Hello,
I am airtel customer. As my usage exceeds my credit limit. My outgoing services will be temporarily withdrawn. But when I try to do the immediate online payments I am not able to logged in. If I reset the password I got the screen like "The page cannot be found" . So please tell me what should I do ?????????
How can I pay airtel mobile no. [protected] bill on line by ICICI Credit card.

    I have applied for pre paid connection to post paid conversion 3 months back. An irresponsible person called Dananjay, his contact number-[protected] has came to my office and collected money (450 rupees) from me. He has not remitted any receipt for that even i have made several request.
    Later he has given me one more phone number ([protected]) for a person called Maruthi (A useless and lier in this world). Whenever i called, he use to bluff me a lot that your address verification has to be completed and today night the connection will be activated. But all in ruin...

    Even after 3 months they have not activated my connections and i lost more than 200 rupees by simply calling them.

    I feel that i should get justice and these irresponsible persons must be punished by the airtel top level management.

      My name is deepak bedi my mobile no is [protected]

      Airtel company is charging Rs. 20 anytime of internet usage which i am not using at all. Despite of my all complaints and their assurance of refund of the amount incorrectly charged by them, inspite of refunding they are still charging Rs. 20 any day for internet usage. And they are also charging for Hello Tunes which i have not asked to Install but still they charge for them. Approx. they have charged Rs. 500 from me for all this Please do the needful so that Airtel will stop charging this amount and the refund of the amount which they have charged incorrectly.

      i am Rupak and my number is [protected]. i have activated mobile office for dialy usage @10/day.
      when i connect my phone to pc the service msg displays everytime & deducted @7.20/time.
      i chit-chatted with customer care representative. but they doesnt take it seriously, moreover they cant forward call to their supervisor for that complaint.

      So, please help me and suggest me what can i do for that...

          Hi! my name is pradeep using airtel mobile connection no. [protected]
          i received and sms from airtel asking me if i would like to start the GPRS internet connection service, for which i declined, but they started this service by themselves and i found that my account is deducting some money as and when my emails are downloading, ( even without making and settings).
          i went to my nearest airtel customer care centre, where i was asked to call 999 to discuss about this, i was kept on hold for over 5 minutes ( how irresponsible). then i went to one of the airtel staff with my complain and she told me that in my account its showing ( internet connection service deactivated) but still they are deducting the money from my prepaid account. she was helpless about it and told me that it will take 48 hours to get any reply from them.
          2 hours later i get a sms from airtel, saying ' thanks for contacting airtel, we would appreciate you last feedback, if you satisfied with the last feedbakc sms ' YES' else 'NO' to toll free no. 876, which i did as 'NO' and they charged Rs. 1.50/- for this sms.
          is this some kind of joke they play with customers, such a big company with such a poor systems and ripping off the customers.
          how disgusting. shame of airtel.

          Airtel — worst connectivity, network and customer care feedback

          my airtel mumbai number is [protected]. From the last march i'm regularly facing problems like network problems, connectivity problems, internet connection disconnected in ever 2 minutes again n again, call droping problem, n specially experienced the worst airtel customer care support.
          From march i'm regularly complain for all above but no problem have been solved .
          I can't complain any thing from my [protected] number because from march whether its 121 or 198 ,my call drops before i connected to customer care executives. I am also complained for this issue several times but as usual no response. I have to log my complaints from my other airtel numbers.
          The customer care center n executives are the wrist i have ever seen, they even don't write the complaints from us and disconnect call whenn we ask them why u r not solving the problems.
          I thing airtel should change his objective from highest to lowest standard of conduct and professionalism

