[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

Sub.: delay in delivery of lpg cylinder & poor service of dealer
Sir,
I have got my gas refill booked on[protected], but i haven't got it till now. My refill no 20901,n book no-5591785 our dealer doesn't deliver refill on time. He gets late every time n behave rudely. I have asked him many times delay for late delivery , he always say "its delay by company.
Kindly grant to send my refill in 1 or 2 days
I have only one refill to booking ,it books after 22 day n receive after 15 days , i cant manage it

Dear sir,
I am enclosing hear with a application dated 24.01.2009 of Shri, Nand Kishor Sharma R/O, 1020, Kans Gali, Mandi Ramdas MATHURA (Uttar Pradesh)For A New Bharat Gas Connecation to his Mathura Agent M/S.Deep Gas Sirvice, Masani Road, Mathura, But the above are not given the Gas Connecation above are verified address and every thing on14.03.2009 the report are attech with the signed of Mr.Jawhar Lal Agrawal as witness but the Inquary form is Blank till-now.And the above are Forced to Purchase a Poor Quality Gas Stove on Double or Tripul Rate and not given the Connection, So Many time his daughter in law Ruchi Sharma do the Complent againest him but there are no any action againest him, in this regards so many time I personaly call to Mr.Deepak Goel the owner of above Gas agency but he prohibited with out Purchased the Gas stove to him.
I would be very grate full if you could kindly do the nessary action as soon as Posible.

I have my cylinder on dated 03/02/2010 order referance no. : 581850. now today 08/02/2010 I have not received my cylinder. there is no possitive responce in my gas agency (KITCHEN FLAME). His behaviour is very bad in all customer who are in kitchen flam
please shortout my problems.

With due respect, I am the customer of Bharat Gas domestic LPG. I had booked a refiling domestic LPG Gas cylinder on[protected] with Ref no - 522857.

This is to inform you that I did not get any gas cylinder yet. I went many time to the Agency which is in bharat nagar, new friends colony. The service man tell me that your cylinder already booked and you will get today or next day but not got it yet. Sir please do the needful.

This is to also inform you that the man who is in bharat gas, new friends colony was selling in blak.

i am the consumer of Bharat gas at koppal dist ( karnataka)

i am surprised that your dealer giving service at koppal.

so many complaints of the public, the public is also tired for this service

1) That whenever we call an phone to your delear the phone is busy, if it is not busy then the phone was not lifted - no answer.

2) when we approach for enquiry thier is huge rush, and the manager & their staff was giving very rugh - tough answres like that they are the owners of the co.and they are making the monopoly business, for this the public come on road but till their is no improvements
the rules followed by the dealer

3) the booking was made after 25 days of the receipt of last cylinder

4) after booking the delivery of cylinder after 12 days

5) when all this schedule complit then we have to fallowup for the cylinder then after continuous fallowup after 4 days they are giving the number of delivery boy then again we have to fallowup to the delivery boy, the same tendancy they have kept that no. busy, no answers, then again he givine some tollearble answer that - vehicle brekdown, no budy at home, i am not getting the address,

which takes near about 45 to 50 days, mean time the secound cylinder also empty, even after we have the 2 cylinders the situation is like this

now a days the consumer is king but here at koppal the situation is very worst, no budy will take care of the consumer, and this is not my single complaint but it is an represtative of all the consumers,

I booked my gas, to our gas agency named M/s.Pragaati Enterprises, S, No.90, Aland Road, infront of RTO office, Phule Nagar, Yervada pune-6, Ph.No.64008777/64008776 on the[protected] at SrNo.434 but after 13 days when I request to send a sylender on 6-2-2010 It was told me that, you will get delivery on 8-2-2010. But i have not received delivery till today. However when I called today to remind them the lady who answered the phone told me that pick your delivery from our service point which near to bus stop. We will not send home delivery and it is not compulsory. you can lodge the complaint to any authority. The agency never given home delivery, and asking everybody to pick up the cylender from service point. I request you to warn the agency for home delivery. My wife is a patient of Diabetic & BP.

I booked my cylinder on 2nd of feb & they ask me that with in 3 days u will get, now today is 9 of feb i am not getting cylinder. They never pick phone no. they are[protected],[protected]. some times they are not working. I am very much upset for my gas agency. Give me right solution.

This is with reference to the advertisement I read in Sakal newsPaper dated on 5th Feb.2010, which was regarding your suggestions to your Gas distributors.That news paper's headline was "Suggestions to the gas distributors allocating second gas to the consumers."

