For past 7 days, I have not received any new DVD despite repeated request to pick up and deliver by sms, website and customer care. planning to stop subscription.

Stay away from any Reliance group companies, don't invest in them, don't deal with them any way, I had learnt this lesson when I was having their phone. They make lofty promises, show big dreams, but execution of them is 0. I don't know why I got tempted for big flix.
Let me know how can we file a consumer complaint.
