Hi I have recently took a BSNL sim and i m leavin in hyd gachibowli and my office is at namakramguda police station no where the signal is working .
even the internet 2g or 3g also its not getting continously network is getting dropped . i raised the issue to BSNL there was no response yet please help.
my phone doesnot have any issue .. while making calls its disconnecting the calls due to poor signal

My bill was exceeded due to the mistake of those BSNL officials. This is not fare to send me such a bill when i did not do anything that crosses my limit infact they did the wrong thing by counting my free usage into the regular usage . . .
I am one of BSNL broadband customers, their service is not good infact its worst they doesn't even care for their customer complaints. I am using a limited plan & didn't exceed my usage at all but BSNL usage portal shows that all my downloads at the time of free usage have counted in normal usage & when i say this to the officers they asked me to come after the bill came to me then when i go to them after receiving the bill they say that its correct, i mean the proof is infront of them usage details show that free usage is included in normal usage but they don't agree & when i try to again no one is present at any office in my city everyone says wait for a while but no one comes to the office. My actual bill is 529 but they sent me around 1465 that's almost triple of the original. No one seems to understand any technical details here in BSNL, my free hours are from 2 am to 8 am & i am also posting the pictures of how they exceeded my bill without any fault from me even though i started downloading after 2 they sent me bill for that. Hope this complaint will do me justice. These BSNL people are just disgusting, they pose bills on their customers at their will . . .

BSNL Broadband — Not give any Response against my complaint of excess billing

I have take BSNL Broad Band service in April 2010,But after one month i found that my bill is excess than my uses, I had complaint on consumer Complaint and many time went to the BSNL office but no one solve my problem,I had given application for disconnect connection but officers does not take it.Now from August 2010 i am not use this connection.I want to solve that matter within week
For the month of Nov. & Dec 2010 excess billing was charged against my land line No.2552133 for which I applied under Samadan Scheme of BSNL but till date they have given rebate only for the mo nth of Nov 2010 but I am being waiting for the rebate for the month of Dec.2010 , so that I can deposit the said bill for these two months . More over I do not receive the monthly bills at my home address.

BSNL — Billing me with incorrect charges continuously for three months

Dear Sir,
I'm a BSNL landline user. I have the broadband connection as well.
Since the change in the billing system, I've received three bills and all have had wrong charges in the due amount.
I've been charged with the security deposit thrice when the security amount should have been charged only one time as this is a refundable amount.
I submitted a written complaint which was misplaced by the billing office. Even after going and complaining personally in the main billing office the problem still continuous.
I'm also a govt servant so it's very difficult for me to take out time to go to the billibg every time.
This is very negligent on the company's part, i'm not the only customer suffering from this problem. This is a very big trouble for many more and cant be accepted any more. Either this should be amended or we should be provided with a satisfactory explanation as in why a billing mistake is being carried out continuously for three months.

IN HE MONTH OF OCTOBER 2010 I GOT A CALL FROM BSNL PERSONEL SAY THAT UPDAING DING SOFTWARE AS I AM USING WIDE BAND.AND HE TOLD THAT CAN BE USED FOR GAMES ALSO. THEN I STARTED UPDATING MY LAPTOP .THE WAY HE WAS TELLING I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND SO I ASKED I DONT WANT TO INSTAL AS PER HIS INSTRUCTIONS. HE WAS PEADING ME ( ALMOST BEGGING ME) TO INSTAL IT . THEN I GOT DOBUT THAT THIS PERSON IS NOT FROM BSNL. IMMEDIATLY I CALLED CUSTMERCARE CENTER AND REPORTED THE MATER. THEN THEY TOLD THEY WILL INFORM TO THEIR HIGHER UP.IN THE MONTH OF DEC 2010 I GOT BILL SAYING THAT GAMES ON DEMAND ABOUT Rs 60. AGAIN I REPORTED HE MATER TO CUSTMERCARE BUT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN. IN THE MONTH OF JAN 2011 I GOT THE BILL GAMES ON DEMAND Rs 200. THIS WAS UNFAIR THAT WITH OUT MY CONCENT THEY CHARGED ME THIS AMOUT. I COULD NOT COMPLAINT THROUGH MY PORTAL AS IT IS NOT TAKING THE COMPLAINT. THROUGH THIS CONSUMER COMPLAINT I AM EXPLAINGING.

Sir,
I refer to the WLL BSNL connection Number-[protected] account No:[protected], in my house, received in the month of December 2010. Please note that
1) When I applied for connection, I opted for annual scheme, wherein I don’t have to pay monthly rents.
2) A security deposit of Re 500/- was paid along with the application.
3) Also, a credit Re 2000/- added to my account in the month of January 2011.
When I received my first Bill in February 2011, a onetime payment of Re 800/- plus monthly rent was charged, along with the usage charges.
When I received my second Bill, monthly rent was charged, along with the usage charges.

Since I opted for annual scheme, it is understood that I don’t have to pay any other charges in the monthly bills, apart from the usage charges.
Please update me, if I am wrong.

BSNL — Extra billing amount

sir,
i am Bhagwat Dyanoba Radkar using BSNL mobile postpaid sime (AGRICULTURE DEPT CUG PLAN 99).
but from last few months i am getting extra billing charges. Also the bill for FEB 2011 was more than 400.
I have an enquiry in local BSNL office but they clearly avoid me. so i am not satisfactory to BSNL PLAN & their service.
so please take necessory action on this complaint.

IN THIS REGARD I WANT THE BSNL AUTHORITIES TO STOP CHARGING FOR THE "HUNGAMMA MUSIC" WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS I HAVE UNNECESSARILY PAID AN AMOUNT OF RS600 + TAX . HOPE SO YOU WILL LOOK INTO THIS MATTER.