            Dear Sirs It is really pathetic to understand that the system management in Airtel is far below satisfactory .Last night my incoming was barred just because of Rs.mere 300 deficit and it is old connection and just see the kind of revenues i have given you in these recession times . Also i had a word with abhishek yesterdat at 11.00 pm vide interaction ID[protected] and he confirmed me that my both outgoing & incoming would be activated in maximum 4 hours which never happened .Now when i called today in morning at 9.00 am vide interaction id[protected], the senior executive told me that there is no problem from their end and the mobile no. is working fine whereas from last nite till date my no. is still not working . I am having another 10 connections under the name Shubham Impex - [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] etc.and when i told them that i want to close all these accounts out of frustration, she went on very fine saying this that i may go ahead and close them all.PATHETIC, If this kind of trait i have to hear from such a big organisation, i dont think that i have to contiune relation with you people .IF YOU GUYS ARE NOT WORRIED ABOUT THE BUSINESS WHY THE HELL I SHOULD KEEP KNOCKING WITH NO RESULT WHEN THERE ARE OTHER MOBILE OPERATORS .I am suffering my business because of this barring and would like to demand compensation for the same .Your utmost action is highly oblidged else i would have to knock the doors of Redressal forums tksrohit malhotra

              AirTel — NO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE

              My phone was stolen in which i was having AIRTEL postpaid connection Ph No. [protected]. I was trying to block my sim card by calling the NO. [protected], 123 and other phone No. which i found on Airtel site but all No. are going on COMPUTERISED MESSAGE particularly for marketing of the product. I was unable to talk to customer care executive and so i was unable to block my sim card.
              I want to talk to prepaid customer care executive
              but all options go to computerize msg
              which options to choose after dialing 123 and selectiong 1 for English

              my name is kanav mahajan. i had applied for a new airtel broadband connection on 20-01-09 against a payment of Rs.949.00 by cheque.they assured me that the connection will be madde in a weeks time. but even after a couple of weeks it didnt happen and they not even told me about that. when i called them they told me that it is not possible as there is no service cable in that area.and they assured me that your money will be refunded within 25days. its almost 3 months and i havent received my payment.whenever i call them they keep on saying that the payment will reach me within a couple of days.i have called them a number of times but no response from their side.
              really the service provided by them is below par.

              Airtel — Negligence of Customer care executives

              I had network issues with my Airtel post-paid no is [protected],i was using this connection since 3 years..i thought to cancel it and go for other connection.I have raised the compliant regarding the same.The customer exec told me that i will receive a confirmation call regarding the cancellation after few days.i got a call from one of the manager he told me that they are working on the network issue and it will be resolved in few more days.he requested me to retain the connection,i have asked some time for that.After two days i got another call from head office i spoke to the exec and told him that i wil retain the connection.and i have asked for the number change and told me the process.i asked him for the available numbers,he told that he wil get back to me in another 1 hour.After that i dint get any call from the airtel..I dint get my new number as well my old number was dissconneceted without the confirmation..i checked with the airtel customer care they are very rude and they are telling that the execs who spoke to me has not update my account wit proper details..n these ppl are tellin tht i am responsible for the same.What can i do if the exec has not updated my account wit proper comments??i also sent a mail to the nodal officer of the airtel,i dint get any response from them as well.This is really pathetic..I dont know how to escalate this issue..

              Airtel — Negligence of Executives

              Hi,
              This complaint is against a executive of Airtel Named Kiran Kumar([protected]). I applied for Airtel Post paid connection last week, I called him up and told to collect the document. When ever I call,he used to say rite now I'm Busy I will be there in 1/2 - 1 hr. He repeated the same for nearly 2 weeks and dint come to collect the documents. Today morning he came and collected the document still the sim is not activated. Is this the way Airtel treat the customer? Is this the way Airtel trained their Employees? or is that because Airtel operates in 20 countries across South Asia, Africa and the Channel Islands, It has 243.336 million customers across 20 countries so it is fine if they loose 1 or 2 customers? If this is the case then one day you will surely loose all the customer. World is competitive. There are many other service providers who really do good and value their customers. This is the worst experience I had with Airtel.

                this is Abhijeet Suresh Chogale Son of Suresh Kashinath Chogale. My father has 3 Airtel Prepaid cards on his name. One of them is having problem which i am using. Problem Details are

