Bharat Gas — poor service and collecting more money
collecting more money. that is per cylinder they are collecting 350 instead of 325 in doddaballapur-561203 in manjunatha gas agency, Sherawat Gas Agency in Sangam Vihar New Delhi-110062.
which has two gas booking number ([protected] and [protected] ).
They never pick the phone for inquiry or for gas booking.
They always keeps phone on busy mode .
Or sometimes the number keeps ringing or becomes bad intermittently.
They don't know what costumer service means.
The local authority should check this and make a full stop for the costumer woes.

HERE I HAD BOOKED my CYLINDER telephonically FOR HOME-DELIVERY
ON 21/11/2009 AT SRNO .9654 M/s Surya Gas Agency. Bharat Gas, Najafgarh.
THE DELIVERY HAS NOT TAKEN PLACE DESPITE OUR DAILY
REMINDERS TILL TODAY i.e. 25/11/2009.Same has happened earlier at the time of diwali when gas received after 11 days.

This is to inform you that I booked gas on 19th November 2009 and inspite of my regirous follow up, the agency failed to deliver the Gas Cylinder till today (25.11.09). Whenever we call the agency they just promise the delivery but without any result. They even do not have the courtesy to hear our grievance and cannot confirm the time limit.
May I request the concerned to look into the matter and advise the Agency accordingly.

I am Udayakumar. My customer No.29368, Rajini Gas Agency, Ambattur. I register gas connection for 1 cylinder and getting it for the cost properly for the past two and half years. Now I am in need of additional one more cylinder connection along with the previous one. I am registering one cylinder one's in two months. To get the next the refile gas cylinder it takes 15 days from this agency from the date registration. (complain -1).
To get the additional cylinder for the above reason we enquired the gas agency. They demand Rs.3000/- for the additional gas cylinder. when we enquired in the out side and other gas agency we came to know that pay only Rs.800/- for the addition gas cylinder along with the existing one. (complain-2)
Hence, kindly consider the complains and give proper reply at an earliest date.

Hello my father has paid some money to local gas delear in mandya, we stayed nearby mandya, he took the money and gave a gas connection without document,he has not given any douments for payments recevied also. now that fellow is not all giving documents can you help us to get a documents of the same. i am doing a job in bharatcitizen news paper as a reporter. i am not satisfiy your service

Bharat Gas — LPG cylinder delivery not done
I had registered my new connection on 16/11/2009 at Bangalore and I have clearly mentioned to deliver cylinder on 23/11/2009 since nobody was available at my home during 17 to 23 Nov 2009. But withing two days I got a call that a person had come to deliver the cylinder. I told him that I am outside and I had already informed distributor to deliver cylinder on 23 Nov, 2009, yet he did not do that. then last five days I have been calling Bharat gas distributor, eveytime he answers that you will receive the cylinder today. but still I have not received that cylinder. The service of Bharat gas is not at all good My LPG connecation No.is 6905 Your Mathura Delar M/S Deep Gas Service is not supplied the Gas in time, I try to Booked my Gas since 17 Non 2009 but the above are not booked my gas, so I had give the two SMS on 19 Nov 2009 at Mob. No: [protected] and [protected] For booking my Gas but the Deep Gas Service are not provide me the gas, After that I had also send three SMS to Mr.Deepak Goel the owner of Deep Gas Service on 24, 25 and 26 Nov 2009 but those are not given the Gas. In this regard I also write a letter to Area Manejar Bharat Gas, Sanjaya Palace Agra (UP) and D M Mathura on 23March 2009 but there are no any action till now. I hope you will take the hard action as soon as Posible .

KENNEDY GAS AGENCY — Due date is over but not issue cylinder

the bharat gas service is bloody hell ...and there working staff is worst i am living in tingrenagar sine 5yrs no change same late dielevery they are bloody bullshet .and bharat gas is the worst service in the world ...bloody bull shet take some action
Respected sir, i booked the cylinder on date 14/11/09 for refilling. My consumer no. is 9654. Dealer agency name is (SURYA GAS AGENCY, Shop no. 9, NAJAFGARH.) Till now i have not received refill cylinder. I have been ringing in the office from last 9 days but no adequate reply was given to me. When i said that i will go in consumer court then they said go where ever they don't bother. Such type of incident happened earlier at the time of diwali. Sir i have only one cylinder and when i asked for second cylinder then they said that issuing second cylinder on same connection is banned by company till further order. I have also lodged a complaint on your website 4 days earlier. Sir, please look into the matter and do needful for me.

Bharat Gas — delay in the delivery more then 15 days
dear sirI book my refill cylinder at 18/11/09 with the booking no 815 to Neelam Enterprise Shop NO. E-389 Sanjay colony Faridabad.But they don't send the refill yet upto its a serious problem and this company do these thing regularly .
PLS make some rule over it and solve the consumer problem.