"सोलापूर - शहर व जिल्ह्यातील एक सिलिंडर असणाऱ्या गॅस ग्राहकांना दुसरे सिलिंडर देण्याच्या सूचना पेट्रोलियम कंपन्यांकडून देण्यात आल्या आहेत. त्यामुळे दुसरे सिलिंडर मिळण्याची ग्राहकांची अडचण दूर झाली आहे.
शहर व जिल्ह्यात मिळून एकूण पावणेचार लाख गॅस ग्राहक आहेत. यापैकी दोन लाख 28 हजार 856 ग्राहक एक सिलिंडर असलेले आहेत. एक सिलिंडर असल्यामुळे अनेक ग्राहकांना अडचणींना तोंड द्यावे लागते. ऐनवेळी गॅस संपल्यामुळे आणि रेशन दुकानातून रॉकेल वेळेवर अथवा कधीच मिळत नसल्याने ग्राहकांना पळापळ करावी लागते. गॅस एजन्सीच्या नियमानुसार पहिले सिलिंडर संपल्यानंतर 21 दिवसांनी नवीन सिलिंडरसाठी नंबर लावता येतो. नंबर लावल्यानंतर उपलब्धतेनुसार ग्राहकांना सिलिंडर मिळते.
दुसरे सिलिंडर मिळण्यासाठी अनेक ग्राहकांनी संबंधित एजन्सीकडे मागणीही केली आहे. परंतु, दरम्यानच्या काळात दुसरे सिलिंडर देणे बंद होते. त्यामुळे ग्राहकांमधून नाराजी व्यक्‍त केली जात होती. दुसरे सिलिंडर मागणी करणाऱ्या प्रत्येक ग्राहकाला द्यावे, अशी सूचना पेट्रोलियम कंपनीने केल्यामुळे ग्राहकांना आता दुसरे सिलिंडर मिळणे शक्‍य होणार आहे. दुसरे सिलिंडरसाठी ग्राहकांना 1725 रुपयांचे शुल्क संबंधित गॅस एजन्सीकडे भरावे लागणार आहे. शहर व जिल्ह्यातील कोणत्याही गॅस वितरक एजन्सीला आता दुसरे सिलिंडर ग्राहकांना नाकारता येणार नाही. मागणीनुसार प्रत्येक ग्राहकाला दुसरे सिलिंडर मिळणार आहे. आवश्‍यकता असलेल्या ग्राहकांना संबंधित एजन्सीकडे मागणी करावी लागणार आहे.

On the basis of this article I had applied for second gas to my gas distributor "Aditya Bharat Gas Agency, Sasane Nagar, Hadapsar". But they said "we haven't received any information/suggestions regarding second gas from the company. And news paper's news cant be true". Now my question is if citizens under solapur city can have the second gas then why cant we in pune/hadapsar cities. Sir, we are also truly facing critical conditions in hadapsar city because of not having second gas, even we are not able to get the first gas within 10 days as per the rule. My kind request to you is please suggest to my gas distributor to allocate me second gas. My consumer number is 30273. I am currently living in kale padal, hadapsar, 411028. Please consider this application and kindly give me second gas as soon as possible.

1) That whenever we call an phone to your delear the phone is busy, if it is not busy then the phone was not lifted - no answer.


2) I call for supply to dealer today they told that your gas is booking on today because to is the twentieth day of delivery of calendar. But ….
3) I received the last calendar on 21.12.2009 by Mr. Surender.
4) After the 40 day when my calendar empty then I booked on 29.01.2010 and received booking No. 113.
5) Today I call for supply to dealer on telephone for today supply the calendar they(Mr. Ravi from Dealer side) told that your gas is booking on today because today is the twentieth day of delivery of calendar but I don’t received any calendar after 21.12.2009.
6) I want to explain the details but put the phone the dealer side, again call than say “Ek bar batadia samajh me nahi aata ha kya, aaj book hui ha.” Than put the phone.

In the Jodhpur Bharat Gas is available any time in full quantity @ Rs. 500.00 per calendar.

Pl look in to this very seriously.

It is so pathetic that the Bharath Gas which claims delivery within 24 hours of booking is unable to keep its said words. And stiil it claims the above said comment in its WEB SITE in addition to a caption 'CONSUMER FIRST' . Even if the company is not able to treat its customers first, we ask them not to remain us at the last row. I am coming to the subject. My consumer number is 18971 holding with Sreelekshmi Gas Agency of Chempazhanthy, Sreekaryam Trivandrum, Kerala. Its being more than 10 days that I had booked for a refill cylinder. I only have a single cylinder that make my situation worst. Now my Gas stove lay idle in my kitchen. I have a 6 months old baby and I am unable to boil water or to prepare any other baby foods . My husband is buying food from hotel since the last 10 days . We now spend a part of income on bottled water for our baby. I even called up to the agency and begged to them and revealed them about my situation. But they totally neglected and suggested me to get an additional cylinder by paying Rs.2, 400.00. Moreover these numbers are always engaged as to not receive calls. I am quite sure that this situation has been knowingly created by the employees. I conclude by giving two suggestions to Bharath Gas . First one to remove its CONSUMER FIRST page from its web sites and other medias, as this is quite irritating (we Indians usually get much irritated to fake self boasting captions like this). Secondly to remove the phone numbers from the pages of booking card (why to waste paper on unuseful things. Saving paper is important to conserve forest. Don't you watch it in 'Idea' ad?).
