hi i m custmer of bharat gas in delhi my agency name varun gas service khan pur new delhi 110062. my ac no.401. tel [protected] bharat gas means name of hell same ediaet higer auth making foolis ruls for us becouse ajjadi exsess ( Bapu kaha ho dekh tere sansar ki halat kiya ho gayi bhagwan. kitna badal gaya mother chod bharat gas agency wala insan?

I am 100% agree with the subject given above (not attended the phone calls). Even sometimes they are saying you have to come personally than only we will book your gas.

My gas agencies in east delhi (Bharat Gas, Hargovind Enclave).

I am trying for last three days but all numbers are coming as busy even in late night.

Once I had to complain Bharat Gas directly to get cylinder.
I think we have to do it again.

Try to find out Bharat Gas number/email and complain to them.

HERE, WE HAD BOOKED OUR CYLINDER FOR HOME-DELIVERY
ON 13/08/2008 AT BOOKINGNO.152.
THE DELIVERY HAS NOT TAKEN PLACE DESPITE OUR DAILY
REMINDERS TILL TODAY i.e. 21/8/2008.
PLZ LET US KNOW, HOW CAN WE CONTINUE THE RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU IF WE ARE NOT GETTING PROPER SERVICE FROM YOUR SIDE AND NOT EVEN PROPER REPLY ON PHONES. THE BEHAVIOUR OF YOUR EMPLOYEES WITH US IS WORST.

This complaint is very true. But I wonder if we can teach these people a proper lession.

Bharat Gas — Unable to order refill cylinder on Phone

Dear Sir,

I have a Bharat gas connection in Hyderabad with MahaLaxmi agencies as my dealer in Bhoiguda.

I have been trying to book gas on their numbers in one week. They have only two lines and both are busy all the time. I have wasted about 4-5 hours of my time on phone so far. One of the numbers 27532014 rings after some time but no one picks the phone.

I could not find the agency on your www.ebharatgas.co.in site either.

If this is the case with other cosumers as well, then this will lead to a wide spread problem. Please address this issue on a priority basis.

RAJ BHARAT GAS AGENCY — NO DELIVERY OF CYLINDER AFTER 22 DAYS

I HAVE BOOKED MY CYLINDER BEFORE 22 DAYS UNTILL I HAVE NOT RECIEVED CYLINDER THEY ARE NOT GIVING PROPER ANSWER

This letter iam writting after frustuation. My old parents live in Bangalore and their Gas no. is 197 and face lot of problem every time they try to do a cylinder booking & also after booking with the name called Krishna Agency.Viveknagar, Bangalore.( Telephone no:+[protected] / 53 ). First of all their phone line is all the time busy. It seems like they keep the phone off the hook. And if you are lucky to make a booking which they promise will be delivered in 15 days time doesn't happen for at least 25-30 days. In fact if you don't follow up, they don't bother to deliver at all.
One more thing I have two cylinders & we can't book immeadiatly should wait for 20 days and after so many days when we book I have to wait for 30 days.By the time both the cylinders will get over.Is this the way you treat old age people.

Hi,
I have bharat gas connection from hebbagodi and the service is very poor.
First they wont pick the call until the last ring goes off.even that they will pick after trying nth time.
then they will ask to contact the concerned area delivery boy for tracking the cylinder.that person doesnt pick up the call and mobile will be switched off.
whom should we contact and complain for this?!!
i have my cylinder booked on[protected] and the booking number is 16690.

Bharat Gas — Booking after 30 days and delivery after 7 days

i m booking the gas after 20 days for one month ago but this time the agency clark told me that gas booking after 30 days.

this time is the festival time and u know many plbm face us so after 30 days booking and after 7 days delivery we are in plbm.

Sir,

I wish to introduce as a bank employee. I had contacted your Gas Dealer
M/S Crystal Gas Agencies, Perintalmann, Malappuram Dt. Kerala to get
a gas connection one year back. That time they denied my application.

Today again I contacted them to get a connection. Now they say that they
cannot give connection out of Perintalmann Municipal limits. But they are
already supplying gas in my Panchayat.

Due to the large number of consumers, around one lakh consumers,
which is beyond their capacity to supply gas, many are not getting gas after
two month of booking.

This agency is the only one agency in Kerala having this much number of
consumers. Apart from Perintalmann Municipality they are supplying gas
in Angadippuram, Makkaraparamba, Mankada, Koottilangadi, Thazhekode,
Pulamanthole, Kuruva, Moorkanad, Anamangad Keezhattur etc. panchayats .

I hereby humbly request your goodselves to kindly take steps to appoint
Your agencies at least one in three or four panchayats.

Bharat Gas-domestice cooking gas — Non-delilvery of gas cylinder & gas consumed before standard usage time

Hi,
I have a gas connection with Bharat Gas in Armament Colony-Pashan, Pune. my consumer no. 35794.

I have booked for a refill cylinder on 22nd Aug. and till date i havn't received cylinder. The phone no. provided is useless as its busy all the time.
I enquired about the delay, i was told that the there trucks are not coming from mumbai for past 3 days. i dont know how far is true.
But my second cylinder is on a verge of getting over with gas.

This is not a problem that is occuring for once. this is an ongoing for more than a year. every time we book a cylinder for a refill; there is huge delay; at times we are even asked to personally come get a refilled cylinder.

Complaint #2
On a normal circumstances we have cylinder consumed for about 2 months, last time, cylinder last for less than even a month (14.2 kg). this was not only for me but for people who we know in the same area as well.

We are paying full money and cooperation to the company. Now its company's responsibility to provide accurate quantity of gas in the cylinder.

Please look into the matter and urge you to take action on the same.

Bharat Gas Complaints - Late Delivery — Booked on 25th Aug yet they are awaiting 3 more days

I had booked for a cylinder on 25.08.2008 . Its more than 15 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I went so many times they wont give proper response, and also they will fight to me to send it out the office today morning at their office Saimangala Enterprises (Bharath gas Distributers) Peenya 2nd Stage Bangalore-91 Ph No[protected]nearest service provider) and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I go they always give falls statement come after 2 days, I get the answer, they will sell out half of the cylinders on block every day, even if any customers ask they wont give atleast good response at a time

Kindly take action for those peoples, who misused the cylinders and give good support to the consumers

Bharat Gas — Delay in Distributing Gas Cylinders

Hi, im residing at Mogappair West, Chennai. We are not receiving our cylinders properly... Some times they are delivering to someone else n saying that we are not yet booked, even if we get the booking number, when we call again n check for status they just replying that there is no such booking available... Even for this month we received our cylinder after 1 month from the date of booking. It is too difficult manage this dealer... More often they reply that their delivery man are quit their job n so they cant able to make it in time...

DEAR SIR,
i am residing in mahmudabad and my connection no is 2041.
i booked gas on 20/7 which was delivered on 28/7, then i booked my gas on 19/8 which was delivered on 27/8, and now i have gone for booking again and they are saying that booking will take place only after 27/9 . this takes almost one month fifteen days for getting a booking and i am being harrased for the same .
please look into the matter so that availabilty is ensured and your customer is satisfied that even after black etc the consumer is not facing problem
