[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

Sub.: delay in delivery of lpg cylinder & poor service of dealer
Sir,
I have got my gas refill booked on[protected], but i haven't got it till now. My refill no 20901,n book no-5591785 our dealer doesn't deliver refill on time. He gets late every time n behave rudely. I have asked him many times delay for late delivery , he always say "its delay by company.
Kindly grant to send my refill in 1 or 2 days
I have only one refill to booking ,it books after 22 day n receive after 15 days , i cant manage it

My consumer No.is 014418. I have booked a cylinder for home delibery on 12.1.2009 with Abhinav Gas Agency, Bilaspur(Bharat Gas). Till to-day dated: 07.02.2009 I have not received the gas even after passing 26 days. While enquiring the position they just saying that the same is sending and sometimes they tells that they have sent the cyclender for delivery. I think there is no proper system for distributing the cylinder and send it as per their wish and it becomes very difficult to get a cyclinder. Even they are not taling properly with their customers.

I, therefore, request you to kindly take up the matter with the Agency and advise them properly.

Bharat Gas — Supplying 1 Cylinder in a month

DEAR SIR,

THE BHARAT GAS CLAIMS TO DELIVER THE GAS-CYLINDER TO ITS CONSUMER WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING.

THEY TOLD US THAT WE SUPPLY 1 CYLINDER IN A MONTH FOR NON AVAILIBILITY, WHEREAS WE REGISTER FOR 2 CYLINDER IN A MONTH. BUT IF PROVIDE EXTRA MONEY THEN I CAN GET UNLIMITED CYLINDER. THAT MEANS THEY SUPPLY TO BLACK MARKET.

PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND TAKE AN ACTION IMMEDIATE BASIS.

Bharat Gas — Delay in gas delivery after booking and high handed behaviour

I booked a gas cylinder with Bharath Gas agency Sree Sapthamatrika Gas, Vivekanandanagar circle, Mysore(Distributor code 611737) on 24/1/09. When contacted as the gas was not delivered even after a week of booking, they say come and collect the gas/there is lot of backlog from your area, we are yet to supply gas to people who have booked more than a month ago, etc.They keep postponing the delivery date and insist that they have home delivery service. Please look into the complaint and make the agency give a better service.

Bharat Gas — cylinder not deliver for 30 days

We are booked for cylinder on date[protected] but cylinder not deliver the agency does not take responsablity and proper answer, the problem is continue past one year.my consumer number:10045, GOBICHETTIPALAYAM, TAMIL NADU.

Bharat Gas — gas cylinder is not delivered ...it is booked 25 days back

I have booked a gas cylinder at Raksha Gas Agency, Electronics City on 16th Jan 2009 and till now it’s not delivered.

Worst part is whenever i call at Raksha Gas Agency and ask about the updates person sitting there say it’s with our delivery boy (Shakti and give his ph no.) and when i call up that guy (shakti) he says, "'tomorrow' as i m not in the city". And this whole drama is going on for last 6-7 days. I don’t understand the actual story behind what they do and why a gas agency license is given to such an irresponsible people, which simply does not take care of a consumer.

Can anyone is there who could help a consumer like us.

If you try for three days you will really understand how many consumer like me facing problem to book.
Speak or make some query to them...
Delay in supply of LPG cylinder even after 13 Days (booked on 27.1.09)
Till today I have not received the LPG cylinder which has been booked on 27.1.09 to our Distributor Pushpam Gas Agenicies at Bibwewadi, Pune - 37. Consumer No.96221. We are trying to contact them through phone, but they did not replay me honestly.

Domestic Gas Cylinder From Bharat Gas Delivered Through Virat Enterprise — Found only 5 kg gas instead of 14.2 Kg gas in cylinder

I have received a gas cylinder Bill No.-6056, dated[protected] from virat enterprise, Pusta road bhajanpura, delhi.
After deleviery of gas when I weight the cylinder I found 5 KG gas available in it.Even seal of cylinder is not broken.I complaint about it to the Virat gas agency, but they replied that they can not help in this matter and told me to complain higher authority.

Please do needfull in this matter so that I get my gas cylinder replaced with fully filled gas cylinder.
in bangalore booking on phone is not taken befor 30 days. so kindly help out it is really difficult.

Banu Gas Agency Bharat LPG gas distributer — very very late delivery of LPG gas distribution

i herby residenting in Maduravoyal karthikeyan nagar i have been booked a LPG gas on 2.02.2009 and hence i have not recieved the gas to my home if i asked them details they told that after 21days only booking can be accepted i agreed that and last booking date was 02.01.2009 its almost 30days after my first booking still i did not recieve gas after booking it takes more than 15days it happens from last one year in BANU GAS AGENCY maduravoyal i have been complain to bpcl in anna nagar branch they have not taken necessary action so far we are having two cylinders but if we have two cylinders only one will be provided for two cylinders for other branch dealers are distributing two cylinders kindly take necessary action regarding this

Every Time Store Incharge Said This Thing Exp. Vehical Breakdown, Vehical Not come in time Etc. atleast any customers who were complaining of the same issue (no Cylender Rec. In Booking Date) I Sugest That . This type Problem tha Vehical breakdown, vehicale late for time. pls massage in custmer mobile.( this day cylender is not dristribute pls adust with company) Every Customer had a mobile. Someone needs to notify their management of this agency and help resolve this issue. I might run out of cooking gas any moment now and we have no other alternative.
i am consumer of Parul gas agency in delhi add :- sant nagar burari-110084.. my conumber no is 12750.
i booked cylinder last week but i have not recieve my bottle. if i ask to local supplier. they told to me that they do not know about this matter and they also give thread that if i will compalint his mangar he will not supply my cyliner in future. they are use bad language. please solve my problem as soon as possible. and take necessary action..

our consumer no. is 13747 (gurcharan singh) with bharat gas, delhi gas agency in uttam nagar.new delhi...we r very tense bz agency will not book my cylender before 21 days..& after booking minimum 7 days, , we got the delivery of cylender... the problem is that, , our cylender will not work more than 18 to 20 days.. what do v do? i want to know...problem is where? why is my cylender empty always in 18 days, when that we are only 3 family member..is their problem with supply men, distributer, or godown?

we r the customer of Bharat gas ltd.

The one of the distributor named Ghotane Agency, kolhapur (Maharashtra) has not given back our gas card from past 9 months. We r facing problems related to the gas cylinder. Please healp us.