                1> Can't see balance by dailing *123# response is YOU ARE NOT A PREPAID SUBSCRIBER.
                2> When I dial 123 response is YOUR NUMBER IS NOT REGISTERED.
                3> Can't Recharge at all. Due to which my outgoing is stopped from NOW 4 days.
                4> This problem has been encountered by me twice after I have switched from Postpaid to Prepaid in Octomber. From Octomber till February all was working fine.
                5> I have complained on[protected] but they do not registered my complaint on that day.
                So i have complained again on[protected]. The reference no. is [protected].
                6> I have updated my complaint today. Reference no. is [protected].

I DONT UNDERSTAND IF IT IS AVAILABLE IN ANOTHER OFFICE WHY THEY CAN BRING IN THEIR OFFICE. BECAUSE I HAVE LOST MANY MONEY BY GOING TO AIRTEL OFFICE 5 TIMES UNTIL NOW & THEY STILL ASKING ME TO GO AT ANOTHER OFFICE & PAY FOR SIM INSTEAD OF CO.OPERATING WITH ME.

                I also HAVE VISITED TO HEAD OFFICE OF AIRTEL IN NASHIK (Contact No. 2583142) & GIVEN MY COMPLAINT TODAY. ONE MORE THING I ASKED THEM TO GIVE ME J.J.MARKETING (AIRTEL OFFICE) CONTACT NO. BUT THEY SAID TO MEET THEM FACE TO FACE. THIS IS HOW YOUR employees co.operate with us.

                Even after 4 days they are unable to solve my even single problem this proves that they are giving any attention to customers.NOT EVEN HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO REPLY MY MAIL.

                TODAY I HAVE REACHED MY LIMIT & I AM GOING TO WAIT FOR their REPLY ON MY MOBILE & ON EMAIL BOTH. I WANT REPLY ON BOTH.

                TOMMARROW IS THE LAST DAY IF NOT ONE PROBLEM IS SOLVED I DONT HAVE CHOICE THAN TO DEACTIVATE MY AIRTEL PREPAID ACCOUNT.

                No one in Nashik or Customer Care Executives are Helping me.

                  Hi,

                  My bill plan is changes without my knowledge, and no information was given to me about the plan. Due to this change in bill plan my bill increased to almost 4 times.

                  I raised a complaint with airtel in which I mentioned I will not be paying my bill until my bill is recalculated.
                  I was regularly following up with them. The issue is not solved yet.

                  I today they have in activated my sim. I am not able to get any Incoming and outgoing calls.

                  Please let me know the procedures to log a complaint against Airtel.

                  Airtel — change of plan without the knowledge

                  the 499 plan with unlimited services have been changed to 899 plan without my knowledge & this complaint has sent already & there is no response from your side.If this plan is not changed I do want your services & please disconnect.So that I can change my broadband services.

                      I am customer of AIRTEL prepaid mobile service..

                      I want to drag your attention on the issue of charges of the MOBILE OFFICE (GPRS) service provided by AIRTEL.

                      This service is provided on the daily rental basis.

                      When it was started AIRTEL charges Rs.5/- Per day; And increasing simultaneously Now they have reached to the highest of Rs.25/-per day in past one and half year..

                      One more thing to be noticed is that AIRTEL providing EDGE service (Faster than normal) in some selected cities at the same cost..

                      Atleast they have to give some concession to the NON-EDGE users..

                      And the Quality of The GPRS service is too poor..

                      Can anyone like TRAI can regulate the prices of these kind of VALUE ADDED SERVICES??

                      If yes, Then please do something for the welfare of consumers..

                      Airtel Prepaid Connection — Mobile office GPRS connection

                      Dear Sir,
                      I have requested for "Mobile Office GPRS" connection in my Air Tel Prepaid ocnnection on 08/02/2008 evening. They had assured that they will get my GPRS connection active immidiately and they will charge for that Rs. 249/- rental (pre month).

