[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

Sub.: delay in delivery of lpg cylinder & poor service of dealer
Sir,
I have got my gas refill booked on[protected], but i haven't got it till now. My refill no 20901,n book no-5591785 our dealer doesn't deliver refill on time. He gets late every time n behave rudely. I have asked him many times delay for late delivery , he always say "its delay by company.
Kindly grant to send my refill in 1 or 2 days
I have only one refill to booking ,it books after 22 day n receive after 15 days , i cant manage it

Inspite of daily remainder and your dealers false action, booking my gas cylinder on 30th october, i am still receiving with all cock an bull stories of your dealer over here.My booking number is 26946.what i here as 24 hrs and 15th day is all a bull .see if you could do something o my issue sir.

SAROJA GAS AGENCY — Late Delivery

My number is 610284 - I booked my cylinder on 04.11.08 (15 days is over till date), till now I haven't get my cylinder, there is no response from my agency, its not first time, its happening every time. Kindly solve my problem immediately

this is to inform you that the saraswati gas service aisbagh employee are very rude to public 0n 19 when when i go to take my cylender the person are doing black marketing giving the cylender to chowmeen walas taking 100 rs etc .when i asked for cylender he gives me a cylender without ceel of company that cylender has been used with halwais by giving 20 rs hrs. I said i would not take open cylender he said all the cylenders are coming without seel i said then weight the cylender he said there is no rule of weight the cylender we dont have the kata and all the employee talking rudly and started giving the cylender without seel to public when i asked to change the cylender to a seeled one he said (lena ho tho lo warna jaao ) just see the language after they are doing the fraud with the public .
there is no problem with the gas but thery are creating the problem by giving all the 60 % gas to chowmeen wala chat wala halwais and the vikrams because the give them 100 rs etc as black .not any single comersial cylender are used in my area the gas company employees filled there comersial cylender with the domestic gas cylender.
the service man of the saraswati gas company says to me that jaha complain karne ho to kar lo hamara koi kuch nahi bigar sakta i will sell the seel open cylender only.

sir please see the matter and tight the service man of saraswati gas service who are doing black marketing openly and making the seen of shortage of gas so that there black money income is more .
my home dilivery service is not done for two yrs which is a great problem to me

I booked my gas on the 20rd Oct 2008 and was told to wait for 10 days for delivery. However when I called thatday to remind them the lady who answered the phone told me I should wait another 10 days. Then she changed her comment and said the gas was delivered to me on the 3rd. NO one came to deliver the gas and I still have the empty cylinder. I am also at home all the time. I also called the delivery boy and he said that they did not tell him to come. i am residing at singanallur, coimbatore
dear sir,

i wants new connection of bharat gas for home cooking food and i stay in Thane district in Maharashtra. but when i went to distributor he told u wl get connection with 1 cilynder @ 6000/-.

but i have ISI MARKED new stove so i dont want to purchase stove, i want only single cylinder.

so pls give correct price which i should pay to distributor.

Bharat Gas — Inability to book cylinder refill

Consumer Number 31412 at Harsha Gas, VV Puram, Bangalore

The distributer refuses to book a refill claiming he has got some order from Delhi. No explanation is provided, only rude disconnections. We have no gas for 2 weeks and no way to get through to anyone. This is sickening. Please help immediately. Thank you

if had two gas sylinder how many days booking an delivery our supplier the bassein agricultural multi-purpose co-op.soc.ltd as said 28 days after taking booking and then supply within 8 days total days delivery is 36 days
so kindly look into the matter and necessary action to be taken

gas cylinder — Demand extra money

There is lot of corruption in this agency while alloting new gas connections.
They will literally make you run 10 to 20 times to give a connection & that too you will end up paying Rs.1000 extra.Although the receipt they give is of Rs.1400, they collected Rs.2400 from me.

