[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

Sub.: delay in delivery of lpg cylinder & poor service of dealer
Sir,
I have got my gas refill booked on[protected], but i haven't got it till now. My refill no 20901,n book no-5591785 our dealer doesn't deliver refill on time. He gets late every time n behave rudely. I have asked him many times delay for late delivery , he always say "its delay by company.
Kindly grant to send my refill in 1 or 2 days
I have only one refill to booking ,it books after 22 day n receive after 15 days , i cant manage it

Bharat Gas — unwanted unilateral change of agency

Bharat Gas suddenly unilaterally decided to shift us from one agency to a new one.
Without informing us, let alone ask us if it is more convinient etc.
The new one's listed phone numbers "do not exist", and is farther away from our home.
The Sales Officer is not lifting his phone or answering to SMS.
The Regional office in Chennai is redirecting me to the Sales Officer.
Bharat Gas does not seem to care!
Shame on you!
Vinod Gas Agency's phone number is always busy and I was never able to follow up GAS booking/dilevery even after trying many time in past week. This agency is at Balaramapuram, Thiruvananthapuram District of Kerala State. Phone number[protected].

Please any other number to which I have to ring up.

My Refill booking number is 3040 dt.02.01.2010.

My SV number is[protected] /6/11/1998 and consumer number is 9786 with SATHIYAS AGENCY CODE No 641858 having address of 8/2 pudukottai road, No 5 Tollgate trichy and my address is 1/2 appakara street, puthur, trichy 620017 I have booked LPG on 14.12.2009 over phone and confirmed. While booking my LPG the above mentioned staff told gas will be supplied within 12 days till date not received my LPG, While enquiry on 31. 12.09 about my supply they are told will be supplied on same date evening then i reminder on 4.1.09 the are told LPG alreadt issued through delivery staff by name jagan or jakku after that i was asked daily the same wird only comming ie to day evening will be supplied but till date not yet received LPG I am also using petro card of your concern past 7 years
Hence kindly take immediate action and supply of gas.
Non delivery of gas even after 1 month of booking
Dear Sir,

I had booked for gas on[protected] &, , my consumer number is 9221. The agency name is Chakor Enterprises Pune (Walchandnagar), phone is[protected]. Everytime I call them, they assure me that the cylinder will be delivered within a day or two. Its more than a month now, but still they have not yet send me the cylinder. This is not the first time I am facing such a problem with Bharatgas. Everytime I book the gas, its the same story.
Also they dont provide any booking no.also they dont provide any receipt while delivering the cylinder.

Kindly, look into the above matter and help me resolve the problem.

Dear Sir,
As your company says that Bharat Gas deliver the gas cylinder to their customers with in 24 hours.

But I had booked my cylinder for home delivery before 15 days, but I have not yet receive the delivery of cylinder inspite of my several reminder to agency.

The people of Gas agency always says that delivery will taken place on tomarrow but nothing happened.

Today the people of Gas agency wrongly said on roughly style to me that vendor was came to my residence but nobody was their. and house was close.

Kindly look in the matter, and waiting for your consideration.

Dear Sir,

I have booked a cylinder on 12 dec 2009 on Bharat Gas oficial site http://www.ebharatgas.com. The refrence number of the order is 429818 . My consumer number is 36594. I have still not received the gas and when I contacted the gas agency, they replied that they do not take orders on internet. If we book the request by phone, the agency takes enormous time (more than a month) and send the cylinder only after making phone calls several times.

Interestingly, when I submit the compliant on this site, the page says "Your Feedback could not be send please try again" every time.

