i am a consumer of bharat gas-om gas agency-bulandshahr.my consumer no-17025.i booked my gas on 4/4/11.i have not get my gas up to till.regarding it,mi complain also to sales officer baharat gas -nirmal chakrwarty,vianay kumar,mr.vikram thakur.but i have not get ant resaolution.i know all of person are consecutive.wat i do.

I wish to bring to your kind notice that my full name is Vinay kumar singh, working with Aman Resorts . As I have received my credit cadr statement, it showing a due amount of INR 9790.06 and its due date is 23rd May 2011, but as per your bank and my information it was told to me that whatever transaction I will do on my card I will be getting 5o days for paying my transaction amount no matter which date it is. But today when I called your customer care I am informed that I have to pay complete amount before 23rd May 2011 because my billing date is May 3, 2011. So I will be getting only 20 days for this. Which I will not be able to do it, and for this your bank is responsible not me,

why I was not informed for this at the time of issuing me this card. I trusted your bank word using your card from last one year and now I m facing this problem. Hope I you will be able to help me out with this. Will be waiting for your positive reply.

Petrol — Cheating in Quantity

Hosur Fuels, Indian oil fuel station in Hosur provides Poor service and Fraud in terms of low quantity of fuel.

They have tampered the measurement system or meters or whatever, so we consumers always get less fuel that displayed. for 20 literes they give only 18.3 litrers fuel

Hello this is Sandeep Aggarwal I am resident of Delhi on 28 May 2011 at around
2 o, clock in the afternoon I went to BPCL petrol pump at MOOLCHAND
Prem Service station, the pump was almost empty only 2 cars and 1 motorcycle was there .they have only one filling line for two wheelers, and the person owed there was busy with motercycler so I ask them to fill from other machine, but they refused to fill and told me that this is reserved for cars, please tell me is there any hard and fast rule, and when I ask them to bring there complain book they started misbehaving me my mobile number is [protected]
Please tell me is there anybody who can take care of this thanks

Yester day ie[protected] at amman pertol bunk in Bharath Petrolium Bunk near Royapetta General Hospital Chennai at near 1910 hours I Have purchased pertol for my vehicle for rs 200/ after that i asked the peron to put AIR for my vehicle. There is no person is available for so many days iam always putting pertol in same bunk or some Bharat petrolium bunk. The manager came at that time I Have asked him sir there is no air filiing boy in the place need for air iam putting pertol in your bunk i cant go for other bunk for air. He spoken some unparlimentary word. I asked them to give complaint book. He told there is no complaint book. ok then i asked for receipt for Rs 200 which petrol put at there He refuse to give the receipt and made quarrel with us very shame iam not in a position bunk with all public very worest behaviour in the bunk. there is inspection need the bunk and try to lock the bunk even the female worker who is filing the petrol she never speak a good word sorry the bhart pertolium bunk came to the worest in now days if like this i will very sorry for you department

My credit card was used for more than 2 times and HSBC will not take the dispute, whom should i complain, no response from BP

I was cheated @ BP petrol pump in Medavakkam Pallinarani road in Chennai. Want to share this experience and to warn the public...

I took my i20 to the pump to fill petrol. I asked the guy over there to fill it for Rs 1000. While he was filling the tank, I gave my credit card to the other guy and asked him to swipe it for Rs 1000, but was keeping an eye on the meter. While the meter reading was showing as Rs 480 (or around that), the other guy (with the credit card) came back and asked for PIN. I was puzzled and asked him why he would need a PIN for the credit card. He showed me the display on the POS which was actually asking him to enter the last 4 digits of the card. He was asking me to enter it. After i entered the 4 digits and turned back, the meter reading was showing Rs 1000 !!! All these happenned in the matter of just few secs. It took few more secs for me to realize what was going on. When i questioned the guy that it can't be Rs 1000 that soon, he was just trying to convince me that he filled for Rs 1000/-. I know for sure that i was cheated around 200- 300 bugs very easily but unable to prove...