                      But till Today I didn't det any activation information and also the GPRS setting for my Mobile phone, althow they had Deducted Rs. 249/- as rental for "Mobile office GPRS" from my balance. I had SMS as "MO" to 2567 several tiems.

                      I have talk to several times to the Air Tel customer Care Exicutive person, I have sent SMS to 121 (They told me to SMS to 121 and they will take care of my problems within 24 hours) bu after 48 hours and more I didnot get any SMS,Call or any positive response from their end.

                      Air tel customer care exicutive always taking time as 24 hours, 36 hours,72 hours and harrasings me.

                      I am feeling hopeless please do something.

                      here by i would like to say that airtel is no. one cheater company, its take 15rs/day on MO service but instead of that giving nothing like speed is around 2-4 kbps

                      Airtel Mobile Office — Worked for less than said duration (30 days) since activation

                      I bought Airtel Mobile Office card for 395 Rs on 8th July, 2008. Due to technical problems at Airtel GPRS, I had submitted 2 -3 complaints to their customer care. Finally I received an SMS from their end on 14th July, 2008 that the problem is rectified and I should be able to use the mobile office.

                      Ideally I expect their system to recognize the inconvenience caused by this delay and allow me to use the service for said duration of 30 days, which is till 14th August, 2008.

                      However, I received an SMS from Airtel on 6th August, 2008 that my Mobile Office connection validity would end on 8th August, 2008. When I called the customer care on 7th August, 2008, they simply refused to act on my request and declared that my connection would end on 8th August, 2008. No logical assessment of the problem is made by them and the customer service executive ended the call by mentioning that if you wish to continue to use this service then you need to buy another top up of 395Rs for 30days.

                      Should customer's genuine problem be neglected this way? What can be done to take corrective action in this regard?

                      i had activated my GPRS near about 15 days back but even know i am unable to asses net through mobile office over my laptop and most important thing is that when i try to contact about that with air tel service support about that then every time i got the same answer and that is "your mobile office services are not activated" and when i told them that my mobile office services are already activated, and i also asked from them about my complain no then my helpline services were barded and know my complain no is 20442122, if even know i am unable to get the proper answer then i will not wait any more .                       I am facing issue with the GPRS Sevice for Airtel and i have the below complaints,
                      I have tagged 4 comaplaints all got resolved without any resolution.

                      I have called many time and was given assurance that it will be resolved. Infact i had spoken with the Team Leader twice and they assured that this will be resolved but no resolution.
                      Whenever i called the call get successful on 2nd or 3rd try. Most of the time the call gets dropped. This i have told them also.
                      They have feature of callback if we send sms on 510 but i never recieved any call
                      I replied no to feedback question asked by 247 service and recieved the call twice for dissatisfaction and they also assured that this will resolve but no resolution.
                      I am working for 24/7 environment for which i have to use the internet out of office ours specially in weekend but due to this issue i am loosing my productivity and my managers are also complaining.

                      Airtel Prepaid Connection — Very slow and harassing to -Activate the Outgoing calls

                      The air tel prepaid connections was taken on 29 Nov 2009 and they missed my documents supplied and barred my out going calls. Then i have submit my documents on[protected] in Mathikere Airtel relation office. Before submitting the document they told 2hrs to activate ( In emegency number 121) The reference number was : [protected] , Then told Monday they will activate the outgoing calls. Monday they are not activate the calls. Then Monday called to custoomer case they told with in 17th Dec we will activate the account Ref: [protected] on 14 Dec 2009.

                      Why theay are misguiding me and also they are harassing me not activate the calls and telling different time every time. It very bad from the Airtel Customer service not only Worst and treating the customer to serve for them.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I am having a airtel mobile connection No.[protected] relationship no.[protected] since 2002.

                        Receently I paid my last payment of Rs.1806.86ps. vide Pay Order No.436639 dated[protected] issued by Andhra Bank, Connaught Circus branch, New Delhi-110001, by dropping at a box kept Airtel outlet in Connaught Circus, N.Delhi.

