kindly check for the same.

bajaj food factory Fx10 — complaint not resolved

I have a Bajaj Food Processor called "Food Factory FX10 " purchased an year back.
It got tripe while i was using . I logged a complaint to "Ganaraj Services" , pune.
My compalint id is BL1307.
It is almost 2 months the service engineer has not visited my place and no response from the Ganaraj Services.
I am calling then frequently but no response.

Why company like Bajaj depute such a useless agency for customer service?
Even after calling to the service head Mr Rajesh (Center Head ) i did not got any call from service center.
Why didn't Bajaj convey this thing to customers while they purchase any electrical good that the customer will not get any service after the item is sold.

1. I have order the Juicer Mixture grainder. I received the juicer mixture incomplete. The juicer we put the fruits then we push the stick (some white stick). the white stick is MISSING. When I put the fruits then I push in the help of Teaspoon.

2. THEY TOLD ME THE FREE GIFT OF TWO JAR. SPECIAL OFFER OF HOLI THEY TOLD ME WITHIN 10TH OF APRIL 2011 WE GET THE FREE GIFT OF TWO JAR. TILL DATE I AM NOT RECEIVED THE TWO JAR.

I would request you to take the necessary action and send the missing parts and free gift of two jar as soon as possible otherwise we will take a legal action. There are lot of compliant registered of lot of people.

Bajaj mixer grinder — stopped working

Mixer suddenly stopped working on 26th Oct. So i called up the customer care on 29th oct, 1st Nov, 3rd Nov and 4th Nov.Till today technician has not turned up. Bajaj company is not giving proper service to the customer.

Bajaj FX10 — Failure of the product

Since we got the product every second month it stops working. We have to call the customer care number and we get a response saying someone will attend you within next 2 days. The technicians come down and resolve it for the time being. Again the same thing repeats after 1 month . So the concern is they are not providing a permanent solution. Today they are reparing the product again but what will happen after the warranty gets over. So is it a use and throw product after 1 year or that is what we paid for 1 year? We are not happy with the Bajaj Fx10 product at all. The product is not successful.
I bought bajaj FX 10, there ADOPTER chooper or CHOOPER CHOP PEICE, FOUND short while opening the Box in presence o[censored]r service Rep Mr Bharat (Mb [protected]), he said, need to buy that particular piece, and we are ready to buy it WITHOUT ANY ISSUE, but still there is no one to come to change that piecec or no information from service center, Every day they making Phool to send someone !!!

This is in connection with the "Bajaj Water Motor (Water Proof) 1KW from Local Vendor, Dibiyapur Distt. Auraiya (U.P.), motor was purchase month of October, 2012. Motor problem is a heavy current 220AMP. We can repair/replace the motor while warranty 5 years.

Pl do the need ful and arrange to replace Motor 1KW.

I had purchased bajaj popup toaster from Vijay Sales vide bill no 06-BR12-11SICD651 dated 11.12.2011
It has two year warranty.

Right from day 1 it was working off and on. Sometimes it worked sometime it did not. I had made a complaint MUM[protected] The mechanic came and said some carbon problem it worked for a day again it stopped working. Then another mechanic came and he could not repair it. We then asked for a replacement. Till date no one has come. Kindly do the needful and get the replacement immediately.

It is in connection with Bajaj microwave. It is not working properly. I had filed a complaint at "Taj Electronics Dhuri (Punjab)" 5 months back for its repair. But no one came for the service. I kept on contacting them. But I got no response till date. It is really very sad on your part. This is the worst service I ever got. Its really very disappointing. How much more time are you going to take???
i buy a bajaj juicer jex15 and in warrant period its broken during juice extraction . service center of bajaj in kota told me that he have no spare parts for this product . what vto do . plz help me .

SUB : Bajaj Water Heater Service.

We have a 25L water heater Model No. SEE-25 Majesty Sl. No. IN 108 1316 which is tripping frequently . Complaint was lodged with customercare starting 17/03/13 with complaint nos. 2382405/2387476/2407603. Finally the service center has diagnosed element failure as reason but failed to replace the same to date ie 01/04/13.

Area manager Delhi Mr. PRATAP now promises to do the repair in an other 15 days. Is it the BAJAJ way of service to take more than a month to complete as simple a job as replacing a heater element .

You are requested to kindly do the job expeditiously .

I had purchased bajaj water cooler from /s. Chawla Electronics SCO 49 (Basement) HUDA Market Sector 29 Faridabad vide bill no 10100 dated 18.04.2013. nearby one month passed no action taken by the authority.

Right from day 1 it was not working properly and the water is blowing like a sower. The executive visited from his soap they already intimative above the defected water cooler. The soapkepper also promise me to relplace the same. Kindly do the needful and get the replacement immediately.
