[Resolved]  BSNL — Excess Billing

i was having a land line connection with broadband[protected] account number [protected]) for almost an year now and in the present bill generated bill no[protected] dated 06.10.2014 i was levied one time charges of Rs.798.00 plus taxes. From the bill i could not understand for what these charges were levied. I tried through Customer care centre but in vain. I request you to send the details for which these charges were levied.

BSNL — hungama plan subscription activation without my consent

Without my consent bsnl has activated hungama plans on my broadband connection of landline no.[protected].I didnt expected this type of cheating from bsnl.I want my extra money to be refunded immediately.

Hi I have recently took a BSNL sim and i m leavin in hyd gachibowli and my office is at namakramguda police station no where the signal is working .