From the series of complaints registered here and the trauma, I have been going through
by having committed a mistake of being a BHARAT GAS consumer, it seems that all
the concerned officers of BHARAT GAS are HAND IN GLOVE with their distributors
and are enjoying the sharing of the LOOT that is going on by delaying the deliveries of
Refill Gas Cylinders to the hapless genuine consumers like me and creating a shortage
of Cylinders in the market and selling them off through the unscruplous distributors like
ASHOKA STORES, NEW DELHI, who even after 8 days of booking the Gas Cylinder,
after the Mandatory 21 days ' Gap between the last delivery and new booking(which is
again a self promoted FLAW by these unscruplous distributoirs)have been dilly dallying
the delivery of the refill cylinder, despite my repeated requests on phone, which again is
a like a lottery, if at all one is able to access the phone/(s), which most of the times are
BUSY.To add to the woes, the so called "GRAHAK SAMARK KENDRA" Nos.printed
as 23326770 and 23324847, printed on the back of delivery slip of BHARAT GAS are
never ever accessible, either due to NO REPLY tone or BUSY tone.

While the world is moving towards the piped Gas supply and more consumer friendly
facilities for the Consumer, who is driving the economy of a country, our Distributors
and the concerned officers are busy looting the society and harassing the genuine
consumers like me.

It is high time, that we form a 'BHARAT GAS HARASSED CONSUMER FORUM"
on ALL INDIA basis and take all those involved in this scam to task and put them
behind bars through our legal course of action with the help of consumer courts
and other available legal recourses.

I am the resident of Kisan nagar no 03, thane 400604, we have a connection of Bharat Gas and the agency who supply us is Godeya Gas Service. We have booked our Connection on 09th January, 2010 and till date they have not supplied the Cylinder. During this period we have been continously calling them atleast twice a day and the reply is constant " we will supply it tommorrow morning". This is the same story of every month and we are fedup of this services. I hope you will take necessary action and save us from the torcher.

Bharat Gas — Non delivery of gas after booking

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am submitting my complaint against Varun Gas Service, Khanpur. I have booked my gas cylinder on 2nd Jan. 2010 from internet having Order Reference Number 482060 but unfortunately I am yet to receive the gas cylinder.
I have tried to call so many times but no luck. Phone was continuously busy. I seem that this is a practice of Varun Gas Agency.
Kindly intervene into the matter and resolve my problem as early as
possible.

I am received gas cy on[protected]. After one week
I can try to book next cylinder. I used to book with the help of SMS. Rusults faulti massage. after few days i found there is change in SMS no.
So I dialed 25323264 and booked on 2-1-2010.
still now dont get cylinder. I think they may misuse.
This is this month case. Every month the same thing happen. I doesnt know the meaning of Double cylinder.

Bharat Gas — suppiled after 20days that to going to agencies office for 2 times

Respected sir,
i have came from purasaiwalkkam on residential shifting and registered on[protected] ,on the same day itself we booked for gas cylinder, we got the cylinder on[protected] that to we personnally taken from the goddowen by auto , to bring i paid Rs.50/- for auto ,this is the condition of banu gas agency of maduravoyal, chennai . when i asked the supply mens ,he replied that i belongs to 6th block , the 5th block supply men resigned so you only have to take from goddowen

where as we will get the gas with in 4days at purasaiwalkkam (jayaram agency of anna nagar east)

As such it is request to slove this problem immediately duly investigation this matter,
my gas connection no is 24725
omalur gas service salem[dt]in tamilnadu isvery very poor sarvice and mainlly not copreat with coustemer so omalur gas service is nothing service

my name is akash from gonda, sir i had booked my gas cylinder on 31.12.2009 on bharat gas coco agency code no.140789, after 15 days when i cant recieved my gas then i ask to agency, they told me that u not booked your cylinder, then again i booked gas on 16.01.2010 and today(20.01.2010) when i asked my cylinder they again told me that u cant booked your cylinder till date. I am customer of Kailey Gas located at Ludhiana.

I regret to inform you that few days back, I am facing delay in delivery of refilled cyclinders. I book the cylinder vide booking number 119 with Kailey Gas Co., delivery for the same is still awaited for the last 25 days. My trust with Bharat PetroGas Co is still stand but I think due to your dealer it may be loose. I had tried to contact with them over the telephone. They are not attending the phone of their customers. So, you please take up the matter seriously and depute your representative to check the matter.

I seek your kind co operation in this matter.
