[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

Sub.: delay in delivery of lpg cylinder & poor service of dealer
Sir,
I have got my gas refill booked on[protected], but i haven't got it till now. My refill no 20901,n book no-5591785 our dealer doesn't deliver refill on time. He gets late every time n behave rudely. I have asked him many times delay for late delivery , he always say "its delay by company.
Kindly grant to send my refill in 1 or 2 days
I have only one refill to booking ,it books after 22 day n receive after 15 days , i cant manage it

Sir, my consumer No. 22137 and Agency is M/s Raj Gas Agency, Jhokan Bagh, Jhansi. In this regard I am to inform you that S.O., Jhansi Mr. Mahesh Jangam has ordered for DBC issue on 07.04.08 and the same has been received by the agency on same day. Many time I contact him personally and on telephone and every times he says that after 2-3 days he will issue, but till date no DBC issued to me after sufficient time. Corruption In Bharat Gas, Sai Shubham Agency — Putting pressure to purchase Inferior Burner.

BHARAT GAS COMPULSIONS
This is a complaint against one of Bharat Gas agency Sai Subham, Situated in Anand Nagar Thane and maybe the company itself. I am one BIG ANGRY AND DISSATISFIED customer of Bharat Gas.

I wanted a new connection for my home and I visited SIA SUBHAM GAS AGENCY in Anand Nagar, Dist. Thane, Maharashtra

There I was asked for Rs. 3700.00 for new connection which included a burner. I asked them to allot me only cylinder as I have one good quality sealed packed BRANDED Sunflame model burner with BILL and WARRANTY that I am willing to show. It was purchased from reputed store with ALL ORIGINAL tags and stamps.

I was refused to get it. THEY MADE IT COMPULSORY to get the burner while it was clearly written on the board there that customer is at a liberty to choose whether he needs a burner from us or not. After much bias, they said if I want to get the cylinder only then one of your representative will visit my home and check the burner and specifications. I agreed. At the same time the madam sitting there said, but we will surely refuse your merchandise because agency owner don't want to issue anyone a cylinder without burner.
With reference to my complaint made on 02.05.08 regarding the issue of DBC. It is a matter of great regrett that inspite of my complaint as quoted above, no action has so far taken at your end. In case if yourself is unable to hear the grievances of the consumer then please advise to me where I have to knock the door of the higher authority.

Bharat Gas — We being charged unnecessary for price hike

Dear Sir
Our consumer no. 10691 in the name of Mrs. Meena S Dua, 103-B, Ideal Park, Nabh Milan Complex, Tirupati Nagar - II, Virar (W) oour Bharat Gas Dealer Kalavati Gas at Bolinj,
we booked for gas on 02/05/08 at 9.00 a.m.we got booking number 183, & we were informed that we will be delivered the gas on next day, but we did not receive the gas till 04/05/08 we called them up & were informed that it will be delivered on 04/05/08 again we did not receive & we called them on 05/05/08 & we were informed that it will be delivered on 05/05/08 with the rate hike??
We asked them why?? as the booking was made on 02/05/08 & we were suppose to get the delivery on 03/05/08 it means they purposely waited for the rate hike so as to cheat the customers with the rate hike.
We request you to please take some action in this case.

Gas dileverd by 30-June but regulater not fixed properly and regulater nob not move, after complain today is 3-June but not resolve.This ASADIP delar Kolkata not satisfied to customer pl take step.

Bharat Gas — Not Proper Delivery of Gas Cylinder

Sir,

I (Pinki Prasad, Consumer No.- V19239) am a consumer of Bharat Gas Agency Distributor, Brij Vihar, Ghaziabad, U.P., India. The supplies and the service of this distributor is horrible. I have booked my Gas dated 25th June but till now we have not received the gas cylinder. I have three times telephonic complaint in agency to delivery gas cylinder. But they didn’t supply the gas till date.

Kindly take the necessary action against the agency.

sir, last 2years we find cylinder after 35 days,
yester day our cylinder empty so i go for reffil but he comments u take cylinder after two days . pl. guide me where are going my family for fooding my customer id is 97161 salem (TN)

Bharat Gas — Non delivery of cylinder since 2 months

My Consumer Number is 12327. My dealer is not supplying LPG cylinder. I had rebooked for it on 06/06/08. The first booking was done in first week of May, 08. They came on 3rd June on 08 to deliver but our house was locked. when enquired they said our first booking has been cancelled and to book it afresh.Hence we again booked it on 06/06/08. Since then inspite of repeated follow -ups they are not listening and has not delivered yet. Could anyone resolve my problem.

I booked my cylinder on 10th July & i received the delivery of cylinder 2nd August. When i went to know the reason of late delivery,
the agency person was talking with me bad words & says that its non of your business.
They also sold the gas bottle illegally in market.
It was not happened first time. Lastly i will think to change gas cylinder company.

Bharat Gas — poor quality & quantity

we have a gas connection in our home from bharat gas. normally as per our usage one gas cylinder used to last for about 36 days. but after the recent price hike we are able to use one cylinder only for 25 to 28 days .that is one cylinder of gas which bharat gas delivers gets over within 25 days. we doubt that the agency or company is not maintaining standards regarding the quantity after the price hike. our consumer no:is S325

Bharat Gas — Non delivery of Cylin even after 20 days

I Ram prasad booked gas cylinder on 16.07.08 vide gas consumer no. 26623 Hyderabad, Uppal . even after several reminders delivery not made till date i.e, 05.08.08. yesterday I had spoken to mr. ramana reddy executive from Gas agency, he promised that he will look into the matter. Since Iam not only facing this kind of problem so many people facing in this area. Also Pl. note I had transferred from Mumbai to hyderabad in the month of April"08 from April"08 to till date they had not delivered atleast in 10 days times. every time (more than 4 times they had delivered after 15-20days time only. Even after several follows made in vain. whenever we are contacting they are blaming the company staff not responding. and giving different pictures every time we called up. Pl. take a stern step against the Agency people . and see that gas has to delivered on time (immediately) .And all the times phones are engaged. pl. give respective Sales office and GM marketing No. to speak and clear the issue.

even if we order they are not delivering on time . it takes morethan 30days to deliver .

I, the Consumer No. C4160 JAWALA Gas service of Bharat gas Haldwani Distt. NAINITAL regret to inform you that since[protected] no gas has been supplied to me. The gas was booked 18 days back & inspite of repeated demands
false assurances are given by the above dealer. R.M. NOIDA has also been complained . He did not pay ane heed to my complaint. Gas is been blacked.
Please do the needful or else I will hve move to the court.

M.S.R Gas Agency - which was there at 136, Kundarathur road Porur Chennai 42, is now, nowhere situated at the same place. The phone nos[protected], 24826811,[protected] also not working at present.
We were trying to book gas cylinder, But we could not able to.
we heard that the office has been shifted from the above said place another area, without infomation.
