Hi I have recently took a BSNL sim and i m leavin in hyd gachibowli and my office is at namakramguda police station no where the signal is working .
even the internet 2g or 3g also its not getting continously network is getting dropped . i raised the issue to BSNL there was no response yet please help.
my phone doesnot have any issue .. while making calls its disconnecting the calls due to poor signal

I have two landlines[protected] and[protected]. Broadband service is under plan 500c. My consolidated bill comes under number[protected]. I am rather shocked to get a bill for Rs Rs 31465.00/ for bill dated :09/02/2009. The total metered unit i.r.o 24196692 is 45, total Chargeable Units(MB) Excluding Night Unlimited is 973.85 MB. Thus the total bill should be around Rs 562/-+45=Rs 607/-. Now I have no other option but to face a disconnection, as i dont have this astronomical sum ready with me. Any Help from BSNL, calcutta telephones ???? I have lodged my complaint over net for excess billing at www.calcuttatelephones.com with docket no QBBEBL61806 dated 11-02-09
I met with Md Jasimuddin, SDE (Internal) of Russa Telephone Exchange, 46 Sarat Banerjee Road, Kolkata
to enquire into the matter. He has agreed that the bill was erroneous. He requested to contact Mr Chowdhury, Accounts Officer at Commercial Officer (South), 82 Ballygunje Place, Kolkata Office for a correction in the Bill. I will follow up the case for the party with an authorization from this subscriber. I will also take up the matter with Department of Telecommunication, New Delhi and Concerned Hon'ble Minister In Charge.

I have a BSNL land line connection with Bradband facility in Batlagundu, My No is 04543 – 265676.Today I received the bill for the month of January 09.Immediately after getting the bill I was shocked, because they made a claim Rs.1664/- for purchase of Modam.In my application itself I clearly note that I have my own instrument. Fact is like so, I don’t know how they send the bill like this manner. At the time of providing connection the BSNL staff make few calls and asked me that do you have a modam or not, at that time also I remain them that I have a modam. So, kindly look in to this matter & do the needful and issue necessary orders to send revised bill to me at the earliest. I already send a complaint letter to Sub Divisional Engineer Batlagundu on 7/2/09 by REG.POST. And also send mail in this regard two times ( one is in last week and another one is in this week ) to [protected]@bsnl.co.in but there is no response from their end . pls. do the needed.

bsnl - forcing me to pay excess amount — reg.plan change

Sir,

I am from chennai, having BSNL land line, I requested for plan change from combo 500+ to voice paln Rs.300 and least broadband for Rs.250/-, this request i given on 02/12/2008, but due to neglence from BSNL department they alloted combo 500, and voice 300/- with game on demand Rs.200/- monthly,

without my knowledge all thos things got happend, i approached gunidy bsnl officer jto, she agreed and refuesed to help me to solve this issue, because of mistake done by BSNL personnel. if the problem is not solved i am going to take this issue at juridisation level.

I've received my bill no.[protected] dt.10 2 2009 with an huge amount towards my landline phone bill. (The exact call charge is Rs. 1799 for the period of 1.12.2008 to 31.12.2008). When I approached and collected the call details from the Avadi Customer Care Centre I've provided only the Mobile, STD and 95 call details for the above period, which amonut to just 137 units for the above period. Therefore the major call charge was towards Local Calls which amount to 1712 (One thousand seven hundred and add calls).I'm dam sure none of our family members made this much local calls. Hence I submitted an application asking investigation into the matter and catch hold the person who misused my telephone. Though I addressed the above application to the Divisional Engineer and submitted to Customer Care Centre, they are not ready to give the acknowledgement, as usual. In case of any possible misuse of my phone by any evil element during the above period, I've no proof of lodging of my complaint. Hence it is my first aim i.e to have an evidence of my complaint. Now I request that stringent action may be taken against the misuser after thorough investigation and get me refunded the excess call charges.

Please refer the above mentioned bill #, wherein I have noted certain excess billing as detailed below:

a. Initially I have taken the Broad Band connection (Rs.250 plan) during Jan’08 and have paid the security deposit of Rs.500 vide your Bill #[protected] / 10.02.08. The modem was taken on rental basis only. The same was not adjusted till this date.
b. While renewing the connection in Jan’09, Rs. 2500 was billed vide Bill #[protected] / 10.02.09.
c. I have surrendered the modem on 03.02.09 (refer proof attached) as I have purchased a new modem and hence from Feb’09 onwards it is not a rental modem.
d. I have requested for change of plan from Rs.250 to Rs.500 w.e.f. Mar’09
e. Vide your bill #[protected] / 10.03.09, you have charged Rs.5000 as one time payment without adjusting the amount that was charged in Feb’09. Further once again Rs.500 towards security deposit was charged in the same bill.
f. Thus bill #[protected] / 10.03.09 was excess by Rs.3000 + service tax.
g. Kindly rectify the same and send a revised bill immediately so as to have the bill paid before due date.

