sir we have connection with the bharat gas the connection no is 16170 the dealer is alok gas services nazafgarh new delhi the dealer office phone no is not responds if i go to office the person is demond more mony 10 to 20 rs per celender please spotchech with delar office the celender is not supply on time

No way to get a cylinder in that area because banu gas is only a gas cylinder ruler in maduravoyal and such area..

I had booked for the refilling of LPG Cylinder (C.No. 15749) at dated 15.01.2010 but yet today on 25.01.2010 there is not any response and nobody ready talk to us from the distributor of M/ Sarala Gas Agency, Safderjang Enclave, New Delhi and not receive the phone call.

Pls provide gas urgently.

But still now that is 27th jan 2010 no cylinder is came to home
i have complained to H.O (Mumbai) on 22th Jan 2010

But still no response from your side, and again i complaint on 25th Jan 2010
and again the same story they said " we will send today " and the again given me the complaint number :1198 dated :25/01/2010
but still today that is 27th Jan 2010 no cylinder came to my home and no response from HEAD QUATERS (MUMBAI)
or From REGIONAL OFFICE (CHENNAI)

Iam totally upset because of your service
Take some necessary action to receive my LPG Cylinder to home toady at any cost
Other wise i will take Sevier action by sending the Fax to your GM.

Same is my complaint after booking on 18th Jan'10 it has been 11 days that we have not yet received the Gas cylinder also the the person in the office says that there is no cylinder or there is no one to deliver the cylinder. We stay in Naigaon (E) Thane Dist.

It has always been that M S D Enterprises Rajaji nagar 4th n block, Bangalore,
i booked my gas as on 18/01/10 booking no is 10484 they told with in 3 to 5 days it will come but till date we have not recd
never gives the gas according to booking order. It takes more than 15 days + 3 daya visit+ a couple of phone call to get the refill.
Since seven years I am facing this.
Even complaining to the HEAD office also does not work.

I have for the new connection in one the Bharath Gas Enterprieses in Pune, at near Kalewadi Phata, name of the Agencies is Ratan Enterprises, requested is placed for the new connection on 7th November, 2009, it is almost near 3 month, I dint get any confirmation for my new connection.

Can you please help me out with this, how many more days i have wait for my new connection.
