with regard inform to you there are many consumers are facing problem like me, mostly this agency is not taking booking at time, my home is so far from this agency when i go on time for a booking i come back with down face they always reply that come tommarow we will book, but the donot take and give same response next day. nobody attend the phone in that condition consumer what can do? please tell us. they always believe in black i mean need some money under the table.

Bharat Gas — cylinder refill not delivered even after 30 days
This is about mahalaxmi enterprises Bharat Gas distributor. they never deliver cylinders re-fill on time, take 3 to 4 weeks in general to deliver. I have been asked to pay Rs 150/- extra for early delivery.Black marking of the Cylinder has always been a practice at Mahalaxmi enterprises.

This is to inform you that we have booked cylinder for home delivery on 16/11/2009(customer No.-12921, Distributor's code-641724) but till now(24/12/2009) we haven't got the cylinder.The distributors are " Sri Balaji Gas Agency(Bharat Gas Distributors), No.3/1, Infantry Road, Vellore-632001(Tamilnadu)".The Gas agency is giving false assurances when we approached them.This inconvenience is seriously affecting the Bharat Gas consumers in our locality.So I kindly request the concerned authorities to take neccessary action at the earliest.People of this locality will be thankful to you for the desired action to be taken.

I disagree with the quality of services.My cylinder lasted on 22-12-09. I tried to contact the agency office by phone on 22, 23, &24.12.09. But phone lines were not working. I had no holidays. On 25-12-09 I went personally and booked my gas number and requested them to provide me gas urgently. Because I need to refill hardly 2 or 3 times in the year.The person booked my no.and asked me to contact to delivery boy no [protected].He told me gas will be provided only on next wednesday means on 29-12-09. I requested him for my high inconvinance.But he did not agree.
On 29-12-09 cylinder was not provided. I contacted dlivery boy on 30-12-09.He played excuses and told me that he will provide me gas on 1st january2010.
That day too gas was not provided.Again I contacted the boy. He told that he would give me gas on 2nd january.
That day also no cylider was given.Again I contacted the boy.He played excuses and told me that on 3rd january he would give me gas surely.
On[protected] too no cylider was delivered. So I tried to contact the boy. the cell phone calls were cut.
On[protected] since morning i an tring to contact but the cell phone calls were cut many times.
The phone lines Of the agency office are not working. So I can not contact the office.Office asked me to contact the delivery boy.This is not the way of service providing.
The deliver boy is not responding.
Since last 12 days I can not cook at my home.I am facing a lot of inconvinence.
The agency does not provide appropriate services.
Sir In this year i have refilled my cylinder on[protected] then on[protected] then on[protected]..I do not need monthly refilling. The agency knows that I am not a monthy consumer.So what benefit agency is making out of this, please scutinise it.

Hello,Dt.[protected] Booking on line. Booking No.[protected]for cylinder refill. Till Today 5-1-2010 not delivered my cylinder. After my cylinder finish I borrow a cylinder from my neighbour.
sir, as we were trying to book gas the line is always busy and my agency name is DHANALAKSHMI GAS AGENCY in vepery.poor customer service and sms registration also not working i lost my patience please accept my complaint and do the favour in need or else no other way except to quit bharat gas as i was its customer for the past 15 years hope bharat gas will maintian and respect its customer
Bharat Gas — Non-delivery of refill gas cylinder even after 40 days of last supply.
Sir,I am the Bharat Gas Consumer with No.27859 with M/s Desai & Company, of Hubli (Karnataka). I have booked for refilling on[protected] and till today there is no supply. The last supply was on[protected]. They tell to book 20 days after the delivery and accordingly I booked on[protected] and they said there is waiting period of 20 days. As per their say, even if full waiting period of 20 days is taken, the delivery is due on 9-1-2010. Now they say that it may take another 8-10 days, i.e. beyond 20 days waiting period. This is not the first occasion. Since 4-5 months the situation is like this. Do you have any mechanism to inspect the working of gas dealers to verify booking, stocking, supply. If it is their please act immediately and prevent mis-use of domestic gas for commercial purposes for black-marketing which I very much suspect.

Not reciving refiil after 30 day after booking

I am an customer of Bharat Gas under GAS PLAZA DISTRIBUTER.
I have booked for gas on 3/12/2009, my booking number is 5078G. Today is 8/1/2010. It's already more than 30 days, I have from booking, but I have not received the gas yet. And also I want you to know that GAS PLAZA DiSTRIBUTER is not very much polite to the customer. I am in very much trouble because both of my cylinders are empty. Please do needful as soon as possible.

phone nos of west end gas service in todapur near inderpuri are not working properly. if bell rings also nobody picks up the phone. their would be a strange reply by a staff girls---theek hai--- without taking the consumer no and without giving u the correct information as to when would they send u a cylinder. over and above that when u dont get a cylinder for more than 10 days after your booking you have to book it again at the agency office its been more than 3 months since i have to go to their godam to pick my cylinder.today again i m facing same problem.