                        Later I am called for making the above payment which I said the details as mentioned. They said the Pay Order is found to be defective as told by their Collecting Banker. Then, I requested to return the Pay Order to my changed address after taking the confirmation. Instead of sending the instrument back, they barred the outgoing calls under the pretest of outstanding dues. Till today I have not received the Pay Order ( which is issued by any Bank after paid for the value-the term Pay order is called as Bankers' Cheque/Cash Cheque also by some Banks in their terms).

                        I requested to send the latest bill atleast so that the remaining amount to be paid may be settled I can use the mobile. Though I submitted the correct address in the change form, they entered my mailing address wrongly in their system as a result I could not receive till yesterday. After having informed again and again about either not receiving of the Pay Order or not receiving of the latest bill. the customer care representatives keep on harassing me for making payments besides barring my outgoing calls. Out of frustration I warned the customer care representative and his supervisor over 121 call made on[protected] afternoon, that, I have no other go to lodge a complaint this series of harassments. They have not cared at all though I never had been a defaulter in making payments since 2002.

                        Further, I have made the balance payment of Rs.4499.41ps by Demand draft No.465022 dt[protected] issued by Andhra Bank, Mayur Vihar branch, Delhi-110091; through Airterl Relationship Centre, D.S. Enterprises, 35, Pratap Nagar, Mayur Vihar Phase-I, Delhi-110091 vide Ref.TID :QDLDSEP00979 dt.[protected] time:17:57:52hours; leaving the disputed/not returned PAY ORDER for Rs.1806.86ps. Immediately, I have called 121 and have requested to returned the PAY ORDER as claimed to be defective one which is not in fact (since the personnel do not know the difference amongst cheque, pay order and demand draft) and for unbarring my outgoing calls by the entire details of payment made by me.

                        I have been assured of restoring the service ie unbarring outgoing calls after 2 hours. But, I have found to my surprise the assurance given to me was not fulfilled. Instantly, I have contacted 121 and the customer care representative assured me of to try after 4 hours i.e. after midnight 01.00hours (of[protected].

                        Now, I have lost confidence on their assurances even though I have cleared the entire balance amount, and, hence I am complaining about reckless attitude, irresponsible service and underqualified / unprofessional way of approach of the customer care representatives and their supervisors who are not at all showing concern to the root cause of the problem, and, failed to solve my problem even there was ample time given during the period of which I have faced a lot of inconvenience due to barring of my outgoing calls for no fault of me.

                        Please do justice to me for not only all the mental agony that I have suffered but also the loss occured due to barring of my outgoing calls.

                        Anticipating an early redressal of my grievance and suitable compensation in this regard.

                        I am using Airtel mobile Post paid connection, from last seven months i did not get my mobile bill, and every time all the customer executives take the confirmation on email id and promise that they will send the bill, moreover i am ablt to view my bills online, recently in Mar-09 i received SMS for amount due from Airtel for amount Rs.2299, when i enquired with the Airtel customer care i got the information as some calls have gone to Foreign countries for which i did make any calls, when i am informing this to Airtel they are not supporting me.

                        Hope by posting it in Conusmer Forum i may get justice

                          I've recently taken a postpaid mobile connection from Airtel. At first, the outgoing calls were working fine. But after 3 or 4 days, the outgoing calls have been disconnected. When I called the customer care regarding the same, they said the address verification is not done and the outgoing calls will be activated once the same is done. But to my surprise, even after 3 executives from Airtel visited my residence for verification, even now, the customer care says that the address verification is not done yet.

                          Now, I'm fed up with following up with Airtel for the activation of outgoing calls and asked them to de-activate the connection. But they did not do even that.

