[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

Sub.: delay in delivery of lpg cylinder & poor service of dealer
Sir,
I have got my gas refill booked on[protected], but i haven't got it till now. My refill no 20901,n book no-5591785 our dealer doesn't deliver refill on time. He gets late every time n behave rudely. I have asked him many times delay for late delivery , he always say "its delay by company.
Kindly grant to send my refill in 1 or 2 days
I have only one refill to booking ,it books after 22 day n receive after 15 days , i cant manage it

Dear Sir / Madam,

I booked a cyliender vide my K.P.No. 6323 A, ON DTD 12.02.09 on phone No.[protected] . After confirmation of booking the booking officer of distributer M/S Ashok Gas Services has told that the cyliender will be delivered in 5 days ie on dt 16 or 17 of Feb.'09 but today is 26.02.09 neither cyliender is delivered nor any positive reply given by the distributer's officials.After making a certain phone call approx. 35 call in 7 days the cyliender has not delivered.
Now pls confirm me what to do now in currentposotion, I will never take the delivery from distributer's office. This is the lack in services.
Kindly suggest either I have to cancelled the registration and take other options or I have to file a case in consumer court against the distributer for lack of services.

i have applied for a gas connection from Bhart Gas Chandan nagar center near Surya nagar thana,

I have nearly 100 Calls get conected 25 times and each time they replied " we are sending our ececutive with in two days" every time .

Even i have talked to the centre head "[protected]" thrice, but got the same replied from him .


These type of incidence will ruined the image of the company and the public's faith from the system .

Please take necessary action.

bharatgas — Non delivery of cylinder even after 40 days of booking

I am a BHARATGAS customer for lpg (Consumer no.9702)
I had booked for a refill online on 20th January 2009 (Ref.No305042)
The refill has been not delivered till date
I cannot contact the agency since all their telephone nos are engaged permanently.
When I contact the agency personally they are giving lame excuses and assuring immediate delivery, but nothing ever has happened so far.
When I contacted customer care they gave me another phone No, Which is not getting any answer.
Since I am sure there is some type of foul play going on, I request to inquire in to the matter and take necessary steps to enable prompt delivery of refills

Consumer no. 17866 is registerd in the name of santosh sharma with dammo enterprises situated in Jhilmil Shd. Delhi under bharat gas. I have booked gas on 14.2.08 but the cylender is not supplied after several requests. My requirement of cylender is only in four months

As I have booked my cylinder for home delivery refilling for gas on 26th Feb. 2009, more than 20 days no gas has been supplied to me. The gas was booked 20 days back & inspite of repeated demands
I request you humbly that kindly look into the matter and pass necessary order to Agency.
It is worthless to complain as the Bharat gas Authorities are very much collide with these Agents

In february it had come to my address at 15th day...
Also this is Again happanning in March that It is not come upto 15th day after booking.

Bharat Gas — black marketing of domestic cylenders

dear sir - i want to attract you about working methoed o[censored]SHA GASS AGENCEY MAHMUDABAD DISST. SITAPUR (UTTAR PRADESH) INDIA . i book my cylender on date[protected]book no 3408). the maneger told me to give dilvery on 09-03 09. but when i go to agency he says that gass is not available if you want at once delvery you must pay 600 rupees per cylender.
sir i am a poor farmer and can not pay this amount on every month per gass cylender.
sir i have no polytical link so plz help me . sir this is an one example if you take action i hope that you get so more .

Sir, my consumer No. RG16523 and Agency is M/s Rajeev Gas service, Mansarovar, Jaipur. In this regard I am to inform you that since last one and half year I am contiosly tring for DBC connection and requested to register/book for DBC, but agency not registering my request and replying that come to next mont, I have complaint to Mr Kamlesh, Incharge of Rajeev Gas service. But, they also replying the same till today my request for DBC is not registered by them and they are not issuing DBC to undersigned. Bharat Gas — delay in refilling gas cylinder

I am having a gas connection no. 10536 at Chandra gas agency, 27- B.D.A. Complex Bareilly Ph No.[protected] . I have booked a refill more than a month ago but even after eight reminders 7 requests. Kindly advise them to deliver the refill Immediately.

Bharat Gas — The BPCL Agencies wrong Prices

Dear Sir,
Bharat Gas Mahalakshi agency Indira Nagar bangalore is forcing customers to take their package deals rather than normal deals. We have been talking to agency for Extra gas Cylinder for last 4 weeks and they are not responding properly and every time forcing us to take the package deal only.
We have already complained online for the same on Bharat Gas web site no response. We have also went to Regional office but their as well we have been told that they will talk on the same but even that did not work out. I hope in this forum I can raise 2 request on behalf of the customer

1. They Should list the Price list for Every Item they sell.
2. They should have Circulat for coreesponding company Bharat Gas or any one to have that onlie so that we always see Agency is not cheating the customers.
3. It should be mandatory for them to list the contact numbers always.

If needed I can provide my details. I already have written complain copy with me as well.

Dear Sir,
This is in regards to complain about the gas supply very much irregular and also inspite of goin there 2 to 3 times for complaining we need to go every time to fight to the dutta gas agency in sayani road.They donot reply properly. Even after booking in time they are unable to send the gas within 22 days also.this is a request to you to take a serious action towards the staff over there. And also you can check our records with them to confirm, our customer number is 99003702.