Anand Rao — BSNL Land line complaint

My BSNL Landline No:[protected] is dead. Pl restore connection. The landline telephone complaint No: 25172198 is not working hence this complaint.
I have been charged for Rs. 30000 by BSNL for 3G but my credit limit is Rs.2000. ...How can they charge beyond credit limit..my coneection should have got disssconencted at the moment I crossed the limit..Atleast when i raeched 4000 limit..Help.

in june 2011 i get the cionnection of airtel wifi and fixedline. for this the employee of airtel broadband branch mr. rohit told me the plan of rs. 550 o[censored]nlimited data base and 200 rs. of fixedline. but after the connection the bill was not of that amount . i complained him lot of times and even to customer care of airtel but my problem is not solved till the date . i am getting high no. of calls from the airtel office the complaint of bill which i cannot bear.the employee is not solving the problem . so i dont require the connection of any fraud company as it had cheated me earlier also and now even too. so plz cut off my connection so that i may not require to deal with such a company.moreover at panipat branch there is no one to hear the complaint of any customer....

BSNL — modem purchase bu rent charged

0291*2656241-I purchased modum but from last 12 month charged rent i do compland than reduced rent but not give me relife from this exercise.

MY PHONE NO IS[protected] AN EXTRA AMOUNT OF rS.250.00 IS BEING CHARGED IN MY BILL EVERY MONTH SINCE JANUARY, 2011 , YES IT WAS ACTIVATED IN JANUARY WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE SUBSCRIBER i REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY REFUND ALL THE AMOUNT SINCE JANUAARY, 2011HOPE YOU WILL NOT MAKE ME TO MOVE TO THE COURT
My mobile no. Is [protected]..I have approached all possible people in mangalore and called people in bangalore.(bsnl customer care) They went on giving nos. But none was able to solve the problem. I have been receiving an amt of 1000 to 2000 rs exces inlast 3 mths billing under category sms premium content charges but none of them are able to deactivate it. I am totally puzelled whom to approach. Percept 151000 types of charges are levied in detailed billing. I hope some one from bsnl is going to help me after reading this. 3 letters already given to deactivate all my services.but everything in vain.
I have a BSNL land line connection with number[protected] falling under Sainikpuri Exchange, Trimulgiri Area Office, Hyderabad Telecom Dist. I have received the monthly bill no.[protected] dt.[protected] for the billing period[protected] to[protected]. Ongoing thro the bill I find that there is are new items added and billed as One Time Charges of Rs. 278.14 + applicable service tax. The itemized description is reading as "Hungama Music on Demand" & "Hungama Movies on Demand" on[protected] billed at Rs. 139.07 per item totally amounting to Rs. 278.14 + Service Tax @ 12.36% = Rs. 312.51.


But to my utter shock and surprise, I have not asked or demanded the service "Hungama Music on Demand" and "Hungama Movies on Demand” from BSNL but BSNL billed and debited the charges to my account. I strongly protest this action of BSNL in billing and charging for a service that is not requested or demanded by me and insist that the charges thus billed may be reversed and credited to my account.
On my complaint to BSNL they got back to me with a reply that they have contacted my son Akshaya Kumar who authorised the transaction. My son denies having made any such transaction. My son Akshaya Kumar never asked for, never requisitioned any service from Hungama.Com and is not aware of any such service provider or the type of service provided by them. And we never used the service atleast once which proves that we were not even aware of the service or facility existing.


My son Akshaya Kumar says that while he was at home (he is a student) he used to receive certain incoming calls from BSNL from time to time enquiring about the functioning of the telephone or the broadband service. And he also states that the personnel who called sometimes also asked for his name and also telephone no. as a practice of verification. I have also received such calls from time to time and replied to such callers as also my wife and my other son, also a student.


I am S. Anoop Kumar, the head of the house, the owner of the house and also the owner of the landline telephone provided by BSNL with the number[protected] since it's very inception and that is for over 20 years now and all the transactions are dealt by me personally and all the bills are paid by me. All the decisions as to bill plans or any changes thereon are taken by me and authorised by me, most times in writing. I have not authorised any such transaction neither I was aware of the transaction till such time I have received the bill with the charges debited to my account.


I feel BSNL is resorting to cheating of it’s customers by billing for products which they have not asked for in order to improve their billing. I strongly protest the actions of BSNL and demand that the excess charges of Rs. 312.51 thus billed be reversed immediately and credited to my account.
BSNL has recently revised charges for various broadband combo plans. I am from Bangalore. My land line number is 28601502. Account number: [protected]. Bill for Janusry no.[protected]. The bill for plan Combo 599, has not taken in to account free calls of 200. Thus the bill amount is excess. I wish BSNL corrects this.
I have a BSNL broadband connection[protected] with plan 650FN (night unlimited).
On 8th July i received my BSNL bill in which it was mentioned that from 1st of July download during night would be charged, but till that date i have downloaded 12 GB of data. Now as the information was given to me after 8 days this download should not be counted for bill as the delay for informing me about change of plan details is on BSNL part.


Now i got bill for July and BSNL have charged 1000 rupees extra for the download which I have don under my night unlimited plan.


As a customer i should be pre-informed for any major change of plan so i can schedule my usage, now i have changed my plan to 1445(unlimited usage)


I request you to get the bill corrected as per above description and exempt my night usage from 1st to 8th July.


I have lodged written request to BSNL patiala head office on 11th July as well as ONLINE CUSTOMER GRIEVANCE portal (PJB/CO/2014/11491) on 31st July, but have not got any revert