                          Who'll compensate the agony and pain that I've undergone all these 16 days? Request the consumer forum to take a firm action against the company and ask them to compensate the pain and agony that I've undergone.
                          I agree with you. The same way I also subscribed two post paid connections and paid Rs.331/- along with all necessary documents ( two passport size photographs in colour, two self attested xerox copies of my Govt.of India, Ministry of Rlys. ID card and application bearing my signature on 05.05.2011. The connections have been activated within 2 days and to my joy I send the numbers to my contacts. As my surprise, it has been disconnected after 2 to 3 days stating the very same reason address verification. But later again re-activated within 2 days and continued up to 29/05/2011 and disconnected. On being asked they says the same repeated version for address confirmation. Then I decided to disconnect the service and asked to return back the documents and photos I given for the connection, but till date the company does not taken any steps to do the same for giving any acknowledgment for the money and the documents collected. This is nothing but the irresponsible attitude towards their mistakes or prejudized mentality that no one will shake their existence.

                            The airtel topup was been done through online banking on 17/Mar/2009. The money was deducted from the account for recharge but the recharge was not done. On putting a complain for this n the Airtel customer care, the other floor manager Akshyat committed (on 18/Mar/2009) that recharge will be done by 19/Mar/2009 at 1430 hrs. But when it was not done and i called up the Airtel customer care again but this floor supervisor "Shree" to do something on this matter quickly then they told me that the amount will be refstored in 4 working days and do the recharge again. On asking why nothing has been done till now and if they could do the recharge instead of refunding the money i was told no we cannot do it as we dont have the transaction Id. I told it was already provided by me yes'day they bluffed saying we are working on these issues i said this happened before with me some 1 year back and you are still working on it. The floor manager replied with a harsh response nothing will be done neither the money transfer nor the service will be provided and i was challenged if i could do something. On telling about the consumer forum they said do it and slammed the phone.

                            The amount may not be huge for which i did a top up (333), but apart from this it was more like a challange given by the company executives to me on asking for my rights to get the service for which i've done the payment.

                            This was the proper harassment that was done by the Aitel executives which are the face of airtel to the common people.

                            Could anyone help me for this.

                              this for your kind notice and information that i have taken one moblile connection from airtel on 26th febuary 2009, paid an amount of 1299.00 wide reciept number6751963 dated 26-02-09 towards yearly 1299 plan and i got connection with number[protected], as i havebeen recieving irrelevent calls from variuous persons, i have asked the executive to change the number and consequently on the same day that is on 3-03-09 i was given a new number[protected], and i have been using the same since then, but to my surprise the amount paid earlier has not been credited into my account and there is continuues calls from airtel asking to pay interm payment and threatening to baar the out going.every time i have been repeating the information and asking the called person to resolve the issue but all my efforts are invain. hence request you to kindly do the needful for which i shall be thankful.

                                i have airtelpost paid connection bearing mobile number +91 - [protected]. and i have opted the auto payment from my credit card for my airtel connection bill.

                                On 26th december 2008, 100 rupees is debited from my credid card towards the BHARATHI AIRTEL LTD, you can see this in the attached word document.

                                The conversation with AIRTEL as follows:

                                Initially i would like to say that my issue is not yet solved. And Mr. Zaufer Sadiq, Customer Care Executive.,
                                promised me that he will reach with the solution for my issue raised on 20th Jan.

                                After this i made so many calls to the customer care, and i spoke to so many people but i didnt get any solution from them.

                                Finally i spoke with the floor manager Mr. Sai chand (on 6th Feb 2009, this you can see with yellow high lated text) . he promised me solve my issue with in 2 working days.
                                I am providing the call log to the customer care from my end from 27th Jan 2009 to 20th Feb 2009 as below with time stamp and duration i spoke to the customer care executives.

                                Initially i would like to say that my issue is not yet solved. And Mr. Zaufer Sadiq, Customer Care Executive.,
                                promised me that he will reach with the solution for my issue raised on 20th Jan.

                                After this i made so many calls to the customer care, and i spoke to so many people but i didnt get any solution from them.

                                Finally i spoke with the floor manager Mr. Sai chand (on 6th Feb 2009, this you can see with yellow high lated text) . he promised me solve my issue with in 2 working days.
                                I am providing the call log to the customer care from my end from 27th Jan 2009 to 20th Feb 2009 as below with time stamp and duration i spoke to the customer care executives.

