This in regards of my vehicle Pulsar 220 Dtsi.My vehicle had given for thrice for the repeat complaint in the W/S Vinayaka Automobiles.I got fed up with the poor service and the response of the concerned person.It is shame to

Bajaj Automobiles — rear noise and mileage

A bike pulsar 150 black colour manufactured on july 2010 with chasis number MD2DHDZZTCD10774 and model number DHGBTD00033 has started cresting problem.bike is not suffiecient mileage as it was assured by the company and a unwanting noise is coming whenever it passes through a jerk. If i get no response within few days I will go to court and case against the company.Bike is registrated on SUBIR KUMAR DATTA . I have purchased Bajaj Discover 150cc on 16-Feb-2011 from Gold Automobiles (Delhi Alwar Road, SOHNA (Gurgaon) Haryana) But only after 2 months my bike colour has gone fad. Apart from that i didn't get a proper milege from my bike. It shown only 20 to 30 KM per liter. I have complained so many times to my local dealer that change my Fuel Tanky but he's not responding. Even after he didn't provide proper service's to me. Kindly take a serious action with Agency Dealer.Name of Agency Gold Automobiles, Delhi-Alwar Road, Sohna (Gurgaon) PH.[protected],[protected].

Bajaj Automobiles — Worst service from Bajaj

Hi Am siva,

Its been nearly 3 years of my bike Bajaj Avenger 200, everytime its a very big challenge to get a spares for this specific bike, i have some problem [Not able to start] with my last 30 days before, so i left over the bike to Susee Bajaj Auto service center, Kanchipuram. They have taken nearly 12 days to found what's the exact problem with it. And they finally told me that there was a Starter coil Called H.T.Coil Kit to be replaced. So i let them to do it as soon as possible. But they said the spare was not available with them and they have to get from chennai or some other place, but only the days have passed out, finally after nearly 10 days, they said the spare was not available anywhere in chennai, and they also asked me find the spare if possible. So i started to search for the Spare. I have tried all the major Bajaj Showrooms and there service, Spare centers. The i cont find the space anywhere. So what can i do now. They said the space may cost around 250 Rs. Either i can find the spare or i have to sell the bike for the reason for not getting the spare for just 250 Rs. I dono this is exactly happening to all the buyers of Bajaj Avenger? This is the way to show there reputations to customers from leading Bike Automobiles in india? Such a worst company that have very shortage of spare parts accessesories.
Hi this is Asif mujtaba choudhari working as Manager for Customer Service @ Toyota Motors pvt ltd, Hospet. i left my Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSI for service @ Sai Bajaj Motors Pvt Ltd, Hospet, where i was billed 16, 000/- rs. it was a major work like engine o/h, and some replacements, i had given approval for each and every thing to complete the work of my vehicle. but the work was not satisfied to me, hence i called to the dealership once again to pick the vehicle, but the re work was not up to the mark, they took vehicle the and kept for 4 days, & i moved to the dealership. but the complaints were unsolved. i haven't got proper response from Sai Bajaj Motors, Hospet, work was not up to the mark, when i left my vehicle 2 time they informed me to replace the carburettor which costs 2500/- even too the problem was not solved, even i too worked for Dealerships, my first experience was in Honda, where i never given this type of service, hear there is no repair work if any problem occurs, they inform us to replace the parts, even too i approved for this, but even to the problem was unsolved, hence after bringing the vehicle i called the dealership again they haven't responded me for the 3rd time too, 1, 2, 3 times also i haven't got the proper response from the dealership, i am sending this complaint to Bajaj Auto Pvt Ltd. waiting for ur feed back to me via mail or via phone

Hi,

My name is Gaurav and I have purchased bajaj avenger 220 on 9/08/13 from Shiva Bajaj - Ghaziabad (Authorized dealers). I sent my bike for first service to them on 29th and was returned on 31st. During the service they replaced bike tires and handle to a faulty one and now they are not accepting that and would not resolve my issue.

Please provide me a way to file a legal complain against them.