It's a very smart work by those 2 guys at the pump to have me distracted successfully and make me look like foolish. It's a lesson for me. Want to share this exp with others so that they can be cautious when they visit the pump. Better option is to avoid it.

Bharat Petroleum — booking of gas cylinders on phone not available as the given no. is most of the times off

the given phone no.[protected] by the gas agency M/S GAS GHAR,Gaya is most of the times off and we are unable to book the requition for new filled cylinder on phone or through sms.

This complaint is about Bharat Petroleum, Banipark, jaipur, Rajasthan

my name is Bhushan pareek every day i take petrol of 100 rs in my bike from bharat petroleum bani park jaipur but staff members working there has cheat with every one they never start there reading from o.o n when i ask him that u not fill from o.o -100 they jus tell no we fill properly n when i ask him for complain book, bill n head person in the petrol pump they said they both r coming in 2-3 days

so take some action cancel the license for such fraud dealers... It is better to travel to a far off petrol pump than get cheated.

im customer of bharat gass my customer id is 17509 since i get connection frm amer jwala gass servise i culd not recive gass home delivery with in time i hv made booking befour 15 day but til yet im unable to recive gass frm agency . meny time i call but either they not attend phone or they will not answer of resion of late . lost month i made complain to mr. YADVENDRA CHANDEL i donot know what post he hole in bhrat gass morketing servise. but i could not found any chang inthis month i booked my gass 15 days back but unable to recived gass

I purchased diesel for my on 16/11/2011 at ekayar bharat petroleum bunk at venkatnaranya road. Bill issued by the same dealer in that bill bill dated on 01/04/2004. When I asked the bunk people they told me it is auto machine problem, machine supplied by bharat petroleum company.
(2) In that bill date only changed, Why amount not changed ( old rate). I asked company sales officer
their reply is not satisfactory. (3). At my company peoples are cut my wages due to not giving proper
bill. what can i do? Can I go for consumer court?

This complaint is about Kartik auto center H3 Vikas puri New Delhi

There are generally two staff members, one who fills the tank and other who makes the bill. I kept checking the meter which was on 50, but the minute he was supposed to clear the meter and fill the tank, the other guy who makes the bill handed me the bill. By the time I turned back the meter was on 70. Today the same happens again when an old man refiled his scooter with 100 R. but salesman cheated him and fill only70 odd R and turn it zero.

Such cases have happened with a lot of other people, I got to know when I was telling everyone about my experience.

Govrnment should cancel the license for such dealers... It is better to travel to a far off petrol pump than get cheated.

I am a customer and i have filled a petrol of rs 1102/- bill no 41087 on 24/12/11 at gudur filling station but they have detected two times from my debit card i call to pump but they are not responding

This complaint is regarding your petrol pump in front of Magarpatta city, Hadapsar, Pune

Every time I ask them to fill the tank suppose for Rs 500, they do it for Rs 100 which actually they havn't filled but only set the reading. And then fill only 400

This has happens with lot of my frenz. I don't know they are deaf or they have been instructed to do so. This is really a shame on there part.

That's why we have stooped using that and telling others also

I Haneef Khan s/o Sh. Subhan Khan, Vill-Sapanki, Teh-Hathin Distt-Palwal Haryana gone to SANTHOS FUEL CENTER (belong to Bharat Petroleum) at HATHIN Distt-PALWAL (HR) to fillup the petrol in my car no. HR52B 4740 at 1900 hours on 23 May 2012. The owner of this pump refuse to fillup the petrole in my car by giving the reason petrol is not available in this pump.
2. Then I went to GOYAL FILLING PUMP (Indian Oil) at HATHIN Distt-PALWAL, I wait there one & half hour then they fillup the petrol only Rupees 150/- only. i.e two litre only when i talk to owner his son meet me and misbhieved with me. Actual reason was hike price of petrol from midnight today. Every time they are doing same for more profit.
You are requested to take stick action against the both petrol pump mention above.
