I got courier bill number but till now i didn't receive any courier...The bank people are sending internet banking passwords to me through this EXPRESS IT courier ..but I have not received any thing.

I never seen such a poor service in my life. You keep on calling and no one will pick the phone.

My father sent me a courier from 54, sarla bagh, dayal bagh, agra ([protected]) on 16 september to me at my address Agam Kumar Tyagi, 137B, EVA, super mig flats, sector 93, noida, UP.
I did not receive the courier insted of repeatedly calling the agent atlest 10 times today. Niether he is tellin me the status of my courier.
I would surely like to go to the comsumer court at the earliest as it contain my Bank Letter which I need urgently.

Courier — Non reciept of courier

Sir,

One of my close friend sent me a courier on 14th May' 2009 from New Delhi to Raipur. At max. it should have been delievered within 3 days, i.e. on 17th May' 2009. But, i hasn't been recieved by me till date, i.e. 20th May' 2009.

Further, the blazeflash couriers, raipur office staff are not at all responsive and responsible for the courier, as when i tried calling them, they switch off their mobiles.

Kindly consider my complaint and help me with the same.

the courier has been dispatched on 23rd june and i am yet to receive it. this is very important document which needs to bre received. inspite of making n number of calls there is no response. this is really frustrating. very poor customer service. not able to reach the cusomre centre. some actions needs to be taken

I have sent a courier from Indore to jhansi on 22nd october consignment no. 56170 till date it has not reached to the place now as I collected the number of the concerned person who was supposed to deliver the concerned mail Mr. Agarwal at Jhansi, cell no. Hi My courier from citibank consisting of my Fee DD was not delivered today by Durga couriers (kalasipalyam-bangalore), the courier guy says he had come home but since it was locked he returned back.

Nobody contacted me through the phone as they say that the bank (Citibank) did not provide my contact number to them.

I have to pay my fees tomorrow and I am helpless. Whom should i contact.

Citibank washing its hand off saying that my DD is dispatched yesterday itseld.

Courier — not delivering pan card

sir,

pancard department send new pancard to their claints through overnite exp, first flight courier. But 80% documents they do not carry to destination they are calling the claints through mobliephone to collect their pancard. they waiting 3 days and return back to pan card division by noting that thay are not available.
