I AM A REGULAR CONSUMER OF BRITANNIA.. AS USUAL I BOUGHT A PACKET OF BRITANNIA SUJI TOAST(RUSK). BUT WHILE EATING I WAS SHOCKED TO FIND A IRON RIVET IN ONE OF THE TOASTS. ITS QUITE DISAPPOINTING AND SHAMEFUL FOR SUCH A THING TO HAPPEN WITH A PRODUCT OF COMPANY HAVING GOOD STATURE. MY CONFIDENCE IN PRODUCTS OF THIS COMPANY HAS SHAKEN ..ANYTHING COULD HAVE HAPPENED TO ME IF I HAVE SWALLOWED THIS RIVET IN RUSK.. SUCH A CARELESSNESS WAS NOT EXPECTED...THIS IS MATTER OF GREAT CONCERN AND SUITABLE ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN SO THAT THIS DOESNOT HAPPEN AGAIN..THE RUSK LOT NO IS 5156 AND DATE OF MFG 05/01/09 ...AND MFG IN PANCHKULA(HARYANA).. Some units are not maintaining the quality of food.
I purchaced a suji tost rusk two days back. whole pieces in that pack are in dark colour and the taste is also bad. Some different taste Then only I noticed that the mfg date is 5/10/09. Lot No.111E5.

boss this will happen just go and check how much they are doing hard work for rusk or any other products just we will eat and say that this fellow done like this and so so pls understand thier problems .
I do agree with the complaint.The quality has degraded.I found insects inside the toast of britania, product lot no. is 22150, mfd date 10/9/09, purchased in Pune.

I am a regular consumer for suji toast from gorakhpur u.p. from last one month i am not satisfied with the quality packed .Toasts were not roasted properly . simply it was indicating negligent supervision of the product . latest lot no whicsh we got from the store is P1C5DT. PKD ON 20.07.2010. This type of frequent complain in eatables is not good for consumer, s health, pocket and finally companies reputation.
