[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

Sub.: delay in delivery of lpg cylinder & poor service of dealer
Sir,
I have got my gas refill booked on[protected], but i haven't got it till now. My refill no 20901,n book no-5591785 our dealer doesn't deliver refill on time. He gets late every time n behave rudely. I have asked him many times delay for late delivery , he always say "its delay by company.
Kindly grant to send my refill in 1 or 2 days
I have only one refill to booking ,it books after 22 day n receive after 15 days , i cant manage it

Bharat Gas — Blatant Violation of Process

Dealer is costing inspection charges of Rs.150/-
and forcing persons to Purchase gas stove and Appliances.
Total connection cost is 5000/-
But if he sell only Gas cylinder gas pipe and regulator the cost will be less than 2000/-

they are just doing corruption openly.

Please do needfulll. they are harassing the People.

Bharat Gas — Delay in delivery of filled cylinder

I recently shifted from Hyderabad to Bangalore. To get my transfered old gas connection, which I was having in hyderabad I went to Prateek Bharat Gas Agency located in Banaswadi. After doing the paper work they told me I will be getting the cylinder another 2 days. I waited for them for around 10 days but I did't receive the cylinder . Each time I call them they tell they are sending it but till date I haven't received it.
Finally I am writing this complaint hoping some action can be taken against this Gas Agency.

Dear Sir,

I am a consumer (608746) of AMIT GAS AGENCY, 3, L-2, DDA Shopping Center, Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019 for last 12-13 years.

For last one year, we are facing lots of problem with the Gas Supplied by this dealer. I have booked the Gas on 8th and 9th January’2009 and they told that you will received within 2 days but as of now it is more than 9 days and we have not received the cylinder. When I contacted them say that there is no proper supply from the company itself.

Second problem with them is that the phone and always engaged. Usually they keep the phone aside. They are talking very hardly do the customer for every month like this happening.

Kindly look into the matter and take action for this.

Shravan Gas Distributors — Delay in Supplying and worst customer service

They dont answer a call and all the time they lift the phone and keep it aside very pathetic condition
Really i dont understand why they do like this and more than that they give gas to all political guys and better service we after booking its more than 10 days and even now no reply from them

Bharat Gas — IMPROPER SERVICE AND ADAMANT BEHAVIOUR OF THE AGENCY'S STAFF

SUB: DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE AND RUDE BEHAVIOUR OF NIHAL GAS SERVICE, 149, POCKET – D, MAYUR VIHAR, PHASE–II, DELHI-110091, PHONE NOS. 22777003, 22781109, 22729749 & [protected].

Sir,

1. Initially our area Bharatgas distributor was ‘Gas Plaza, Shop No. 8, D.D.A. Market, Hargobind Enclave, Delhi - 110092’ but it got closed and in May /June -08 our Gas Connection No. G6866, had been sent to another Bharatgas distributor namely Nihal Gas Service, 149, Pocket – D, Mayur Vihar, Phase–II, Delhi-110091, phone nos. 22777003, 22781109, 22729749 & [protected].

2. I am very much surprised that the services of this gas agency is so poor and the attitude of the staff is so adamant and doesn’t care of customers problems.

3. I got tired after having done many telephone calls on these telephone numbers but nobody took pain to attend even a single call from the customer. Then I made a booking for a refill of gas cylinder on[protected] at 07:21 P, through the web site of Bharatgas namely www.ebharatgas.com [ Order Reference Number 303198 ]. But this internet booking facility has no role in delivering the refill and the refill has not been delivered to me so far.

4. I do not know why horrible people they are. Customers facing problems even to make booking for a refill. The staff of this current Bharatgas distributor i.e. Nihal Gas Service, is so adamant.

5. If once this gas distributor books a cylinder it takes a long time to deliver the filled-up cylinder at the destination. Although there is no shortage of filled-up gas cylinders in Delhi, despite the gas supplying distributor not providing their services properly.

6. It appears that this ‘Nihal Gas Service’ believe in blackmailing the gas refill after making a false shortage of gas refill by telling the customers that there is a shortage of gas cylinder.

7. I am also suffering in this cold season because the gas cylinder has become empty on[protected], since then it has been problematic to cook food and the condition has become miserable.

8. This is my humble request to you to kindly take a constructive action against this agency to improve the service and the rude behaviour of the personnel as well as of owner.

9. That appropriate action may be taken against this Bharat gas distributor i.e. ‘Nihal Gas Service, 149, Pocket – D, Mayur Vihar, Phase–II, Delhi-110091, phone nos. 22777003, 22781109, 22729749 & [protected].


NB: Last refill was delivered on[protected]. It became empty on[protected], since then I and my family facing problem, as I am neither able to cook food on time nor properly.

Bharat Gas — Delay in supply of LPG cylinder even after 1 Month (booked on 18.12.08)

Till today I have not received the LPG cylinder which has been booked on 18.12.08 to our Distributor Padmavathi Agenicies at Selaiyur (Chennai). Consumer No.21765. We are trying to contact them through phone, but all the three lines are busty right from 9 A.M to 5.30 PM. Bhart Gas Service is very worst service. Can any official give us the reply for the delay which is more than 30 days.

I Mr. Laxman Singh Mehra, consumer of Bharat LPG, bearing cons. No.28130 of Anand Gas Service, (Ph:26945691, 26947332,[protected], (earlier Anand gas agency, which has no whereabouts.) made booking on 10.01.09.then visited the dealer again on 15.01.09 and sinse 28th am calling on this no. everyday.Everyday he is assuring me delivery on the next day but till now I have not recieved the delivery. The dealar even tells us to call upon the delivery man to get the delivety and the delivery man tells me to come on some road to collect the cylinder from company truck.

For last one year, we are facing lots of problem with the Gas Supplied by this dealer. I have booked the Gas on 4th or 5th of Every month, and they told that you will received within 2 days but as of now it is more than 20 days and we have not received the cylinder. When I contacted them say that there is no proper supply from the company itself or otherwise we had issued to delivery man, u can check with him. Butm That guy, sell to other. That company will not given any proper response.
Pls, Help us to get the cylinders in a write date.