                                So, finally i need the solution for the issue stated in the previous mail. I need to be know where exactly the problem and why it has occurred.

                                if i do not get solution for this issue in 7 days (including sat and Sundays), i am going to suit a file in consumer court on behalf of misusing my credit card.

                                this is the last chance i am going to give for resolve my issue.

                                if i do not get any reply form the any executive or concern depot.(auto reply is not consider as reply), i will consider as that you have agreed for misusing my credit card and i am going to file a suit on air tel in consumer court.

                                Bharti Airtel Pvt Ltd — Unethical Billing & Harassing Calls.

                                I purchased a Airtel Wireless connection with 999 unlimited plan. However changed to Rs49/month + 10paise/KB on the eve of 15th July 2009.
                                However, since I was under the unlimited plan as on 15 th morning, I dowloaded around 1GB of content.
                                But Airtel has unethically charged me for that 1GB download at the new rate, even though I was under the old plan at that time & now they are not ready to adjust the amount.
                                A bill of Rs 300.00 has been made of Rs 2, 500.00.
                                Also the claims department has been giving harassing calls at the landline number that I gave of one of my relatives in the town.

                                Bharti Airtel Pvt Ltd — PF AMOUNT NOT YET RECEIVED

                                Hello sir,
                                This is just to inform you that i have worked with your client bharti airtel pvt ltd chennai (santhome branch) for a period of 1 year and 5 months. I quit the job on may 2009 and they asked to submit all the necessary documents in adecco office t nagar habibullah road which i submitted to Mr.Gafoor ([protected]).They promised that it will get credited after 6 months but still not.Last month i called to adecco help line number they told they are going to submit the form in a few days and they told it will get credit to me in 2 or 3 weeks. Its almost one month but not got .
                                Hence i request you to take the necessary steps to process the pf amount and let me know the status asap.Pls find the pf number details below.

                                Bharti Airtel Pvt Ltd — did not change my plan after 48 hrs

                                i m using airtel sim card since last 1 yr... on 24 Oct they give asseurity to me for changing the plan but till they did not change prepaid plan for my number.... if they giving assurity for that then they hav to cahnge that plan in atleast 72 hrs...if they will not change preaid plan then i will switch this network to others...............

                                  I am using an Airtel Prepaid. I had complaint many times about poor network/call drop but no response from the other end. I am paying average 2000/- per month for this worst services.
                                  The Network very weak and the calls are not getting connected when I am in indoor network area. I am residing at Moulali KOLAKATA and the house is situated within the tower area. I have changed my handset many times and have about 10 airtel connections in my house still no network and call drop in all of them

                                  After months of complaints and e-mails and the tones of complaint lodge no’s, there is no result I am completely fed up of the service to my no-[protected], [protected], [protected] and many more

                                  WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR CALL DROPS??

                                    I have been trying to get the billing name changed for my mobile no.[protected].This postpaid connection is presently being billed for my husband Dr Bharat Gopal and we are trying to get the billing name changed to Dr Mamta Gopal[wife].We have completed all formalities and submitted relevant forms at the local airteloffice and made numerous visits in past three months but no result .The no.121 is a farce becauseeach time after wasting half an hour to get to the official they simply dissconnect the line!!My previous complaint nos. for reference are[protected] dt 3/3/09 &[protected] dt 16/3/09.I hope after putting up this complaint some action will be taken & airtel would at least be professional enough to get back to me and solve this simple issue.

                                      I have changed my ECS account in the month of December 2008 from Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC) to Canerara Bank. My bank details are updated to Canera Bank as per Airtel back office/customer care.
                                      But all my bills are still going to OBC. I called the call centre over 50 times. I always got the stock reply of getting new complaint ID and promise for resolution in 48 hours. Sofar nothing has happend. I am forced to maintain the OBC account by depositing some money every month to handle the Airte's reckless way of managing ECS.