BHARAT GAS/DOMESTIC — NON DELIVERY OF GAS

As I had recently lost my husband, I sent my brother to NK Enterprises to book the gas cylinder. The complaint was registered over 20 days. I had to make a call to remind them which was over a week ago. Yesterday my brother went again to request them to bring our gas soon and once again they promised to do so but did not. They keep asking if the "door was locked" and our answer is always the same "someone is always at home"...that someone is me, I am 24 hours at home. There are 3 telephone numbers to call this gas agency and not one will be free for the customer to make a request or follow up on a request. I sincerely hope through your forum we can get our gas at the earliest. Thank you.

Bharat Gas — The telephone nos of the agency is non functional

Since the Phones of the agency M/s West End Gas Services, Todapur, Near Inderpuri, Delhi are non functional the refill booking cannot be done.

Bharat Gas — Distribution delay

I booked the LPG refill on 24th NOV & it is 3rd DEC now & still when I called them they said it will take another 2 days to delivery the LPG cylinder. Why it is taking almost 10 to 15 days always the deliver one Refill. Also they said new booking for 2nd cylinder is not avialavle for last 3 months. Is it true then why?

Bharat Gas — False Commitment and Harrassment

Hi,

My name is Raghu and I am a 5 yrs old Bharath gas customer. My current Bharathgas agency is Prateekh Agencies in Bangalore.

I wish to share with you my harrowing experience with this agency.
1) I had booked a re-fill cylinder (Ordr No.11) on around 20th/21st Nov on an urgent basis. The lady in the agency (Ms. Lily) spoke to my wife and assured that sufficienct stock is there and that if we wanted urgent delivery then I should come to their office personally with the empty cylinder and collect the re-fill after 1 day.

2) I accordingly went to the Prateek Agency office personallly with the cylinder. On reaching they told me that they had mis-communicated and that I cannot collect it personally from there. They said that this is not allowed by Bharath Gas. I have later found out that this is not true and infact their own document (domestic Gas Customer Cad and Passbook) says -- "Get rebate of Rs.8 on non-home delivery."

3) Mr Arun the manager at the agency said that the gas delivery has been already dispatched to my house that same day (22nd Nov)will be delivered by 5pm. He explained that the process is that the consumer has to call the delivery boy personally and the agency will have no role after that. He gave me a voucher reciept and said to hand it over to the the delivery boy. This is a very surprising and non-standard process. Who takes the responsibility?

4) From 22nd till date I have called the delivery boy 10 times and the gas agency 6 times. Most of the time no-one picks up the phone or the published numbers are wrong. Whenever I do get thru, the agency asks to contact the delivery boy and the delivery boy asks to contact the agency. Each is washing their hands off and are claiming that they cannot do anything and that I should contact the other.

5) In the last week I have spent a lot of money in eating out in the absence of gas which was committed in writing to me. I have suffered much mental harrasment. My lawyers say that I can claim significant compensation for deficiency of service and mental harrassment. I also plan to highlight this issue in the media in which I have significant personal and professional contacts. The document given to me by you agnecy is also grossly misleading in several ways.

My requsts are --
1) We should file a joint consumer curt case against Bharat gas...else they will never learn.
2) One o[censored]s can o-ordinate.
3) We should find the E-Mail ID of the MD / ED of Bharath Gas and BP and make him aware of these deficienies.
Dear Sir MD,

I, the Consumer No. 3784, Sree Saroja Ammal Gas Agencies, Nagapattinam, Tamilnadu .I regret to inform you that since no gas has been supplied to me in my home.After our booking the refill cylinder will not be arranged with in some days. every time i use to meet the dealer office people they are not respond well, so after that i spoke to Mr. Muthusami Territory Manger in Thanjavur still he is not giving the proper answer and he is not take any steps to rectify the problem here, whenever i spoke to him he is always support the dealer he is not ready to solve the problem, we are facing the same problem from initial itself . So far i took refill cylinder from their godown only in two times(godown is 7 kms away from my town ), still they are not give door delivery and bill. False assurances are given by the above dealer. Every month we are facing the same problem we are distrubed lot . i am not happy with this dealer, so Please take necessary steps to solve this problem otherwise I will move to the court.

Bharat Gas — gas no delivery

but till today gas is not came in my house.

Please take proper desigion as soon as possible.
