i have my broadband connection in office i.e 250 plan.but i can't login with my portal id & password that given me earlier to see the broadband usage.So pLease give my correct portal id & password so that i can check my braodband ususage.my Telephone no is[protected].

I have forgotten my Bsnl poratl id and password.I need to check my internet usage account.I tried the customer care of my area but they gave me another contact no. Now I tried contacting on the other no. but they never pick up the phonne or the phone is busy.pls tell me my portal id and password.

BSNL Broadband — BSNL Not working to its max capacity

I am holding a brand brand connection at Nellore with number[protected].

Since connected my broad brand is not working to its maximum capacity.

( When I am Playing a video it it is not running continuously, it is stopping and running )

I am using BSNL broadband and my computer doesnot have LAN Card but it is have USB port and when i took the BSNL connection a usb cable came along with the kit.

How Can I connect Hub By USB

BSNL Broadband — wrong bill

hello sir,
my phone no is 2738889. i was requested to change my broadband plan to 625 unlimited. after some days when i checked the status of my request through selfcare
site of bsnl it shows my plan is changed so i used my broadband according to the changed plan(i.e. unlimited) .But after some days my plan changed automatically to 500 combo and in the current bill they count all the broadband usage and added to the current bill.
plz give me the solution regarding to the same.

i m also attaching the screen shot which shows that my plan is changed to 625 ul.

BSNL Broadband — Not able to login to dataone.in

I have registered to login with username "ameencex" and I have been allotted with a password. However, I am not able to login into www.dataone.in even after carefully typing the exact username and password. I may be advised as to how the website can be accessed and login into the site for check my broadband usage and other links.

BSNL Broadband — Poor Speed

my name is manu chandran and my land line number is[protected] and (mob:[protected]).....!i taken a new bsnl board band connection of 750 plan.....! now it 1 month ago......!from very second days i gave complaints.....!my problem is didnt get speed, the speed as per the plan is 512kbps......!i only get below 20 kb/sec downloading speed, just like a dial up connection........!and some times net will disconnected automatically.......! i gave lot times complaint to 12678 board band customer care and my nearest exchange(njarackal,Ernakulam).......!from 12678 customer care they said, it is cable problem from my local exchange and they can only resolve this problem....!i directly complained to my local exchange......! nw they ressolved my SNR Down stream.....!but still have problem in Line Attentuation........!still my Line Attentuation is above 50 db,from 12678 customer care they said, it should be below 40 db', then only your complaint will be resolved....!sir please take necessary step to resolve my problem........!

BSNL Broadband — not working properly from the beginning

I have very bad experiance with bsnl broad band service in Noida. From last one year I have complaint so many time but no body care.Ihave long list of compl. nos. I also registerd my compl. by site which no.[protected] dt.30.7.10.After that their is no action. Again Ihave launched one compl. at custmur care cell no.is [protected].dt.8.11,10 but no action. till date this compl. stand their . I think bsnl staff want that I go with airtel or any other co.
Pl tell me what action will take .And when my Net working without faild.

BSNL Broadband — i am not able to know the usage details in bsn broadband

i can log into my bsnl portal id but after that when i tried to check my usage details, many other links comes and when i click on that link again they are asking me to enter userid and password but when i did that it says wron[censored]sername or password. i am requesting you that please take necessary action against this type of delemma.
