[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

Sub.: delay in delivery of lpg cylinder & poor service of dealer
Sir,
I have got my gas refill booked on[protected], but i haven't got it till now. My refill no 20901,n book no-5591785 our dealer doesn't deliver refill on time. He gets late every time n behave rudely. I have asked him many times delay for late delivery , he always say "its delay by company.
Kindly grant to send my refill in 1 or 2 days
I have only one refill to booking ,it books after 22 day n receive after 15 days , i cant manage it

Bharat Gas — Threaten as gas cylinder couldnot be delivery till the GAS repaired service complete

Dear Sir,

I had booked gas for home delivery 4 days back against consumer number 32069 and got receipt number 9012 on telephonically but the same time call recevier pers told that some one technician will come at premise and check the service . On nextday repairing pers visited the house without any intimation and before repairing he strat checking gas book as cylinder as is same as entered in gas book, acutly bottle is empty or not etc, after that he demanded to pay Rs 360 and Rs 30 or 40 service charge to change gas nosel and servicing before servicing, but my spouse told that last year you had replaced gas nosel and gas tube so why you ask to change same thing as gas was earlier repaired by skilled mechanic and still no found any lekage, why you demand like this but he is not ready not listen andy thing went out as saying that GAS REFILL BOTTLE wouldnot be delivered till the gas service to be done with threating word.

I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem and as genuine customer pl see below receord of Gas registration for refill bottle as we have never misue gas and use more than two months.

It is certainly not tue that Bharat gas customers get refill within 24 hours of the booking. I had booked a refill on 21 Nov. 2008 with Bharat gas distributer Ishaq Gas, Aligarh, UP. Two months have passed since the booking, Ihave yet to receive the refill.

I had booked for refill cylinder on 17/11/2008, till date (27/01/09) we have not recived the cylinder. We had logged a complaint at Bharath Gas Head office last week, they had promised us telling we will get the cylinder on the same day, but no use, we called the agency for more than 50times. We are not getting any kind of reponse from them. After 2 months now they are telling that we have booked the refill cylinder on 17/12/08.

We request you to do the needful asap.

Bharath Gas — Cylider not supplying

I booked the gas on 18/01/2009, till on date (28/01/2008) they haven't deliverd the cylinder. Now we are having food outside, because we don't have gas in our house now. Whenever I called, they are saying that, they don't have stock and not answering properly .

We are Used Bharat Gas.My Copy No. 4132 name Chhaju Singh, Ram Basti Sangrur. I book my LPG cylinder dt. on 22/01/09 in Bharat Gas Agency which placed Dhuri Road, Sangrur. But till date I am not received LPG. Today I visit gas agency but staff behaviour is very Roudly. I am not satisfied from her service. Please note my complaint and action. Thanks.

As on dated 14/01/2009 we had booked our refile cylinder to our Agency M/s. Jagdambey Gas Agebcy, Buria Chock Jagadhri 135003 Ph. no.[protected].
But as on dated 28/01/2009 we have not recived our rifile home delivery till today and agency holder said that gas is not avilable.

Please look in to matter seriously and do needfull.

Bharat Gas — non-delivery of gas & poor service

I, Mrs Geeta Srivastava consumer of Bharat LPG bearing cons. No.19560 of sachin Gas Service (Ph:[protected], 4/51, old Double story, Lajpat Nagar-4, New Delhi 110024 wants to complaint against the service provider for non-delivery of gas & poor service.
We have done the Booking for the cylender on 6th of Jan 09but its more then 24 days, they have not deliver the gas to me, till date no LPG was provided by the said dealer inspite of several reminders. It is most harassing that the said telephone was always kept busy and rarely one could make contact after trial even for several hours. This is too much harassing by the dealer being appointed by Bharat Gas Authority.
my daughter in law wisited twice to the dealer and he confirmed that it will get deliver on the same day, nothing happened.

Hope, this time you will take suitable steps to eradicate this problem for the benefits and satisfaction of LPG consumers.

Bharat Gas — how many days old gas connection can be transferred

I have got job in Bangalore and i just want to take transfer of my gas connection from bihar to Bangalore. its Bharat gas and the connection is approx 10 day old. I can take transfer or not. or there is some time limitation is there for taking transfer of gas connection from one state to another. Pls suggest...

I booked my cylinder on 13 jan-2009 . When i went to know the reason of non delivery,
the agency person was talking with me bad words & says that its non of your business.
They also sold the gas bottle illegally in market.
It was not happened first time. Lastly i will think to change gas cylinder company.

I agree the supply of Bharat Gas is very poor. I also facing the same problem. Their Area manager are pact with unholy dealing with the dealers.