The day I had converted my mobile sim from pre-paid to post paid I assume the billing is going on excess as compared with the simillar usage of the same mobile in a nut shell. FFE fecility might not been activated and hidden billing charges such as reducing the number of calls and by reducing the call durations etc.

My land line was shifted from C V Raman nagar exchange to KR Puram exchange. WLL set has been provided to me. This set voice clarity was not good. Broad band connection is getting delayed because of the cables not layed in that area. Such a copmtaitive field in communction other private players are just behind the coustomer'sn to provide net connections and it is very surprise to here from BSNL such a lazy attitude.

I am a user of Tel. No. 25523738, I was very much eager to get connection with BSNL and lots of faith in BSNL Service, but I had taken the connection and when my first Bill arived I was shocked as the Bill amounted to 1992 with a 500 as a credit adjustment for Adv Rental, but when I had initially took the connection there was an offer and I was advised by the BSNL Area Field officer of an existing offer for BSNL connection till end of tht week, , and so I had taken the connection as was told that no installation charges and so was too mentioned on the tariff plan, and when I got my Bill I see that Instakllation charges and not happy called several times to the cutomer service on 1500 but no satisfactory reply, called the account officers numbers no response, tried the senior accounts officers nos again no response I am trying everyday and no response is the only word and I am disgusted and disappointed about the kind of service provided and have now decided to disconnect my connection as I have lost trust in BSNL service but will need the refund as per the installation charges applied on my Bill, as the customer service had acepted it was a mistake and said the accounts officer can refund but I hope these guys are alive because there line is just ringing and ringing.

I am Ramesh Chandra Singh staying at women's Qr no-F4, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. I have taken BSNL home 500c plan last month(9th april). But the bill for the month of April is quite unpredictable. The bill is above Rs 8000/-, though I never expect such a huge bill, which is quite unpredictable for a user. And there is no resemblance between the bill and the plan i have taken. Though there is a free call of 175, they provided only 58(why?). And it has written that there will be a payment of only 80paise/mb per extra download per it has given a net usage of 710/-(with an extra download of 20mb only). So this is a complete wrong bill. Action should taken for this. And BSNL should take proper care for making bills.

Iam a current user of BSNL broadband. which I started using from 25th january 2009.
With my first bill, I had to pay for the modem which I didn't buy from your service. I made a verbal complaint to the customer service to refund the payment I have made for the cost of the modem.customer service agreed to refund me by then.I received my second bill last week but there is no record of refund. so please take this letter to your consideration and refund the payment I made as soon as possible (ie:1000rs)

BSNL — excess bill complaint.

Sir, this is to inform you that during the year 1998 a telephone bill was sent to me by the Department of Telecommunication, Dibrugarh Telecom district.Dibrugarh, .Assam.against my land line phone No.[protected] and as to my complain to the respective Accounts officer etc for excessive billing, And . at instance they conveyed an inquiry and found due to fault in computer-billing, the same has happened and the the then JTO. issued a certificate of settlement of the bill at regular basis.to the extend of Rs. 650/- in place of Rs.3, 105/- the billed amount, asking to issue a fresh bill by the accounts department. .But Sir, till today the same was not corrected and kept as disputed bill and it happened to be three four times since the concept was made, my land line connection was detached for the same giving me enough pain to restore the same .
Whenever I show them the payment was disputed, the line is reconnected but the department still not clearing the same with the issue of a fresh bill, to discontinue any bad process of disconnections but to insist on customers' satisfaction etc.
The complainer has maintained all the bills and vouches as evidence of the claim Sir, Hope your kindself would be king enough tackle the case as to the satisfaction of the customer.Your response in this regard is highly solicited. Sincerely yours.

unlimited usage — Net line frequent fault and Bill adjustment

As the net line was most of the time not working which had created a lot of hardship I feel it would be justifiable only if you waive off one month bill payment and effect reversal in my account as it is I have a plan to discontinue usage from the month sucseeding that is June onwards I hereby request you to take kind action in this matter.

Sir past 3 months i have giving complaint regard this, no proper action is taken till now, iam working in bangalore only in week days iam have been using the board band. Iam in 750 home plan, when iam back to home the net is not working, and i have given complaint many times about this no action is taken properly and i also told to change the wire, because the wire is coming from overhead line from 100m. there is an no proper speed, i have requested to change the wire and give in underground still it is not been changed, in a month nearly 15-20 days the net is not working properly always PP down, and also the speed is very very slow, exactly on 28th the net is disconnected for not paying the bill, but for giving complaint there is no immediate action, please consider the iam paying monthly bill nearly Rs.1000 without any use and that is also only for usage of 10 days, this service is really not satisfied for me, please take the proper action as soon as possible.
