[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

Sub.: delay in delivery of lpg cylinder & poor service of dealer
Sir,
I have got my gas refill booked on[protected], but i haven't got it till now. My refill no 20901,n book no-5591785 our dealer doesn't deliver refill on time. He gets late every time n behave rudely. I have asked him many times delay for late delivery , he always say "its delay by company.
Kindly grant to send my refill in 1 or 2 days
I have only one refill to booking ,it books after 22 day n receive after 15 days , i cant manage it

Bharat Gas — Non Issuance of additional Cylinder & delivery problem

I am holder of Bharat Cylinder from May'2004, My Consumer No 23506 and Gas Agency Name "Bharat Gas Distributor- COCA at valasarwakkam, chennai -600 087. We have not got additional Cylinder till now. there is always delivery problem for Booked gas( No Stock or Load has to come). On 21.04.2009 I booked for Gas Cylinder and they inform one Week for Delivery.
Duaba Gas Agency, jain degree college road, Saharanpur, U.P.
i wanted to file a complaint regarding these people. i have unnecesserily asked to get a new booking copy made by this gas agency people. everyyear they say that their is something or other is incomplete such as " get original gas papers to show", " id- proof", "photographs". therefore, this booking copy has been made by these people themselves every year. and on top of it they charge Rs 25 everytime. these poeple have all the odasity to misbehaive the their customer.
And, when my son went to book the gas, they tore my booking copy and told my son that they wont issue any gas on this old booking copy. they asked him to get all the relevant papers with photographs than talk to them.
after all this, my son went again with all the original papers and photographs. than after seeing the paper they misbehaived with my son by saying all the nonsense. they had used faul language with him. and not even made the copy. and asked to send the person on who's name the copy has to be made. they say they will do the verification of that person and than they will make the copy.
after all this scene, i complained the manager " Mr. K. K Sharma". the matter has been taken their very lightly. their was no concern for the misbehaivour of their staff. everyone is very reluctant their in their behaivour.
i wanted to know tht what is the need of making the copy again and again everyyear. and when once the copy has been made after checking all the documents than whats the need to do that again. if its not harasment than what is it? please answer it.
And its a request to the higher authorities to keep a check on the behaiviour of their staff.

I am also facing big problem from the Bhart Gas Dealer in Dharavi. first they do not give the booking details and give vague answers when called for booking the gas after 21 days. Want to complain to higher authorities but do not know how to go about it.

Muthu Gas Agency — Cylinder Expiry Date

The Cylinder supplied to my house has a expiry date of C-07, which has expired almost 2 yrs ago.

Such cylinders can cause safety problems & i request that all such expired cylinder should be removed from no matter who supplies it.
I also have a bad experience with Bharat gas which claims delivery of cylinder within 24 hours though I am the customer of Bharat Gas for the past 15 years at
Anugraha Agencies, #22 5th main, LIG 1 st stage, KHB Colony, Basaveswaranagar, Bangalore-560 079. Their phone nos[protected], 23580878 / 68 / 78 / 98 / 901.
My cons no. is 22398. I had booked a refill cylinder during last week of April and they told me that I will get it in 2 days but its more than 15 days now...and I called again yesterday (2nd reminder)..they told that it will take 2 days..
Similar incident has happened many times.I request the concerned authority to look into the matter and please instruct the agency so that a better service is ensured.

I am a customer of Dhruva Gas Agency (Bharat Gas) in Delhi (Vasundhara Encleve).My complains are mentioned below.
1. They don't pick any phone calls, any one can try[protected].
2. When I went there for new connection (last year) they force fully sold me Gas Stove also, even though I needed only gas connection. They will not give you connection unless you purchase, their gas stove, tube, regulator etc.
3. They always talk very rudely.
THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT I AM A CONSUMER OF YOUR GAS AGENCY SHIV SHAKTI GAS AGENCY, INDRA COLONY. MY GAS CONNECTION NO. IS 18635 IN THE NAME OF MR.SATYA PRAKASH VATS. I HAVE BOOKED A CYLINDER ON 23-MAY-2009 BUT TILL DATE THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED THE CYLINDER. WHENEVER I TALK TO THEM ON PHONE THEY SAID THAT TODAY YOUR DELIVERY WILL BE SEND BUT THEY DIDN’T YET DELIVERED THE SAME. THIS HAPPENS ON EVERY MONTH THEY NORMALLY TAKE 20-25 DAYS TO DELIVER THE CYLINDER. IT WOULD BE VERY DIFFICULT FOR US TO TRACK THEM ALL THE TIME. PHONE LINES OF THE AGENCY IS NORMALLY VERY BUSY.

Bharat Gas — worst business

1) I ask two cylinder connections, but they given one cylinder connection.
2) They are forced to us, buying additional one material (Like.. stove, mixe, iron box..) along with new connection.
3) We registered and paid full amount for new connection yesterday (04.06.09). They told us, full cylinder shall deliver tomarrow.but they are not delivered today (05.06.09).

Sir my consumer no is 1499, i booked on 21/05/2009, and i was was assured it would be delivered within 3 working days and till date i have not received the refill cylinder, every time i book i get the same reply it will be delivered in 3 working day but it will take atleast 25 to 30 days to deliver that too after several reminders, i am not at all satisfied with the service render by BHARAT GAS i thought it was the best but i concluded that it is the worst service.
In HYDERABAD uppla barathgas Company, We asked the second cylinder, Along with cylinder they purchased the one light they asked total amount 3070/- Rs. But Cylinder cast only 1300/-, any customet not puchased the light, they can not given the second cylinder. HYDERBAD UPPAL GAS COMPANY PHONE NUMBER :[protected], more custormers fased more problems about this issue. Please solve this problem.

I booked for gas on 19 may 2009, and the date today is 20 june 2009. they dont pick up calls on any customer care number. even if we go directly there is no proper response. they just treat us like and as if they were God. they dont even give proper response. for the past ten days they say the same thing they are sending it for the past ten days. these guys are good for only one thing " they eat and they take break perfectly" also before gas comes home they give the cylinder to some tea shops for rent and then delivering it to the house. these guys are true cheaters to us and to the government

Bharat Gas — No delivery of cylinder after 20 days of booking

Bharat Gas Distributor Mahalakshmi Enterprises in Indira Nagar, Bangalore is not responding properly. I booked the Gas cylinder on 03-06-09 and they told within 15 days they will deliver. But till today 23-06-09, no one turned up after so many reminders also. It is now 20 days after booking.
