[Resolved]  Bharat Petroleum — Petrol Pump staff cheating on quantity of fuel

I was going to Delhi to ferozepur. I had purchased petrol from BRUJ MOHAR petro center, abhor Punjab.
I found that this pump mixed kerosene in petrol because of that my car has problem after cross 25 km and I spend 8500 rs for repairing car. The mechanic is also say that petrol pump owner cheat costumer. And abhor citizens are not fill petrol from that petrol pump
Please take strike action against the petrol pump

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is very serious matter because the petrol bunk mangement are cheating the public, for one liter petrol they are giving 900ml only, i found it through 1 liter water bottle, if i am asking them they simply replied there is variation between 1 liter water bottle and petrol pumps, they told me 1 liter pertrol will not fill the 1 liter water bottle.They are earings lacks of rupees by cheating public.

It is my third complaint. I could not get refilling my gas inspite of five visits in shiva gas co. Gandhinagar jammu. I am ready to pay as per rules. I am a senior citizen and retired as govt. Officer. Kindly direct your agency to issue the gas soon so that i may not have to sleep without meals. I could not understand how you issue dealership to such people who has no infrastructure of man power to cater our grievances and others. I have got every documents required by your company to produce. My consumer no. Is 126. Swaran gupta.

Two times i was filling the petrol for my Two Wheeler
While Filling they are tring to divert our attention to other side. From that Meter as they are keeping the same Meter Reading of the Previous Filled reading they start from that Reading.they are having some seperate machine setting for cheating the people.

1.First they are looking for person come in single,
2.Second they are diverting the croud,
3.Third If it is in other state registration its bonus for them.
4.Fourth he is welcome us like(Namasthey)
4.One person fill the full and another one collect the money opposite sides,
5.finally we lost the money.

This complaint is about aforesaid petrol pump. I have cheated by staff on 17.11.2013 evening while filling the petrol for my Two Wheeler. I asked petrol for Rs.200/-. They showed me zero on the meter and told me to check the same. While filling the tank the meter was running smoothly up to Rs.94/- after that to my surprise the meter suddenly jumped directly to Rs.200/-. When I draw their attention on this point, they made excuses that this may be due to fast speed of meter. I have also collected the receipt No.16096 dt.17.11.13 for the same.

In view of above I request you to take necessary action by checking all the machines of said Petrol Pump so that other customers would not be cheated in future.

This is Manikyala Rao form Hyderabad, to day I went to Petrol pump near vishwanath thetre (Near JNTUC) I have to given 80 RS for 1 lts petrol for My bike milage checking. But I got less petrol, this 1 lts petrol I got mailage only 10 kilometers .

From last 5-6 times I have noticed in a bharat petrol pump near wardh road khapri when i told him fill petrol for Rs. 500 they fill 100+400. But problem is after 100 they do not reset the meter. mean they fill petrol for 100 and then for amount of 300 total 400. its happened 5-6 times. When i tried to conform they told me it may be problem in machine and either they fill petrol for Rs.100 again or they just refund it. I want to know the solution for such type of problems in petrol pump. please suggest. Mob no. [protected]

Staff at Bharath Petroleum near JNTU Hyderabad are cheating on quantity of fuel. Its not cheating. Its Fraud. If they do it for one person it is cheating. if they do for all its a big fraud. Some one has to take action against it.

My complaint is against BP pump at race course New Delhi. Yesterday I asked them to fill 19000/- of petrol and the meter showed 29.9 ltrs. However, my car needle did not show full amount of fuel. This complaint was made in Mumbai also and the pump in Mumbai was sealed. All pse be aware of this petrol pump and do not fill fuel from this pump
