[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

sinhgad rd, pune india gas provider has cant give home delivery

I booked a gas cylinder on Jan 5, 2010. I still haven't recieved it. I stay in Kalkaji n i have registered at the CR Park distributor. My neighbours had booked gas on Feb 7, 2010 and they have already recieved it because their distributor is in Govindpuri.
Please help. I urgently need the cylinder.

Bharat Gas — Non delivery Cum Restricted Sale Practice

At Bagamberpet, Hyderabad branch, Gas agency seems selling cylinders in Block market, they are not giving the delivery in time to consumers unless they make repeated requests to them

For extra cylinders they are puting condition to buy Oil tin of Priya Company (Ramoji group) which is Illegal according to Monopolies Restrictive Trade Practices Act

Thier phone nos.[protected] and [protected]. These two numbers continuously in engage

Acording to Monpolies Restrictive trade Pratice Act, No company in India should put a condition to buy other product to sell desired product to customer

Bharat Gas — Non Delivery of 2nd Cylinder after 1 month of Transfer

Hi,

I had transferred my Bharat Gas Connection from Hyderabad to Bangalore in the month of December 2009. I applied to one Sri Krishna Agency Viveknagar for the transferred connection and the connection was given on 18th Jan 2010. But they gave only 1 cylinder and told me that the 2nd cylinder would be delivered within a week.

I have been running to them for the past 1 month every alternate day and every time they take my consumer number and tells me that they will send within 2 working days. I had mailed the customer care but even I got no response from them.

Please let me know as to what I can do.

Bharat Gas — Not Receiving Cylinder as promised

We always face problem in getting Refill Cylinder from Bharth Gas - from Prathik Distributer. they promise the cylinder will come in 5 days but it will after 10days after 3-4 time visit personnel, When we visit Parthik the executive does even respond properly and behave as they are doing some charity to us and Even boys who come to deliver the cyclinder demand 15Rs per deliver as service charge.

I have booked cylinder on 8th of feb, after repeated calling to Vashi office we have not recvd the cylinder till date.
This is happening every time.
Is there any solution for the same ? or we need to bear for this kind of service?

Excel gas- Bharat gas — Cooking gas not delivered since 2 months

To whomsoever it may concern,
This is to inform that have a cooking gas connection from Excel gas( Bharat gas) located in Vashi (ph[protected]. Our consumer number is 41945 and it is been 2 months that they have not delivered the gas.Everytime we call them they say we will send it tomorrow. I think they are black marketing it and not delivering it to the consumers at the proper time.We had booked the gas on 14th of January.
Please take action.

Delay in delivery of LPG gas cylinder
I am a regular BP gas consumer. ( MG-310 )I am staying in Krishna Nagar and the dealer is Mamta Gas Service Hind Nagar,Kanpur Road ,LUCKNOW.. Never I get cylinder in time. They take minimum 15 to 20 days BUT I book gas on 19.01.2010 & gas supply not done.the refill from the date of booking whereas all the consumers in and around my house who use Indane gas are getting within...5-7 days.
